Next to the Washington State Convention Center and about 8 blocks from the Pike Place Market, our one bedroom condos are located in the trendy Pike/Pine neighborhood and Central Business District. You'll be steps from shopping, restaurants, theaters, museums and all major downtown attractions. We are also conveniently located near most major medical centers including Virginia Mason, Swedish, Fred Hutchinson and Harborview. Whether exploring our fabulous city, visiting family or working locally, there is no better place to experience all that Seattle has to offer.

- Cleaning Fee - $75 / stay - Fee - One Time fee on all rentals
- Damage Waiver - 3% of rental - Fee - Covers up to $600 in accidental property damage
Additional notes from owner
Weekly rates available October through April only. Call for rates on stays of 6 months or more. Parking is available if needed at $20 per day or $180 per month. Our 3 night minimum stay is a requirement of the condo association and is strictly enforced. Check-in hours are 3pm to 10pm. There is a $50 fee for check-ins later 10pm. Earlier check-ins may be arranged at no charge if staff and room are available. We cannot hold luggage prior to or after checkin/checkout.

This was a very nice place to stay which was close to the hospital. We needed to be close as my daughter was ill. It has laundry facilities and internet was close to a lot of shopping.
