Seaside is the quintessential beach town, and this exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-story retreat is nestled in the heart of it. Stroll the tree-lined streets down to the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast, spend an afternoon among the galleries of Ruskin Place or at Seaside’s iconic amphitheater – it’s all just steps away. Of course the perfect beach getaway is also about luxury. At Bobby D’s you’ll relax with family and friends at mealtime in the gourmet kitchen, and on the balcony overlooking the rooftops of Seaside after a spectacular day at the beach. This retreat is as comfortable as it is enchanting.

While the location serves... as the focal point, the artful design and décor cannot be overlooked. The eat-in kitchen offers granite countertops, a Viking gas range, and stainless appliances throughout. The thoughtful layout allows for 3 barstools and a small flat screen TV so that no one misses their favorite shows. The dining area offers seating for 6 in an intimate setting enhanced by a gas fireplace and original artwork. A half-bathroom is conveniently situated just off the kitchen. The living room is the perfect place for everyone to gather, with the vast sectional sofa before a 40-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. Gorgeous hardwood floors run throughout. As you head up the stairs to the second floor, you’ll see that the owner of Bobby D’s is the renowned songwriter, Bobby DiPiero. He wrote the #1 Montgomery Gentry song, "Gone" with Jeff Steele on the top balcony. Bobby has also worked with the likes of Vince Gill, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill – and his gift for making music is matched only by his taste in décor.

Upstairs you’ll find all three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and DVD player. Just outside is a bath with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom opens with French doors, revealing two twin beds, a TV and DVD player, making it perfect for kids and adults alike. A beautifully situated balcony is just across the hall. Here you can share a cocktail with family and friends as you overlook the rooftops of Seaside and take in the serenity of this one-of-a-kind enclave. The master suite is just down the hall. It has a king bed, a TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Bobby D’s lies just steps away from an array of amenities that at an added fee include tennis courts, fitness center, and community pool. Beach access is just a beautiful 4-minute walk away.( Amenities available for an additional fee ) After a day at the beach, rinse off on the outdoor shower and barbeque on a charcoal grill located off the side porch. The shaded walking trails running throughout Seaside can be accessed through the picket fence to the north. The famed shops and boutiques within easy walking distance.

  This is a particularly special home within the Seaside community, very conveniently located to everything, small local grocery store, restaurants, shops and of course, the beach. All are in walking distance, but more pleasant to get to by bicycle. Lovely pools, tennis courts, just 1/2 blk from the home, really no need to leave Seaside at all, and the home is charming and well equipped. Small inconvenience when we arrived, agency forgot to put key out for us and bike rental place did not give us lock combination, left kids frustrated after a 10 hour drive. They are available after hours thankfully.

  Rental did not come with a pool access. Did not know that. I assumed pool would be included. My fault, thats what I get for assumming. Although I did ask about other amenities, and was told that no other amenities were included in the package (golf, tennis, workout room etc.). If pool was included we did not receive a gate code. Bicycle company did have the one bike at the house for us when we arrived. After driving seven and one half hours, we were not greeted very freindly by the person at the desk of the property management co. On the bright side, the house was very nice, good location. Very cool memerabilia inside. Great Kitchen. Three nice size Bedrooms. Very comfortable family room.
  Very good house for a family of 4-6.

  Bobby D's is a great home with awesome decor that is convenient to everything in Seaside and we are happy to hear you loved it as must as we do. It sounds like the home was a great fit for your family. Unfortunately, Seaside does not allow access to the pool, workout facility or tennis courts unless amenity passes are purchased at an additional charge. These passes were offered at the time the reservation was booked. Althought it was a pleasur to speak with you and follow up on your stay with us, we apologize again for the demeanor of the person you were greeted by at check-in and want you to know we strive to deliver exceptional guest service 24/7.   All was great. The only issue was the rental company. They did not have a our passes to the amenities when we picked up our packet. It would be easier if the packet was at the house and we did not need to drive to the rental company to pick up keys and drop off.
