Bella Vista is an original Seaside cottage, built in 1981 on Tupelo Street. Its quaint beach decor with its oversized screen porch have made it a favorite family destination for many years. Being just the second house on Tupelo puts it only a few steps to the beach pavilion. The cottage sleeps up to 6 with 2-queen bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, living room, dining room, snack bar and kitchen all on one level. What a wonderful vacation we had in Seaside and the Bella Vista was just perfect for us. We spent a week in this cozy beach house and it had everything we needed and more. It is literally steps from the beach and in a perfect, quiet location in Seaside proper. The house was very clean and cool and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms have all been updated with great fixtures and the towels are very soft. We loved the screened in porch with swing and spent many mornings and evenings there while listening to the ocean waves crash. This house sleeps 2 adults and 3 children comfortably. It is in a convenient location and is very close to the pool and the work out center in Seaside. It is a great beach house and is exactly what we expected from the description and photos. The house has a washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. The grocery store is just 5 minutes away. We would absolutely book this house again...Seaside is a wonderful town and some of the houses may be fancier and larger but this is the perfect beach house in a great town.

we had such a great time! bella vista is the perfect cabin by the beach- seaside is a wonderful place to take your family- very peaceful- especially during may- garrett realty was very easy to deal with and took care of all of our needs- i will definately be back- hopefully next month!

We really enjoyed our time at Bella Vista. The location is perfect. We have two small children (4 and 2) who loved the screened porch for playtime.
We enjoyed the house, but nothing was comfortable. The beds, sofa and dining room chairs were all uncomfortable so it was hard to really get cozy. The kitchen was well-stocked and the house provided everything we needed.

This place was so cute! We loved the full kitchen access and the screen in porch was awesome. All of the amenities of home. Unfortunately, the beds were both uncomfortable, and mattresses feel like they need to be replaced. Other than that, it would be a 5 star!

THE COTTAGE IS THE PERFECT SIZE FOR OUR FAMILY OF THREE AND IS IDEALLY SITUATED IN SEASIDE, CLOSE TO THE BEACH BUT WITHOUT THE ROAD NOISE. THE HOUSE IS VERY NICELY FURNISHED WITH NICE KITCHEN, DEN DINING ROOM, 2 FULL BATHROOMS AND TWO LARGE BEDROOOMS ALL ON ONE LEVEL. THE SCREEN PORCH IS HUGE.THE BONUS WAS THAT TO MY DAUGHTERS DELIGHT THERE IS WIRELESS INTERNET IN THE HOME.
WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
GARRETT REALTY WAS QUITE COUTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. -

The house was in great shape and a stones throw from the Beach. Pool and childrens pool clean and nice. Great place to stay.

Bella Vista is the place to unwind, enjoy the beach, cook some terrific seafood and reconnect with family and friends. The cottage lends itself to kicking back in the quiet side of Florida...the Emerald Coast! If you need a break and love the simple life, consider the perfect place...Bella Vista! It is worth the drive! This lovely sea cottage beckons us back each year...and makes incredible memories for my grandchildren!

We have stayed in Seaside before so I was very familiar with the area
and knew right where Bella Vista was.
The Garrett Realty reservations
(Andrea) was a wonderful pleasure to work with. She took care of all the
Seaside pool/tennis passes perfect.
However, the check-in department
was not friendly AT ALL with Garrett Realty. Typically we rent from
Seaside Cottage Rental Agency and the girls have a few things to learn
from SCRA in the friendly department.
The rate was very economical
compared to other rental companies in Seaside and the house itself was
more than comparable to the more expensive rate houses.
Overall:
Reservation Process Great. CheckIn Process: Fair.
The house is the
last steet in Seaside which does have advantages by not having cars in
front of your street when traffic builds. The beach pavillion was very
accessible and nice. There were even chairs and little table to have a
nice snack.
The porch was wonderful and bigger than it looks it in the
pictures. Beds, couch and chairs were all very comfortable. We did not
use the cot because the couch was so comfy!
The white chair covers
in the living room could use some cleaning. The living room TV was fine
but the bedroom tv's could be a little bigger (13" in one bedroom and
15" in the other) and there is only one DVD player in the
bedrooms.
The bathrooms were a very nice suprise. They are wonderful.
One has a garden tub (no jets) and the other has a fenced in patio that
opens to the shower. The kids love this and it was nice for sun bathing
as well.
The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cooking
utensils and even a baby soon. Just make sure you bring your own
detergent for washer/dryer and dishwasher.
The house is also only a
few blocks from the family pool, fitness center, and playground. Very
short bike ride.
Overall this house was excellent and we plan to stay
again.
