Internet descriptions too often overrate a site, but not so in this case. It was even better than we expected. Fantastic views of both the harbor and the Space Needle! A wonderful location and perfect for our family of seven (including two kids ages 7 & 9). Plenty of space for all. And the sofabed was the most comfortable sofabed we've ever experienced (this comment was expressed by two different adults who slept on the sofa bed). We were within walking distance of both Pike's Place and the Space Needle. When we choose to ride back from Ivar's on the waterfront we found the taxi cheaper than public transit(it was a $7.00 taxi ride for four). The building's permanent residents were welcoming and friendly. We used the open BBQ to cook our fresh salmon. And the onsite property managers were very helpful when we had an issue with our parking. They resolved it quickly and easily. This was a great place and we're very happy we found it for our spring break visit to Seattle.

A great location for being in downtown Seattle. You can walk the the Seattle Center, downtown and the Pike Street Market. The view is terrific. Furnishings and electronics were adequate, the kitchen appliances and dishes were okay, but neither up to the level of the condo. There should be a TV in each room, inadequate CD player, no decent coffee maker,lack of small appliances and no ice maker in frig. Towels were generous, the bathrooms adequate but dated. Parking is extremely tight, don't bring a big vehicle.

Views of puget sound, olympic mountains, space needle and location were unbeatable. Parked the car and didn't use it again for whole visit. Had a mini reunion with 5 women ...plenty of space for us and well stocked. Only bad thing...uncomfortable mattresses. In all rooms. But would stay much nicer than hotel.

What a great place to stay in Seattle! The property is within walking distance of just about everything with a lot of nice restuarants just steps from the front door. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, spacious, well equiped with a spectaular view on top of all of that!!!

Beautiful views, pictures don't do it justice. We walked to my daughters home in Queen Ann as well as Pike Place Market. great location. Will stay here again! would be nice to have more Seattle tourist information- maps etc.

Awesome view from the 25th floor! We had a corner unit and were able to have views from the Space Needle to Puget Sound to Mt. Rainier on clear days. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. Nice building. Nice neighborhood. We walked to most of our destinations. Will definitely recommend this condo and rental company.

We are seven friends who stayed in the condo. The Location was perfect, it was easy to get around the city on foot. The view is incredible, Space Needle out one window, the waterfront out another, Mt Rainier and downtown from the balcony.

We had an absolutely wonderful time while in Seattle at this location. It was close to the Space Needle (we walked there), close to Pike's Place we walked there as well but it was a little longer walk and many restaurants were available to us at this location. I would recommend this to everyone and anyone that would be asking.

We enjoyed the rental so much!! The views were incredible. The amenities were wonderful. The location was perfect. We appreciated the extra towels, the well-equipped kitchen, the washer/dryer, and the comfy atmosphere. The only negative was the noise from the construction going on below us while were there. But we bought ear plugs and still enjoyed ourselves completely! It was the perfect place for a birthday gathering.

Having spent 15 nights in hotel rooms, it was fantastic to arrive at the apartment with its plenty of space and magnificent views. The apartment was well equipped and warm. The location is convenient for walking to the Space Needle or into the centre of town for shopping and Pike's Market etc. Definately a great place to stay.

We were in Seattle to visit our son and his family, who live five minutes away from this property. The view wasd spectacular, especially the New Year's Eve fireworks on the Space Needle. Everything seemed to be a five or ten minute drive or walk from the condo.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The management company was extremely helpful and accommodating. A slight error in the arrangements was rectified quickly. They were always very pleasant and helpful.
While the building and suite are getting a bit older now (don't expect brand new hotel conditions) the unit was clean and respectable.
The view is fantastic!! -

The photos about the location are accurate. The condo has great views. However, what you don't see in the photos is that the: carpet was stained and dirty (can't believe we're charged a cleaning fee!), the shower curtains had a terrible odor in both bathrooms and the worst part was that swamp coolers and fans were not enough to cool the place down. It was an oven inside the condo and it was hotter inside than the outside temperature of 88 degrees. I've stayed at several vacation rentals and only had positive experiences until coming to this place.

Excellent property with perfect location for sight-seeing in Seattle. The views cannot be beaten. There's nothing like sitting back and watching the camera flashes go off at the top of the Space Needle right from the living room.
Furniture could use some repair/updating and there was a sour smell in the master bath, but all things we could live with for the location and views. -

Overall the property was fine. However, you have an ant problem in the bedroom with 2 single beds which was disconcerting. Also, the parking access card did not work and we were only given 1 parking tag, not the 3 we arranged. This caused unnecessary complications for us after a long drive.

