This two-bedroom partial-ocean view condo is on the first floor, one story above street level. A large flat screen TV and a warm fireplace make this condo a cozy beach retreat. There are many games, puzzles and beach toys to entertain all ages. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have a TV. With the addition of two twin size rollaway beds in the living room, this condo will accommodate up to six people. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided. Well behaved dogs are welcome!

Very nice place to stay, excellent value. If you have a large vehicle, park across the street in the large lot. We got a huge scrap on the side of our 'Burb. Rest of the stay was outstanding!!

This rental was clean and cozy if you spent all your time in the living room, kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms were terribly loud due to the outside foot traffic and it being a corner unit by the stairwell. We all slept in the living room the second night after not being able to sleep due to noise. The heat was also not working very well. We had to crank the heat up just to get it warm in the unit. I would not recommend this unit until the above issues are addressed.

Thank you for letting us know about the furnace. I will have maintenance take a look at it. The fifth grade boys were quite rowdy that weekend. My night security had to speak with several parents
concerning boys running the stairs. Being part of the team you can probably understand how hyper these boys get after their games.
It is our goal to provide the best vacation experience to all of our
guests and we are sorry to hear that you did not experience that.

This condo is cozy and has fun decor. The only downside is that the bedroom window is very close to the hallway/stair door, which sometimes slams loudly at night.
