Apartment #2711 features 1,213 square feet of comfortable living space. Views from every window of this apartment. This non-smoking apartment features 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins that can be made into a king. Both bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms. An uncommonly comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps an additional 2 people for a maximum occupancy... of 6 guests. The upscale sleeper sofa has no bars to wreck a good night's sleep and a thick foam mattress for the ultimate in comfort.

Take in the view from the bedrooms, living room, or your private balcony. Watch the fireworks off the Space Needle and a partial view of Elliott Bay!

Apartment features central heat and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year round. A large fully equipped kitchen and all linens are included. 32" LCD TV with HD Cable including HBO, high speed Internet, and washer and dryer in unit. Parking is available in the building.

Building is a short 2 blocks to Whole Foods grocery store, 2 blocks in the other direction to Pacific Place Shopping Center, 3 blocks to Washington State Trade and Convention Center, and 8 level blocks to Pike Place Market. Building features every amenity imaginable:

  We had a lovely stay! Lots a fun with great friends! Great place to stay with children. Awesome location as you can walk anywhere you need to go.
  Super clean and spacious. Only thing is that the plug outlet in the master bath doesn't work. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

  We are a family of four from Queensland Australia. We wanted a larger style accommodation in Seattle, so we had space for our 2 children. The apartment was ideal and it was in a great location so that we could walk to most attractions. The weather was very cold when we arrived being winter however the unit was very cosy and warm. The unit had a great view and although being downtown was very quiet hence we were well rested for our days of sightseeing. We would definitely stay at this apartment again if we are fortunate enough to return to Seattle in the future.

  The condo was in a very clean, secure and nice tower in downtown Seattle. Close to the monorail, Pike's Market, Space Needle, and the Convention Center. Parking was provided in a secure garage as well. The condo itself was extremely clean and professional looking. Kitchen was well stocked, linens and towels were provided, washer and dryer. Nice cozy pool and hot tub on the 8th floor! The security and front desk people were so nice and helpful...same with the little store next door! I would definitely stay here again!!

  What a fabulous rental! Great location, walking distance to Pacific Place, Pike Place Market and SAM. All conveniences nearby including top restaurants. A real plus to have parking on site and the 8th floor exercise facility and pool were a nice bonus. The building was very well maintained and the concierge was most helpful in answering any questions or making recommendations. The unit could benefit from better lighting: higher wattage bulbs in lamps and additional lamps on the dressers in the bedrooms would help tremendously. We hope to return!

  My boyfriend and I stayed here for almost 10 days. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The lobby and our room were both clean and welcoming.   Two couples stayed in the unit for a long weekend, and it was a great spot. Check in was easy, the concierge watched our luggage until check in, and notified the management company that we were waiting for check in. Painless. The bldg is an easy walk to the train for travel to/from the airport. No car/taxi needed. The unit had beautiful views, and had all of the kitchen and bath amenities we needed. In short, it was just right for our group.

  Myself, my mom and dad, my boyfriend and his parents spent 3 nights in Seattle at the Metropolitan Tower. The condo was amazing, clean and in a great location. We were able to walk to Pike Place, the Space Needle, Capitol Hill, and to a Seahawks game. We were close to everything! We really enjoyed the pool table room. We will definitely be back!

  we were generally very happy. just a few suggestions-
  1. lighting in the 2 bedrooms is in sufficient.
  2. master bedroom needs curtains otherwise the early morning light filters through strongly.
  3. missing light bulb in the lamp shade and non working telephone were the 2 complaints that were immediately attended to.

  This was an amazing place to stay. My 3 sisters and I stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, it was very comfortable with lots of windows and view of the Space Needle. We cooked in one night and used the 8th floor patio and barbecue area, great space and it was very clean. Couldn't have been better. Would I stay here again, absolutely.

  Great location, unit is very attractive and view spectacular. Left some notes with check-out checklist regarding the business center computer access for printing needs. Parking is extremely tight if you have a van, but I was still appreciative it was available. May want to also leave more detailed instructions on the TV settings. Had to contact the emergency contact and although the problem was solved, the call could have been avoided.

  This is a fantastic apartment! I've rented holiday apartments across the us and this ranks right up there with the best. Amazing location - 5 minute walk to convention centre, monorail, 10 to shops and thne market.
  
