The condo had everything we needed. It was comfortable, great location, more than what we'd hoped for. The price was great, the staff super friendly and helpful. We rented a car to travel to neighboring cities but could walk everywhere in Seaside from the condo. It was perfect!

I think the rate increase in the winter is un needed as other places w/more amenities are in close proximity and thats the reason we come in the winter its quiet,slow pace and relaxing we look for places to stay that have the above and give us a value for our money the ocean is nice but not a deciding factor for were we stay

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo complex. The #405 condo was very comfortable, clean and kitchen well stocked. The furniture was very comfortable in bedroom with king bed and the living room. The view was fab! We were disappointed the hottub was not working and it rained all weekend...but, had fun in Seaside proper with good food, bumper cars, rides, aquarium and arcade for the kids! Jerry at the desk was very helpful! Thanks!

Loved the sleeping accomodations with the murphy bed and definitely the view overlooking the beach! Outside of the guy forgetting to leave us any towels after taking them to clean, everything was awesome! Definitely would go back.

Had a great time the room was very large with beautiful view. Very short walk to the main street and all the shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a stay in Seaside. We will be going to stay there again.

The condo is very comfortable with an incredible view. The ammenities were great: kitchen with all necessary dishes and cooking utensil, TV, deck facing the beach. It was a great place to stay.

Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine to see the sun go down over the ocean; reading a book on the couch while the waves crash (almost) beside me. Great break!
