4 bedroom 2 bath. Big beautiful kitchen and a large living room. This home features a large deck that wraps around the house. Plenty of parking and is licensed to sleep 12. It has a small rec room off the kitchen and features a foos ball table and video game console. Close to the beach and close to shopping. Everybody loves the Surf Manor. Hardwood floors in the livingroom open it up to a very spacious area for plenty of people to enjoy. Relax around the gas fireplace and watch satellite tv.

the only problem was there needed to be more convenient electrical outlets. Also the top stairs needed to be replaced. Very noisy. The kitchen needed more up to date cooking equipment.

Overall, a nice place in a convenient location. One day a repairman showed up for some reason and while he was there, we had him fix the refrigerator (it was sitting very lopsided) and the dishwasher which was unbalanced. I would recommend turning the temp down on the hot water as the kitchen temp is very very hot and if you have small kids, this could be a shocker!

We have stayed in Seaside over the 4th of July many times the past 5 years and have rented many vacation homes but this house and rental company was by far the best. The Oceanside staff is quick to answer all your questions and they mak booking one of there rentals super eazy.
The Surf Manor house is very comfortable and very roomy. The house was very clean and well stocked. Loved the porch and deck. We crab off the 12th street bridge so this house was a +.
We had our three grandchildren ages 3 and 1/2 , 18mos and 6 months and this house was very kid friendly.
We will be renting this house again in the future and renting another one of Oceanside houses come labor day weekend.
Loved everything about this house and it's location.
