Caboolture, Queensland, AustraliaAwesome location, beautiful apartment
Left on 03/15/2013 for a stay in January 2013
Getting in very late at night after long haul from australia in heavy fog & very cold conditions, this apartment was warm & welcoming. Perfect size for the four of us, stylishly decorated, safe & secure. Location was brilliant - close by was bakery, convenience store, many great resturants & we loved Branzino Bar (3 doors up). We walked everywhere (flat easy walking, neighbourhood felt very safe) & only a short walk to the waterfront. Clean, comfortable beds & we enjoyed the complex spa & pool, although cold getting there through courtyard! :) Booked online, owner Melissa very helpful. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in gorgeous Seattle! Great neighbourhood

The location of this condo was really very good. We did not rent a car and in fact were able to walk everywhere we needed to go with the exception of Theo Chocolate. There are several restaurants on the same block as the condo as well as the surounding area making dining out easy. The size was perfect for a family of four, and could easily have accomidated 1-2 more people. We never felt like we were on top of each other, making for a more relaxed vacation. A tour of the complex would have been nice, even a map would have been helpful. The courtyard was popular, and we did experience a party on the patio early in the evening. Drapes in the master bedroom would have been nice as the shade was broken, allowing a great deal of light to flood into the room early in the morning. We also found the beds to be just too hard. I had a backache every day, the teens complained as well and they sleep anywhere! Several bulbs were out in the bathroom, making it very cave-like. Wi-fi frequently dropped, annoying when doing a Tripadvisor review!

Our stay couldn't have been better. The condo is perfectly located for sightseeing and exploring the city. We did not rent a car and walked everywhere - everything was so close - the Space Needle, Olympic Sculpture Park, the Market, Pioneer Square. We even walked to and from SafeCo field! Catching a bus was easy as was finding new and interesting places to eat. We made use of all the condo had to offer. The kids swam in the pool, explored the views from the rooftop deck, slept beautifully. The condo has everything you need - I can't think of anything it didn't have that we needed (although, it did take us some time to find the pool towels). And it's beautifully decorated and updated. Feels like a 4-5 star hotel. The condo is quiet, but not too quiet that you worry about bothering neighbors. It overlooks a lovely courtyard that is also quiet so you can open up the doors to the deck and enjoy the views and the breeze. The drawer filled with brochures and guides is a plus as is the WiFi. Overall, we had nothing but a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

This two bedroom apartment in Belltown is a good place for a family or two couples to stay while visiting Seattle. It's within easy walking distance of Pike Place Market and the Seattle Center. Plus, there are several good restaurants right in the same building and within a 2-block walk. While there are some expensive mini-marts nearby, there are not any grocery stores within walking distance. You'll need a car to get some decent supplies. Speaking of a car, there is a parking space available with the apartment. That is a nice add-on.
We had very positive interactions with the owner and the local manager. The only downside for us is that the busy apartment complex can get very noisy on a weekend night with other folks outside enjoying a beautiful summer night OR very noisy first thing in the morning thanks to the very loud grounds crew or the garbage trucks in the nearby alley. -

Close to Pike Place Market, Seattle art Museum, great cuisine!
We loved staying here! Yes there is some "city noise" late at night, but
it was not a problem. Staff welcomed us, showed us all the key details.
Worth it, safe, special! -

I expected a luxurious condo and was not disappointed. More importantly, my mother was very happy with it! Very clean, modern and tastefully furnished. The leather coffee table was great for our 13 month old daughter (no risk of falling and hitting head on any sharp corners). Nice bathrooms walk in shower in ensuite and bath/shower in other bathroom. Really enjoyed the balcony which caught the mid afternoon sun, overlooking ornamental gardens below. Tastefully done. Very helpful polite manager. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Parking was underground and very secure. Perfect location. Walking distance to most attractions. plenty of restaurants and a nice bakery (But look up Bakery Nouveau in West Seattle!!) on ground floor of complex. Nice hot tub and pool - water was a bit cold mind you. The only fault was the king bed mattress in the ensuite bedroom, it was slightly lumpy and a very firm (we slept fine though) which I assumed was either as it was an old mattress or because of two singles put together. and the other mattress was firm although my mother didn't find it uncomfortable. But all in all we had a really nice stay and I would stay here again.

