Description from the manager
This condo offers spectacular views of the Pacific, Tillamook Head, the Prom and the beach through a large picture window or from the private veranda. You can enjoy the view while dining on meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The condo sleeps six and features a master bedroom with a private bath. In addition there is a second bath, a queen size Murphy bed and a sofa bed. The condo is uniquely decorated by the owner and includes cable TV in both the living room and master bedroom and high speed internet.

I was very pleased that we had found this nice little condo at Seaside. It is beachfront, right on the prom, and was pretty much exactly as the website said it would be. Each unit is individually owned, so the decor differs in each one, but ours (403) was nice and comfy and cozy, just what I was looking for. The murphy bed that pulls down from the wall was actually a real queen-sized bed, with a nice mattress, and not just a cheap hideabed mattress like I expected. The third bed was in fact a sofa bed, with a typical sofabed mattress, so, while the condo is advertised as able to sleep six, if you actually had six people, it would be best if a couple of them were little kids.
The room was nice and comfortable, with a balcony looking straight out to the ocean. For the money this was a great deal for my family because I would have had to pay for two separate rooms in a hotel, which would have cost me twice as much, and I wouldn't have had a kitchen and living room in a hotel. An excellent value and I would definitely go again.
The only complaint I had was with the TV in the living room. The cables were not hooked up correctly, or something was wrong with the cable box or the remote, I don't know which, but the TV would not work properly. -

Last time I stayed I was very happy. We rented condo 408.Was clean and nice place to stay This time condo 403 was not very clean. I noticed long hair on bathroom floor when I first arrived. I do not know if you do any cleaning when some one is staying or you clean it once they leave. Long hair was still on floor when we left. (I have short hair husband is bald) The kitchen stove top was greasy and no extra kitchen towels to use. I do not know if you changed you cleaning crew but some one needs to take more pride in their work. I just feel the entire condo could have been a little cleaner.
