I love my stay there,great location close to pike place market and restaurants, coffe shopes.pubs,art shows,whatever you want.
Although I forgot my jacket and my keys at the club,and I called there emergency number but no one unswerd!.finally they answer and I enter my condo at 11am !! -

Property mgt company has been excellent, very accommodating and professional. Unit is in an older building, appliances very old, and noisy (I sleep with ear plugs nightly). Otherwise location is fantastic, very close to everything and neighbors friendly and quiet.

I was very happy with the place I stayed; it was the perfect transition. I was actually going to extend my stay until I got a timely lead on my friend's condo. The apartment itself was very nicely furnished, and the location was great as well (although I expected that going in).

Even though it is a prime location close to Pikes Market and in the middle of Belltown you feel very isolated in this particular area. It is down a dark poorly lit hill from 1st ave with a large homeless population making walking after dark feel dangerous.

Fortunately, there is a large amount of improvement work in the neighborhood making the area more user friendly. The location is ideal, especially for pedestrian traffic through downtown, Pike Place Market or the waterfront.
