Lovely place!
We stayed for almost a week in January and found the place ample (for 3 of us). The included wifi and cable were a big plus, and the heater was very effective. Plenty of dining space and the kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings and layout have a nice craftsman feel, just like in the photos. On-street parking worked fine with the pass that came with the place -- it was really no problem. The farthest we had to park was maybe a half block away on the weekend.
It's a student neighborhood, so expect a little noise on Thursday nights through the weekend. There are tenants upstairs and below as well.
You can't beat the view, which is especially lovely at sunrise.

ideally located
Extremely well equipped and very comfotable ground floor of a substantial house. furnishings are way above the usual rental standard. Ideally located for us - 5 minutes walk to UW campus where our son is studying this year. Although it's not in the information booklet there are bus stops in the parallel street which will take you into Seattle and back.
Street waa a bit noisy at night - the downside of the nearness of student accommodation I suppose. Street parking not always easy - the first night we spent ages trying to find a spot.
stunning views from the kitchen and dining room - especially the sunrises

Enjoyable and convenient
We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. We were close to UW for a football game and close to freeways for visiting in the city. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The house is charming and had everything we needed.

Exploring Seattle and UW
We loved staying in this rental home! The house itself is beautiful. This is a lovely craftsmen home. There is a beautiful view out the back. The house fit our needs perfectly. We always found parking, although sometimes it was down a few blocks from the house. The location of the house was great! We could walk to the University of Washington. It only took us 15 to 20 minutes to drive down to Seattle to visit the museums and the pikes market. We had a wonderful time and wished we could stay another week. Our only complaint was that we had trouble getting the oven to work properly and ended up burning everything we tried to bake in it. When we stuck to the stove, we could cook.

Thanks for the very nice review. We are very sorry about the challenges with the stove. We love the classic look of the stove but we realize we are probably not providing all the functionality of a modern stove. We actually have a new stove arriving within the next few weeks.

A quiet home with a great view
The home was very clean, and the neighborhood was located close to everything we needed. A very kittchy place that was comfortable and inviting.
