North Seaside right on the beach. Nothing between you and the ocean except beach grass and sand. Relax in this 4 bedroom oceanfront home and enjoy the view. The deck is oceanside so, you can bar-b-q and enjoy the scenery at the same time. In the evening sit around the open firepit and roast hot dogs and make smores. This home has been newly upgraded with brand new carpet throughout and very nice, well built furnishings.

Rented this house for a weekend with 11 other women spanning four decades in age - 20,30, 40 & 50. The house is amazing. When they say there is nothing that separates you from the beach other than beach grass and sand - it is the absolute truth. Those windows you see pictured open your world to a spanning and unobstructed view of the ocean and the beach...you will find yourself waking up early to just peer out the windows. The house is fully stocked w/ linens, dishes, BBQ, sand toys, towels, comfort and anything else you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable, and both couches (1 per floor) fold out to double beds. Everyone was comfortable. Parking was easy. We walked to town for breakfast and never wanted to be any closer to the hustle/tourism of town than we were. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. Katy at Oceanside Vacation Rentals made the entire transaction so incredibly easy and personable. She was an absolute gem to work with. Thank you, Thank you, thank You for making our stay so enjoyable. We will see you next year and every year thereafter!

Great house both for adults and kids. A great luxury to have two kitchens for preparing the Thanksgiving dinner. The thing we liked least was not having internet. The amenities, specifically the T.V. upstairs(which did not work)and the proper equipment for listening to music, definitely could be improved.
A memorable event, watching the 2011 record breaking winter storm as it lashed the beach outside our window.

The house was perfect for our extended family. While the adults talked in the upstairs living room, the kids played games or watched TV in the downstairs living room. The location right on the beach made it easy for all the family to enjoy the outdoors of dunes, waves and the beauty of the ocean. We will go again next year!
