Description from the manager
This one-bedroom partial-ocean view condo is on the first floor, one story above street level. A large flat screen TV and a warm fireplace make this condo a cozy beach retreat. There are many games, puzzles and beach toys to entertain all ages. There is a queen bed and a TV in the bedroom. With the addition of two twin size rollaway beds in the living room, this condo will accommodate up to four people. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided. Well behaved dogs are welcome!

I found the rental to be better than expected. It was way bigger than portrayed online. Only complaint is that being next to the stairs is very very loud. Other than that the experience was great. This was our first time staying at the Sand and Sea and will probably be back.