We stayed for 6 nights and found the location excellent for us as it was easy and convenient to take the bus into the city and to any of the downtown attractions. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed.
The other major benefit was an excellent Italian restaurant right outside the entry door and the great Macrina bakery for easy breakfast options. In addition there was a convenience store just around the corner. -

A beautiful apartment, with fantastic facilities which proved to be a great accommodation option for our reunion with friends from Vancouver - lovely kitchen, big bedrooms and the free parking was very handy for our friends. The apartment is in Belltown, a great area of Seattle with a fantastic selection of restaurants on your doorstep (we especially enjoyed Kushi), close to Pike Place Market and very near the Space Needle and EMP. Lori, the Propery Manager, was so helpful and very flexible to our needs. We'd love to stay here again.

Our group of six took a spring break vacation and this condo was perfect for us. It was beautiful, clean and in a great location. The bathrooms were spacious and there was plenty of room to spread out and make ourselves at home. Our daughters slept on the pull-out sofa and said it was fantastic. We didn't really utilize the kitchen because we were always out seeing the city, but it was wonderful to have a full-size refrigerator for leftovers, wine, drinks, etc. and to have a microwave was also a nice bonus. We walked all around Belltown to the Space Needle, down to the waterfront and to downtown. We enjoyed it so much that we hope to stay there again the next time we're in Seattle.

I attended a conference in Seattle and brought 5 friends. We had a great time! The condo worked out great for us. Everyone had a bed...one was an aero bed but comfortable. The rooms were relatively quiet. Could hear the elevator at night from the second bedroom but no doors slamming, showers going like in most hotels. The decorating was very modern and tasteful. Best of all it's location was so convenient. I did drive to the convention center, though I probably could have walked the mile. At night we never had to drive with so many restaurants close by and in the morning we could get coffee and a bakery right around the corner. The market below the building was a little expensive but so convenient we ended up there all the time. We will probably be back sometime.

Left on 05/07/2012 for a stay in April 2012
We rented this condo for a 4-day stay in Seattle with our two children, ages 3 and 4. It is a stones throw from excellent restaurants of every ethnicity, as well as easy walking distance to Seattle Center, Pike Place market, the aquarium, among many other attractions. Even with little kids we were able to walk everywhere. Because of the location we didn't rent a car, though there was a garage space if we had. The unit is super comfortable, beautifully furnished and well stocked, from plastic plates and cups for kids, to everything we needed to make a great meal after shopping for lots of wonderful fresh ingredients at Pike Place market. Our friends rented another unit in this same building. It was more expensive, and less maintained. I highly recommend this rental!

Boston, MABest Vacation rental experience!
Left on 04/20/2012 for a stay in April 2012
My husband, two children, our nanny and I stayed here for a few days when my husband was in Seattle for business.   With two boys, we prefer vacation rentals to hotels and usually stay in a place we find on FlipKey. This was by far the nicest place we've stayed. The owners thought of everything. The second bedroom had twin beds, which was great for the kids who usually have to share. The living room had a sleeper sofa that our nanny said was very comfortable, with a mattress that inflates. The furnishings are top quality and the kitchen and bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous. The location was great. Although we rented a car, we hardly ever used it. We walked to the Pacific Science Center, Pike Place Market and the Seattle art Museum. We took a bus, which was right outside the condo building, to Pioneer Square although we could have walked there, too. The Marcrina Bakery on the First avenue side of the building is a must go to!
As a previous reviewer mentioned, the parking stalls in the garage are very small, so I wouldn't recommend renting a big  SUV, although there was a Chevy Suburban parked next to us!   The rental contract explained  that the parking stalls are tight so we're not complaining.
Finally, Lori, is wonderful. She has kids herself and was more than helpful with suggestions of fun things for them to do. We called her several times and if she didn't answer right away, she called us back within a few minutes.  We give her a huge thumbs up!Â
We can highly recommend this place and will not think of staying anywhere else if we return to Seattle. Only downside is it has spoiled us for future rentals.   -