  The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful and there's a good convenience store in the building. Best of all, 10 minutes walk is a Wholefoods Market.
  
  The apartment is very well kitted out, with full cable, wifi, great beds and a balcony with a view over Pugit Sound.
  
  Loved it and will be back.

  perfect location in denny triangle area.whole foods real close! wonderful, QUIET apt. in gorgeous,SUPER SAFE highrise building.wonderful workout facilities.neat apt;yet the amenities of a 5* hotel.most apts. in metro tower appeared to be lived in by full dt seattle, YET really close to drive to areas such as queen anne,south lake union, and magnolia area w/ awesome Discovery park hiking! APT.PARKING GARAGE!!!views fr apt.are amazing..space needle, the sound, the ferries crossing. loved working w/ sea to sky, JULIE and BRIAN.they made sure carpets were clean;made twins into king. we did make a few SMALL suggestions to owners: add a few down pillows,touch up marks on walls,furniture left by renters. twin beds mattresses could also use NEW FOAM TOPPERS...otherwise, perfect.we WILL use them again! DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS ONE.if u want to be in dt seattle, this is a most EXCELLENT CHOICE for the PRICE and SQUARE FOOTAGE. also,eat @ DANIEL'S BROILER-south lake union,BAROLO,SEASTAR,SERIOUS PIE & IL FORNAIO(upstairs) u will be pleased.walking down @ SLU is a neat spot to watch the seaplanes land and take off,view all the yachts,watch all the rowers and sailors AND to eat @ best restaurant in seattle-Daniel's Broiler.

  We had a great time in Seattle at this property. The location was ideal for shopping & sightseeing in Seattle. The workout room, pool,spa & sauna areas were very clean. The condo was very well equipped,& clean. Bedding, linens and kitchenware were excellent.Even though it was December, we used the grills for grilling steaks & lobster. Wonderful place!

  OUR PARTY CONSISTED OF 3 ADULT WOMEN AND 2 TEENAGERS. WE WERE THERE TO SEE THE SITES AND DO SOME SHOPPING. WE COULDNT BELIEVE OUR LUCK WHEN WE ENTERED THE APARTMENT!   Overall a wonderful experience in great accommodations but I felt like the living area could use more furniture. It was difficult to gather there to watch a game, etc. The kitchen worked well for preparing dinner and was well-stocked but the spice containers in the rack felt grubby as if they hadn't been wiped in a while.   A big family wedding was planned for Seattle.Since it was to be at a hotel on the waterfront, we wanted someplace for family members to be able to visit together as well as be conveniently located for special wedding activities. The Metropolitan Tower was perfect in all respects.The view was great.People enjoyed the pool, hot tub and rooftop garden. We felt like WE were on a honeymoon type trip ourselves!

  We stayed for a week in this rental. It was everything we expected and more. The area was great. The apartment was lovely. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Seattle. Everyone in the building was helpful and eager to share the city with us. We would recommend this property to any family as we had a great deal of space for all of us.   Overall, we were very happy with the rental unit. The location, facilities (gym & pool), & view were all fabulous. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with a family and/or enjoying cooking some of Seattle's finest seafood at "home".

  This condo just made my family and I feel welcome right away. The conciege was always very helpful and friendly. We stayed here for almost 2 weeks after an alaskian cruise. It was just the prefect location, easy walk or short cab ride to anyplace we wanted to see in Seattle. The kitchen was ready for us to make tasty meals in and we did every night not going out to eat. The view from the balcony was just amazing of the space needle. When the windows were closed you couldn't hear any outside noise. The condo was beautifully decorated and fresh and clean. We had 2 friends join us from alberta and there was lts of room for all 5 of us. The master bathroom was large and very nice. And the closet and storage space was more then we needed. We ended up doing a lot of our grocery shopping at Bartell's Drug Store, not liking the Whole Foods 3 blocks the other way. We were able to walk to Pike Place Market and the water front. Just 2 to 4 blocks away there malls, and lots of shopping restaurants. We took the monorail to Seattle Center. The pool and outdoor area were very nice. If you are looking for comfort, and a homey feel with a central location this is the prefect place for it.

