Quaint 1000 square foot beach house sits on the Neawanna estuary. Amazing views 24 hours a day, with spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
Complete kitchen with an additional beverage fridge as well. Two ovens and a microwave make this kitchen great for parties or perfect for just two but if cooking is your desire this kitchen is great for it. Dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and espresso machine, beverage dispenser, blender, huge sink and plenty of counter top space. View room.

Amazing and unique you wont find a place like this anywhere. Your back yard hosts, two BBQ's charcoal and gas (fee applies for propane use) fishing, crabbing, swimming, water play, kayak, canoe, ocean kayak fishing or kayak to shopping. We have bike rentals or bring your bikes as you are an easy ride to shopping in downtown Seaside or downtown Gearhart or rent us for a week and two bikes come with the rental.
Next to the coast highway we are 12 blocks to the Seaside Outlet Mall and walking distance to the airport. Yet this little bungalow sits privately on the water and is all yours and filled with amenities galore.
Outside the property has 100s of flowers and beauty to stroll in and lounge in. Sun in the yard or read a book on the trellis covered deck and sleep your summer days away. The onsite coffee shop knocks on your door with fresh coffee and a yummy homemade treat for your wake-up call every day of your stay and is included in your price, or if you want we will let you sleep in and you can meander out when you want coffee.

For those of us who like the accommodations and hospitality of a Bed and Breakfast but, can't get passed feeling like strangers in someone else's home, this beach bungalow is perfect!! it is a free standing small house with a modern and uniquely designed interior that you get all to yourselves. It comes with the friendly service of its owners who are careful to give you the privacy you need with the just the amount of hospitality you want. The backyard setting is beautiful, which helps one forget that Highway 101 is out front. Traffic noise is muffled but still present at night so bring earplugs and if you need darkness bring an eye mask. A quick bike ride onto Seaside's beach after free morning coffee and homemade baked good on the deck...not much more needed.

We stayed here for our first family vacation with our 9 month old son. We had a wonderful time and could not have been more comfortable! We had just about everything we needed to make it a "home away from home" (we will pre-order wifi for out next stay). I loved that the place was filled with plants and such beautiful, organic furniture. Shauna and Gary are wonderful folks and made our stay very pleasant. The coffee and baked goodies were so nice to wake up to. The cottage is very conveniently located, and we were able to visit all of our favorite places easily. Being on the estuary was so peaceful, and it was nice to be able to watch the tide and take walks outside. It was such a great deal, well worth the money! We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Your Place. The owners are very nice and fellow artisans. We could not have picked a more perfect place for us to stay. It is located on the edge of an estuary and being photographers, we loved being able to go out and easily take photos of the wildlife. The room is cozy and very pretty inside with handcrafted furniture and counters. Everything is beautifully crafted from driftwood and tastefully done. It is everything that we as fellow artisans like. Although it is right off 101, the road noise did not bother us at all and the morning fresh bread and coffee was perfect for breakfast. We cannot speak highly enough of the care the owners have taken to make sure our stay was comfortable. Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your piece of paradise. :-)

We really had a great stay at the bungalow. Our first time using a vacation rental and can't wait to come back and visit. The layout was just right for two friends and to have our own little isolated area off the estuary with it's incredible sunsets was just amazing. Great coffee and baked goods from the owners, Shauna and Gary, and Gary's incredible wood creations. Perfect location, right inbetween the main strip at Seaside, and the other direction, Gearhart Ocean State Park. Thanks Shauna and Gary for the great stay.

I've used your place on several occasions now and each time I come back it seems they found a way to out do themselves again. The beautiful views of of the river behind it coupled with the sunset at night is fantastic. The inside is fully loaded with every amenity you could need and them some. I highly recommend this rental for any of your needs, be it personal or business. Ty again for the stay!

Everything about this place is amazing! It is very cozy and has everything you need for a little getaway. Especially love the view looking over the water and the fully functioning kitchen! Having coffee right out the front door is also a plus and delicious! ;) Would highly recommend this for a romantic weekend or if you just need some time to get away

Love this place. We have stayed all over the western us and found the Beach/River Bungalow in Seaside fits all our needs. It is all by itself...no neighbors in the next room. Watching the tide come in and go out, brings a new peace of mind. High recommend you give it a try.

We used this for a business meeting and the stayed the night.
Besides, the great rate, we saved the cost of a hotel.
Excellent location and loved the morning coffee service.
It's by the highway so there was some traffic noise but it died down at night and we listened to the waves crash on the beach. The water wildlife was a huge plus!!!

I have used Shauna's place as a guest overflow as was quite pleased with the layout and the accommodations. Also she is a peach to deal with. Laid back and funny.
