Next to the Washingont Sate Convention Center and 8 blocks from the Pike Place Market, you can't beat our location, price, comfort and convenience for exploring the best of downtown Seattle. Located in the trendy Pike/Pine neighborhood and Central Business District you'll be steps from shopping, restaurants, theaters, museums and all major downtown attractions.

We are next to the Washington State Convention Center in the Pike/Pine neighborhood, about 8 blocks east of the Pike Place Market, near the corner of Pike and Hubbell, and walking distance to all major downtown attractions. Our close proximity to Seattle's renowned major medical centers and the central business district make us the ideal location whether coming to Seattle for medical treatment, business or leisure.

Additional notes from owner
Weekly rates available October through April only. Call for rates on stays of 6 months or more. Parking available at $20 per day or $180 per month. Our 3 night minimum stay is a requirment of the condo association and strictly enforced. Check in is between 3pm and 10pm. There is a $50 service fee for check-ins later than 10pm. Earlier check-ins may be arranged at no charge if staff and room are available. We cannot hold luggage prior to or after checkin/checkout.

Our stay began by Becki graciously coming personally to our rental to check us in early. Thank you!!!
We found the property to be very clean and well appointed. We were able to cook our meals each night which was wonderful! It was great to spend time with our son and wife in this two bedroom unit.
We never had a car as we took public transportation to places that were to far to walk!! The walk to Pikes Market was an easy one which we made at least twice a day!
I highly recommend this rental for its convenience, cleanliness and excellent customer service!!! -

I have stayed several times over the past three years, and just booked again for December when I will need a comfortable and affordable place right around the corner from the Convention Center.
