Enter the home on the first floor where the two bedrooms with a pass through bathroom are located. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a king size at your request. Washer and dryer are on the first floor as well.

The location was excellent. Quick access to downtown Seattle. We were in town for 3 days and found it easy to get around. The home was spotless and roomy upstairs in the living area and kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week, loved the property and the location. West Seattle is great, lots of stores and restaurants close and easy to get to downtown.

The Moderne Loft is a bright, clean, and comfortable place to stay! Cooking in the kitchen was a treat, and the townhouse was uncluttered and easy to keep clean during our stay. West Seattle has a lot to offer from shopping to the amazing nearby beach! The king size bed is very comfortable, and it was very quiet at night! I confused the dates of our stay by a day and Sea To Sky saved the situation by offering another of their wonderful units downtown! We find reserving Sea to Sky's units to be a pleasure every time!

4 adults and one child had a crammed, but enjoyable time at this loft. Very modern with a great location in West Seattle. The overall stay was comfortable. The road construction was difficult when going into the city for Safeco and other tourist spots. A 9 minute trip turned into 40 minutes. However, Alki beach was close and shopping and groceries were easy. Loud at night.

We had a wonderful stay at the Moderne Loft and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get away from the bustle of Seattle's downtown. The location was super close to everything, grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs...everything was within walking distance. The water taxi worked out great to get to downtown and the bus stop was only a block away. I would highly recommend staying here!

The Loft was very clean, a block from two grocery stores and bus service to the city. Two blocks from the main street which featured restaurants and services. Quiet neighborhood.

Located in one of our favorite parts of Seattle with views of mountains from the deck, we enjoyed walking to the Junction shops, taking a shuttle and water taxi to downtown and walking on Alki Beach. The Moderne Loft was expertly cleaned and furnished and we would love to rent it again.

This was our first experience staying in a vacation rental property and we are now convinced this is the way to go. Sea to Sky staff did an excellent job getting us into this property quickly and meeting our special requests for an early check in. The place is as pictured and we felt right at home - would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely use Sea to Sky in the future and would enjoy staying here again as the West Seattle area is a perfect location for shopping (we walked to the grocery stores), visiting the beach and nearby parks. We stayed here for 3 nights and we wish we could've stayed longer. The place is super nice, clean and big for just the two of us. Location is perfect with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. And it's a pretty quiet neighborhood too.
This place is exactly what we're looking for..we already have plans to come back to Seattle and stay here again! Totally recommended! -

It was really great, i loved the whole style of the home but it look s a lot bigger on pictures when it actually is really tiny.... the neighbors are complain about everything, no music, no parking, no staying up.... only ret this place if you are going to be very very quiet and if your gong to go to sleep at 9 pm

This place was wonderful! My family really enjoyed everything about it. The location, space, privacy and ease to get around, second to none. Although we live in Portland Oregon it was fantastic to be a tourist in a location that was close enough to drive but far enough away to feel like a vacation and this place was the icing on the cake because if I wanted to cook or entertain I could. Everything I need was there. Although I did not need the property managers it was great to know that they were just a phone call away.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculate. Just like the pictures. Very easy to get around. The main drawback (since we're from far away) was the recycling. We needed more direction than was given. We tried hard and hope we did it correctly.

The pictures on this website are exactly what the loft looked like, gorgeous! First, the staff was friendly & professional to work with. They were extremely efficient in answering my questions & delivering my final destination paperwork. Would definitely use them again. The loft; immaculate, comfortable & fit all my needs. Everything from beds, furniture & fully equipped kitchen were high quality & made my stay perfect. Quiet/safe neighborhood and excellent location; 1 block from grocery store & 2 blocks from shops/great restaurants. Very happy with my stay & will definitely try & book again on my next trip. Highly recommend the The Moderne Loft & Sea to Sky Rentals Agency.

Our stay at the Moderne Loft was awesome. We loved the location and the amenities that were around us. Very easy to get into downtown Seattle and the cab rides were only $15-$20.00. There is just a few little minor suggestions for the loft. The pillows were not that comfortable and really hard to sleep with. The other thing would be that there is no where to hang your wet towels after a shower. Suggestion to put up towel hangers on the back of the door or in the rooms? Either than that it was wonderful and would definately rent again from Sea to Sky.

This was an awesome condo. Great furniture, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials and comfortable beds. Located in the heart of West Seattle it worked great for us.