good part: nice place, very clean, ok location.
Bad part: could have used more than one key fob, parking was terrible, needed more toilet paper and paper towels, towel rack in bath was broken, no comforter for sofa couch, tenant living above the pool said we had to be quiet, price was higher than a nice hotel.Response from Belltown Vacation Rental - 04/20/2012
Owner
We were so surprised to see a 3 star review (after never having received anything less than 5 stars) that we contacted the guest to find out what we could do better. The guest was very complimentary and assured the owner that the place was very nice and clean and that the manager, Lori, was very responsive the one time they called her to ask for directions. The guest said she didn't know she could have asked for extra keys (2 were provided) or more toilet paper (4 rolls were provided). The guest said this was their first experience staying somewhere other than a hotel and they gave it 3 stars because they prefer the hotel service where rooms are cleaned daily and breakfast is included.
In terms of the specific complaints: parking is in a nice secure garage in the building. The spaces are very small as they are in most Seattle urban garages. This is highlighted twice in the rental agreement and was also explained to this guest prior to making a reservation. The towel rack has been fixed and unfortunately the guest never let us know this was a problem or it would have been addressed right away. There is a very nice quality comforter for the sofa sleeper (also very high quality).
Quality of furnishings, cleanliness and superior service are very important to us. -

Well-appointed condo close to wonderful restaurants, Pike's Market, shopping, and public transportation. Underground parking was much appreciated as well. Only issue for the 5 of us was that we ran out of hot water every morning since we all took showers. I would definitely recommend this to other vacationers.

We had a wonderful time staying in this gorgeous condo. We always try to stay in condos rather than hotels and I can say that this one is by far the best we've stayed in. The location is perfect since we could walk everywhere and there are lots of restaurants right outside the front door. We had not been to Seattle in several years and didn't realize Belltown had become such a restaurant hub. The condo itself is beautiful. It's so clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. In the mornings we would get coffee and pastries at the Macrena Bakery, then take them to the rooftop terrace to have our breakfast while looking at the most breathtaking view of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains. During the day we walked everywhere. Pike Place Market is very close as is the downtown shopping area. At night we would start with a glass of wine on the balcony and then go to one of the local restaurants. This is no end to the choices of great places to eat , casual or more sophisticated. A couple nights we walked along the lively waterfront to work off the dinner then came back to this very beautiful and comfortable condo. We would highly recommend and we will be back!

My family (husband and boys ages 6 and 8) stayed here for 3 days in June. This place was even better than advertised. It is very clean and new. They seem to have thought of every convenience for a great stay. The decor is gorgeous and clutter free. It's more like staying in a high end suite than an apartment. Beds are sooo comfortable and we loved that our kids had their own beds as they usually have to share when we go to hotels. We stayed there after visiting Vancouver, but now wish we had spent more time in Seattle! Our kids were endlessly entertained. There is a Wii in the condo, and they loved the indoor swimming pool. It's about a ten minute walk to the Seattle Science Center, which is an amazing venue for both kids and adults, we could have spent several days there. Lots of restaurants and great shopping to entertain the adults. The Pike's Market is also a short walk and a must see in Seattle. The only suggestion I have is it would be nice to have some patio furniture to enjoy the view from the terrace. I would highly recommend this condo!

Stayed in this lovely apartment after our cruise and could not have been happier. Arrived early in the morning and Yvonne met us so that we could get and early start exploring the city. Walked into a lovely building and a gorgeous apartment with a wonderful bottle of wine waiting for us. Yvonne was wonderful in aquainting us with the apartment and the neighborhood and soon we were on our way. We did not rent a car and the location was so perfect we did not need it. It was so wonderful to return to this apartment at the end of the day and feel so comfortable as if we were home. Prior guest had left coffee and sugar so we made sure to leave some items for the next guest...you feel like you are with family. We will surely rent the apartment again when visiting Seattle and recommend it to our friends and family

We came to Seattle with another couple and had a wonderful time staying in this lovely, clean condominium. Having 2 bathrooms was a big bonus! We loved the king bed and the bedding was so comfortable, we asked Yvonne where they bought the sheets. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed. We loved sipping wine on the rooftop terrace. The only downside is the condominium is so nice, that we weren't very motivated to explore the city! That said, we did manage to get out and eat in some of the local restaurants. Yvonne was so helpful and the information packet she provided was great. There are so many restaurants to choose from right in the neighborhood. We had no idea Seattle was such a gourmet city! Our favorite was Marco's Supperclub, which is just a block away. We will recommend this place to all our friends and hope to stay here on our next visit to Seattle