Seven of us (all adults) to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday--3 couples and one single. The three bedrooms and two baths, along with the fold-out couch, were perfect. Best of all was the view of the city, Space Needle (right out the window--magical at night), water, and mountains. There is construction all around, and a highrise crane impedes the view out one window, but we even loved watching the crane operator crawl up to his roost and go about his work. Not a lot of bells and whistles--spare but tasteful furnishings. Very comfortable, very safe. Loved the small but parctical open kitchen. We had miserable weather--wind and icy rain--but we caught taxis to restaurants ($6.00) and walked to Pike Place without much trouble. In good weather, everything is in walking distance. Only problems: no hot water one night (which I reported to agency and they got right on), and a pipe or something was leaking in the master bedroom (which I reported and the agency was going to look into immediately). Would gladly stay here again!

The view can't be beat. The beds are comfortable, there's lots of space, and it was very clean. Brian was a big help when the building had a problem with water temperature. We called him in the evening and he came right over. -

A great place to stay at the commencement of our holiday in the USA and Canad. Not only were the views amazing but the accommodation is very suitable for family of 5. Location within walking distance of all major sites in downtown Seattle and if you want to rest just sit back and enjoy the amazing views. we visited Thanksgiving week and there was a snow and ice storm that crippled the city. We were very happy for; undergraound parking, french bakery and med bistro downstairs. The view was great and the fireplace appreciated. The kitchen need a once over in terms of the condition and amount of pots, utensils and dishes. We had 8 for thanksgiving dinner and all had a great time. Handrails and/or non slip mats shold be considered to make an older guest seem more compfortable, but my parents still loved the place. hopefully we will be back.

Great place to stay. We did not have a car so we walked to Pikes' Market, Whole Foods, and the Victoria Clipper dock. We came prepared with walking directions before we arrived, but were not totally prepared for the hilly terrain. Great views of harbor and Space Needle.
We will stay there again if we return to Seattle. -

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the cleanliness of the property. We schedule a post-clean inspection on the morning of each arrival to ensure our properties are clean and that any special requests made by our guests are in the unit. Our check-in time is 4 pm. Unfortunately, the guest checked in at 11 am without a prior request to do so; therefore, we were unable to complete the inspection. We will always accomodate an early check-in if we can, and prior approval allows us to complete our job before your arrival.

The views on the Space Needle were amazing, which is what we were looking for in our stay. We were able to watch the New Years Eve fireworks from the condo and avoid the craziness below us. Location was great. We walked to Pikes Place, Westlake Shopping, etc. We will definitely come back.

It was a family reunion to celebrate a niece's college graduation. We had no idea what the place would be like when it was reserved - but we were ecstatic when we arrived. Gorgeous view. Easy access to transportation. We intend to book another stay in the future. Seattle is one of our favorite places!

We rented the apartment for a family Thanksgiving. There were eight of us (representing four generations)in the apartment, and we had a great time. The views were breathtaking, the open floorplan of the kitchen/dining/living areas meant no one was alone in the kitchen, and the location was great. Thanks!

The lack of air conditioning and street noise may make it impossible for a light sleeper. The rooms are small but the view just about makes up for everything.

This is a super condo with everything from a beautiful view from all windows to very comfortable living conditions. We were there with dear friends and we all would come again in a heartbeat. We actually live in Berlin, Germany, not Mt Vernon, IL.

Location was great; bakeries, coffee shops, dance studios, excellent restaurants, and bus stops very close by (we're glad we didn't rent a car). Views were fabulous, better than expected, top notch. Unfortunately, Seattle was experiencing a heat wave while we were there and the 2 portable A/C units couldn't cool the unit down below 80 degrees (even at night) and it was quite uncomfortable, but all we think most of Seattle was in the same predicament (except the hotels/restaurants).
All else was wonderful. -

Centennial 2505 is a nice condo with a great view of Pueget sound and the space needle. It is in the hustle and bustle of it all, which is nice for walking to restaurants and the space needle, but is VERY noisy. There seem to be sirens all day long, and some construction on nearby buildings. The condo is comfortable and clean, and relatively well stocked. (The kitchen could use a few more items). The amazing thing is that I NEVER heard any noise from adjoining neighbors. The pool is a little funky. The gym is small, but usually empty, so you might have it all to yourself, as I did. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was great.
