This cozy, comfortable, and super-convenient condo is the perfect place to rest your bones while you're visiting the fabulous Emerald City. Additional Location Information
The best thing about this condo is its location, right in downtown Seattle and with easy access to the entire city. We're right on the border between Pioneer Square and the International District. Seattle is a wonderful, lively, historical city with something for everyone. The Seattle Art Museum is world-class; the city's architecture is a mind-bending blend of classic elegance, sleek modern, and riotous post-modern; there is enormous variety and excellence in the restaurant offerings; there are many unique and interesting off-beat art-galleries and boutiques; and on and on. The condo itself is comfortable and convenient, but it's the location that really makes this a great deal.

Columbus, OhioEasy way to stay in Seattle

Larry's place is conveniently located to downtown Seattle, the waterfront, and the sports statiums. You can walk to all of them from his place. The condo is modern, recently built, and kept clean. Larry is easy to work with and can be helpful about accessing Seattle places and events. The place has all the ameneties including elevator access, cable tv, a kitchen, coffee maker, and laundry. This unit is off of a nice terrace, so you can be outside easily in the good weather. I recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

This condo was exactly what my sister and I needed for a girls weekend! Perfect location, walking distance to everything, so clean, comfortable and safe. So much cozier than a hotel and just steps to coffee, shopping, great restaurants, bars and nightlife. We would totally stay here again! Thank you to Larry - very helpful and responsive!

Poulsbo, WashingtonStylish comfort and Easy access to Seattle's attractions
Left on 02/13/2013 for a stay in March 2011
Wow! Great access and ease for maximum city exposure. Had the ability choose to walk to a Mariner's baseball game, or go to Seattle's famous Public Market, or go to the symphony or the theater. Walked to see the Parabola of Pioneer Square, then took a ferry ride across the Puget Sound to Bainbridge Island. The accommodations are clean, comfortable, full of style and warmth. Appreciated the freedom to choose: cook in the well-appointed kitchen, or walk to great food and music--one night, enjoyed Fado Irish Pub and another night, dinner at Quinn's. And talk about choices! In a three day stay, I can fit in a full week's worth of Seattle's best activities all within walk or short cab or bus ride. When it came time to fly out, just jumped on light rail to the airport! Have stayed here twice. Each time, it met my needs perfectly.
