Description from the manager
This condo offers spectacular views of the Pacific, Tillamook Head, the Prom and the beach through a large picture window or from the private veranda. You can enjoy the view while dining on meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The condo sleeps six and features a master bedroom with a private bath. In addition there is a second bath, a queen size Murphy bed and a sofa bed. The condo is uniquely decorated by the owner and includes cable TV in both the living room and master bedroom and high speed internet.

We have stayed here since it opened many years ago and always enjoy it no matter what the season. Large and comfortable units. The staff are especially helpful and pleasant. The only problem we had this visit was the dog hair and smell of dog on the carpet (supposed to be no dogs) as well as carpet needing cleaning. Ohterwise very comfortable and superior accommodation.

Location is everything. Seaside Beach Club has the very best ocean view, right on the beach. A quiet and relaxing spot with a feeling of home. What a great time we had at the beach - only wish it was longer!

We have stayed at this facility for many years and this is the first year we felt it was lacking. The room was not very clean including the linens stored in the cupboard which were not clean. There was hair on some of the pillows and the carpet was dirty. One of my bath towels appeared to be a cleaning towel that smelled awful and had black marks on it. Yuck... In all of our other stays the kitchen had the basics such as salt etc. There was nothing in the cupboards in this unit. And the internet only worked for one day even though it was advertised as having internet. My husband is a travel writer so we really did neet internet connections. There is no one on staff after appoximately 5:00 and the only phone number is for emergencies so we didn't feel justified in calling and reporting the lack of internet connnections. I don't beleive they have anyone on site like they used to have and it does have a negative impact on the facility. I'm not sure if we will return to this facility for our next stay though. The staff was very polite though. And the view is outstanding.

Dear Guest;
I would like to thank you for your input. I wish you would have called me at the time of check in, that way we could have found out what may have happened, and corrected or give you another suite. I am not going to make excuses, but I would like to point out that our linen is out sourced and replenished each time a guest leaves a room. Our cleaning towels are a different color and type of material. There is internet in All of our rooms. (The internet is Ethernet which you have to plug into, not wifi which is wireless) some of our owners do have wifi which you can connect to, but if in use by a guest, you may not be able to connect. (We do have a modem bridge in the office, which we give out to guest who need wireless internet, which plugs into the Ethernet box in each room). We do advertise internet in each room not wifi.
The owners and I, were in the unit which you stayed in just prior to your stay, They agreed that there was nothing missing in their condo. The cupboards were and are stalked, with 8 dinner plates, 8 salad plates, bowls, 8 glassware, serving plates, flatware all enough for 8 people. There were cooking pans and utensils, of different types. No there was not any salt or pepper because the health Dept. will not allow us to have open container from guest to guest. This is the same china glass and flatware that is in each unit inventory.
The office is always open until at least 6:00pm. I live on premise and many times stay open longer waiting for late guest. The emergency number is my personal cell phone which I answer at all times. We take pride in our property and work very hard to keep our suites in the best possible condition as possible. We have a great staff and they take pride in their work. We also check each room and detail it in case the housekeeper misses something. In your case, I wish you would have contacted us at the time so we could have seen and corrected the problems, and made your stay better. I am truly sorry. We do make mistakes, and I personally apologize for it.

the servis was great debbie was wonderful the weather bad and my wife has a heart condition and its hard for her to walk far debbie let us park in coverd area that in its self made a big differnce for us thank you the herrera's
