SUMMER RENTAL!!!! BRAND NEW Custom built in Seaside Park in 2011. 3 houses from the Ocean with beautiful views on Rooftop Deck. We take pride in our new custom built home and are responsive to any of our renters needs. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, actually there is two kitchens, a bar, wet bar, breakfast bar, custom cabinetry, center island, granite countertops, laundry room, outside shower, and multiple decks. The house is seven bedrooms and four full bathroom. The home has wireless internet and cable TV. Flat screens in every room. Views are breath taking!!!

Although we learned of this property at the last minute and were not familiar with Seaside Park, we were very pleasantly suprised on both accounts. The house was clean and has a very spacious layout that was perfect for 13 people. The home is located 3 houses from a terrific beach and there are several dining options within walking distance. The only negatives were the lack of window coverings on many of the bedroom windows and the somewhat spartan furnishings. Both of these were manageable, however, and, overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a great spot for our extended family beach getaway. There were 16 of us for the week, and with 3 roomy floors we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The kids and teens had their own living room which was great. The house is immaculate with everything you need for a great vacation, including the perfect location--3 houses to the beach and walking distance to some good restaurants, neighborhood shops and deli's. It's also close enough to the boardwalk in Seaside if you want it. The beach was gorgeous and uncrowded, and we also enjoyed long beach walks into beautiful Island Beach State Park. Owner was great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This amazing brand new house has plenty of room to fit a a large family and then some. Three levels of beautiful rooms with two full kitchens and a master suite floor fun for entertaining with a roof deck. Flat screens through out house. Beautiful views of beach and bay.Third house from beach and walk down the street to great restaurants and stores. Close enough for a five minute drive to seaside boardwalk but far enough away for a peaceful getaway!! Can't wait to come back.