  The perfect hotel alternative

  We stayed in this condo for three nights, and found it much more relaxing and comfortable than a hotel. We particularly liked the ability to make our own meals, although we definitely took advantage of many of the restaurant options around, too. The first night we were there, we had a problem with the heat not working in part of the condo. Although we had a cool night, the management had someone there to fix it at 9 am (our choice of time) and he was efficient and very pleasant. One other slight hitch: the wireless internet wasn't working within the condo, which was disappointing since we didn't have a data cable for the wired network. All in all, though, our stay was just a great as it has been the past two times. The building concierges, Kim and Magnolia, are top notch: they obtained tickets for us and helped with general questions.
  Three suggestions for the management would ensure perfection:
  1) add blackout curtains in the master bedroom
  2) add a couple of hooks in the main bath
  3) fix the wobbly leg on a dining chair
  Other than this the place is fabulous and well equipped. You won't be sorry you stayed here!

  We stayed in this lovely, comfortable condo for two weeks....set right in the heart of downtown Seattle, everything is right there at your fingertips. Lots of room...because of the layout of the condo you never feel cramped or like you are in the usual apartment. All the little extra's make the Tower an exceptional choice...the huge heated indoor pool, hot tub, steam rooms, excerise rooms, saunas, library, billiard room, reception room, the workplace office equipped with 3 computers, fax machine, copiers, etc. And also on the 8th floor this incredible park-like area with BBQ facilities, all sorts of tables and chairs, flower beds, potted plants and GRASS, real live grass....you feel like you are in a park!!! The staff couldn't be more helpful !!! Need a cab, the concierge has it for you!! Any directions, any suggestions, the staff of the Towers are always pleasant and cheerfully glad to help you. The parking garage is attached and we never had a problem finding a spot to park in. And the views of the city from the balcony never failed to amaze and change unceasingly, night or day! The only negative, and it's only a very slight one, is the condo's is a little "slow" so crank it up a little more to achieve the desired temperature. We had friend's come to stay with us for a couple of days and they utilized the queen-sized pullout couch...extremely comfortable with none of the usual iron 'bars' to disrupt a night's sleep...and there's plenty of extra blankets provided. Lots and lots of towels, with larger sizes for the pool. Of course, there is a great stacked washer and dryer right in the condo also! All attractions were easily within walking distance (and I am partially husband went to 2 baseball games at Safeco Field and Qwest Stadium for football...both easily reached by the public transit system, located less than 2 blocks from the Towers. During the day til 7pm, this is free...after that $2 per person, so certainly very r

  We quickly realized that the condo at Metropolitan Tower would be the perfect place for our family of 5 and babysitter to stay for the week prior to our oldest daughter's wedding. Not only could we walk to local restaurants, stores and tourist attractions, we had all the comforts of home plus amazing views of the Seattle skyline and mountains beyond. We loved the large terrace off the 8th floor for socializing and drinking wine with friends and family. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. Our concierge, Magnolia, was extremely helpful and tenacious finding a last minute tailor for us and even called vendors ahead to ensure our immediate timeframe could be met. All in all, our experience with Sea to Sky and Metropolitan Tower was more than we could have hoped. We will look forward to returning in the future.

  It was my 1st trip to Seattle and a 1st time booking a vacation rental rather than a hotel. Luckily for me the hotel prices were way high for the time frame we travelled. The location, the unit, and ease of check in/check out was flawless. The view from the condo was breathtaking with an unobstructed view of the Space Needle. Location is not more than 5 minutes driving time from virtually anywhere in downtown. We arrived after hours and check in was still a breeze at that time. We had no problems checking out as well, also outside of the concierge hours. The 2BD/2BTH setup was perfect for our situation since we had two families travelling together. We only wished we had more time to spend to enjoy some of the tower's amenities on the 8th floor.

  We stayed for just over a week in May 2009 and overall the Met Tower was excellent. we stayed for business so there was 3 people staying there and people who visited the apartment also commented on it in favorable terms. Some were green with envy because they were staying in hotels nearby, like the Westin across the road, and were paying for each person what we were for three of us! The initial booking was very helpful, the apartment was clean and tidy with as many amenities as you would want. We even tried out the sauna and jacuzzi facilities (they also had a pool) and they we good and clean. the staff were helpful, although we did have to spell some things out to them in detail. I would highly recommend this place.

  I came to Seattle for a conference and stayed for 5 days - this condo was a tremendous value and pricing was comparable or even a bit lower than the cost of a hotel. The building is very high-end, with a great fitness/pool floor that has a very nice common area. The location is prime, only a few blocks walk to the convention center. Barolo restaurant is on the street level and is a fantastic place to eat. All in all, this will be my first choice for any future trips to Seattle.

