This apartment is absolutely fabulous. I am in danger of going overboard with superlatives here, but honestly, I don't think I have stayed in a better rental location (or hotel, for that matter) in all my years of travelling.
Where do I start? The whole place is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to entertain (and they even have complimentary condiments for you to use) and everything - cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans- is very very clean. Emma and Van even provide coffee beans and a grinder so that you can make fresh drip coffee every morning.
The bathroom has a great shower, lovely fluffy towels and even shampoo/soap for those who have forgotten to pack these essentials. The bedroom has ample closet space, a very very comfortable bed and a view of the Space Needle!
The facility has a small pool, a fitness centre and a sauna.
Being in trendy Belltown there is a great choice of restaurants and bars nearby, and Pike Place market is only a 7 minute walk away.
This place is in a great location, but just be warned that downtown Seattle has it's fair share of homeless people (who are not aggressive at all and will peacefully pass by if you say 'no sorry' to any of their requests), so if you are travelling alone late at night, might be worth getting a friend to walk you home just to be on the safe side.

my husband and i greatly enjoyed our two day stay in seattle. the condo was clean and well appointed. the area has many restaurants nearby. it was a very easy walk to pikes public market. we would highly recommend it.

We had the better part of a week in the apartment. The owners were easy to deal with and arrival and departure were hassle free
apartment is in middle of Belltown equidistant to Pike Place Market and Seattle Centre. Great resteraunts, bakeries etc just outside the door.
No noise from within building but it is a lively street at night.
Very well equipped. Was best mattress I have slept on in a vacation rental. Kitchen is fully equipped and you could be quite ambitious.
We will come again -

We had a fantastic time at Seattle City Suites. The building was great, the apartment itself was great. The location was fantastic - right near everything downtown, sights, restaurants, etc. This is a superior way to visit Seattle over a hotel. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was a perfect location for all of our activities including a run out in Discovery park, visit to the market and dinner and show downtown.
We appreciate the little details, the place was nice and clean and the parking spot was a big plus.
We will definitely tell others and likely use your place again.

We had a great time staying at this clean, comfortable and relaxing condo. The location couldn't have been better, we enjoyed that we could simply park the car for the weekend and walk to wherever we wanted to go. The condo was quiet and was great to have the pool, hot tub and fitness area. Would definitely recommend others to stay.

Everything about this condo is as adverstised. Our family stayed for 5 nights and had a terrific time. It is within walking distance to all the downtown sights and an easy drive to the regional/state parks. The only problem is deciding where to eat!

The condo is very bright and cheery! We loved the location!
Very close to everything! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Free parking in the garage was a real plus!
A bit noisy on the street at night though.
Everything was stocked nicely. Plenty of kitchen stuff. Lots of bedding and towels. There's even a little washer/ dryer combo. Terrific!

Nice condo located in a nice neighborhood. Lots of things to do close by - Space Needle, downtown, etc. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. There were many extras provided like laundry soap, good assortment of dishes and cookware, sound system, books, tourist info. etc.

A friend and I stayed here with her 9 month old son. The suite was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay and got to feel more like residents than tourists. The added bonus of having a nicely appointed kitchen was wonderful and allowed us to take advantage if the great food options at the Pike Place Market and cook our own meals (which also helped save money).

Great apartment in a very convenient Seattle location. 1 block walk to main (and free) downtown bus routes. Less than 10 minute walk to Pike Place (south) or Space Needle/EMP (northeast). Apartment well appointed with full kitchen, washer/dryer, and all the little things like basic condiments, detergent, utensils, etc. Seamless PayPal transaction to reserve and check-in with free underground and secure parking was simple.

My husband and I stayed here with my sister and brother-in-law for two nights and we all found it to be a great place to stay! This was our first visit to Seattle and since our time was so limited, we wanted a condo or apartment to rent in the downtown area that would be within walking distance of many things to do. We're so glad we found this place! The location was perfect. The apartment was chic, with wonderful decorating touches, and was very well appointed. We had every amenity we could possibly have wanted. We could see the top of the Space Needle from the little balcony. The guest book in the apartment contained many wonderful comments about the Italian restaurant on the street below the condo, so we tried it and we have to agree. We enjoyed a fabulous meal at one of the outdoor tables. In the condo, we liked the fact that there was a basket of brochures and pamphlets providing us with much information on things to do in Seattle. We walked to Pike Place Market, and to the square where we could take the Underground Tour (fun!) We took a city tour on a duck, too. Condo owners Van and Emma provided lots of extras, like coffee beans and a coffee grinder and filters so that we could brew coffee in the morning, and munchies like granola bars, cookies, and fruit snacks. My husband and I found the bed very comfortable, and my sister and brother in law said that the hide-a-bed (which is brand new) provided a very comfortable night of sleep, too. Sheets and towels were of the highest quality and I loved the dishes and glassware. The dispenser in the shower had high quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Both the aparment and the building were immaculately clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again on another visit to the city!

This is a great apartment. It is extremely well equipped and really is a, 'home from home'. It is in a central position, everything is within easy walking distance and there is a good guide in the apartment for local bars and restaurants etc. The property was very clean and smelled beautiful when we opened the door. There are lots of nice touches, the complimentary toiletries in a dispenser in the bathroom was an unexpected bonus. It is obviously well maintained having everything you could want in a good condition. The apartment overlooks the street, so does get noisy especially when nearby bars and restaurants close. We loved the Queen City Grill where we had a high quality special occasion dinner for a reasonable price, and the athenian in Pike Place Market is great value for superb food, (also a scene from Sleepless in Seattle was filmed there). Don't forget to go up Columbia Tower for the views. Overall, the apartment and entire Seattle experience is highly recommended.
