The property has 80 feet of private waterfront on a clean lake within Seattle city limits (Bitter Lake, near 130th and Greenwood Ave).
In this cozy getaway it is hard to believe you are only 9 miles from downtown Seattle. Travel into the city is on a direct route along Highway 99. There is no need to board a ferry or battle Seattle floating bridge traffic. The house is located on Bitter Lake, which is within Seattle city limits.
