Ballard Abode is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath town home in old Ballard. It was built in 2006 and is in excellent condition with all new furniture and decor and radiant floor heat. Relax in the living area next to the gas fireplace and prepare meals in the full kitchen if you decide to eat in. Or sit on the little balcony for some fresh air and the sounds of seagulls overhead.
There is a garage for a compact car as well as a small private back yard. The townhouse sleeps 3 comfortably, 2 in a queen bed and 1 on the twin sofa bed.