  We had a wonderful time in Seattle. There was plenty to do and see, even for New Yorkers! The friendly people and relaxed pace made us feel at home. We were a bit surprised at how noise carries from the street to the 27th floor, but it never got to be an annoyance. There was an odd odor when we first arrived, but a bit of airing out with the terrace door open to the Space Needle, Olympic Mountains and Bay views quickly took care of that.
  We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend #2711!

  Seattle was delightful. We took two umbrellas and never used them. The apratment was perfect for our needs -- and we loved the view of the Space Needle. We highly recommend the Experience Music Project. Dine at Palomino or Il Fornaio for excellent food at reasonable prices. It's also fun to go to Whole Foods and make your own supper -- great salmon and salad fixings.

  overall the location was excellent with proximity to convention centre and downtown locations. Carpets were filthy and stained and there was an odour in the carpet/apartment when you entered. Convenient parking, good supply of kitchenware/dishes etc. Excellent view from the balcony; great fitness centre, good security and helpful at the reception. TV had plenty of channels including movie stations; Overall pleased but carpets definitely need cleaning and the outside of door could be cleaned as well as some of the walls.

  For our family of four, the apartment in the Metropolitan was an outstanding choice. The views were amazing - even with the construction outside, the children loved watching the new buildings being built and boats at the docks, and my husband and I got a thrill from gazing at the Space Needle from our bed as we fell asleep. The space was nicely decorated (and I'm picky), the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well-stocked with dishes, pans, and doo-dads. We stayed for five days; the thought of staying that amount of time in a hotel room where we'd all have to sleep at the same time and use one bathroom isn't a pretty one in comparison to having the luxury of setting up our son's train tracks and our daughter's playset in the living room and leaving them up, having two bathrooms, and being able to close the door on the kids at night and have a little grown-up time. The building is beautiful and very classy and so well situated - a tiny walk to all the benefits of Pacific Place, two blocks to the monorail station to get to the science museum/Space Needle/Children's Museum, and a trolley ride down to Pike Place Market. Parking was easy in the attached, covered garage. There was a drugstore on the corner and whole foods was only a couple of blocks away, so we were able to fully stock with no trouble. il Fornaio, a few blocks away, was a great choice for dinner that was a fancy enough restaurant to feel special and child-friendly enough to make it a nice family moment. It was a wonderful vacation and a wonderful place to stay. We'll have to visit Seattle again - and stay in the same place!

  Thoughtfully appointed unit with exceptional views from both the living room and master bedroom. Perfect downtown location with no worries about parking. Expansive kitchen with everything there for gourmet preparation and tasteful presentation. The Sea to Sky personnel are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and seem genuinely invested in the happiness of their guests.

  Great BBQ set up on property with great view of downtown. Convenient parking and walking distance from the tram station . Sip some wasington vino with the spectacular view of the Space Needle and lake lake Wasington. We loved it!!!!

  This was the first time my wife and I rented a condo/apartment to stay in rather than a hotel and we loved the experience. Also, due to a mistake I made in making the original reservation with Sea to Sky, our vacation could have been a disaster. Instead, the experience turned out wonderfully due to the excellent customer service provided by the Sea to Sky staff. I would recommend your services to anyone!!!

  The Seattle apartment was a perfect place for us to stay

  We were there to go to a wedding with our two kids, and decided to go ahead and make a vacation out of it. The apartment was beautiful and clean, and the facilities were great. We had a picnic out on the terrace while we were there. The location was was in walking distance from Whole Foods, the monorail, and the Pike Street Market. The staff helped us out by leaving us not just 'normal' Seattle guides but also guides specific to us helped us find some great things to do we would not have discovered otherwise, including parks and the Children's Theatre. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you,

  This condo is truly makes a great home base for visiting the downtown area of Seattle. We were able to walk to everything - and this was with a 6 month old child with us. The condo itself was clean, spacious, well-stocked and had a great view. Would definitely book it again!

  We were told it was wheelchair accessible, but like many, your agents need to know better what that means. My husband could not use any shower or sink. Other than that, it was a great place for the family to gather. Wish we could use it again, but I have not seen a similar deal.
