The house is in a safe and quiet but vibrant neighborhood and is only a 10-minute drive to downtown locations such as Pike's Place Market, the Space Needle, several museums, Capitol Hill, Key Arena, both Safeco and Qwest fields, and to downtown ferries to Bainbridge Island or the Clipper to Victoria. I rented this house with five other midwife students and we made it our home. It was so amazing for us that we rented it for an entire week, three months in a row. We spent most of our time in the kitchen where everything we needed was provided. There was enough space for us to spread out and study without disturbing one another. It was also close enough to restaurants and shopping that we just parked the car and walked. Bridget was so helpful and came by on different occasions to make sure we were settled and had what we needed. Thanks so much for the flexibility and comfort!

I almost don't want to tell anyone about this darling house because then we won't be able to book it again!
The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do, plus it was fun to get away from the downtown area where we usually stay. Bridgett had the place decorated in such a comfortable manner, plus...it was so imaculately clean! -

I stayed here with my husband and infant daughter as well as my parents. We were very comfortable and had plenty of space. There was even a portable crib available, which was ver convient for us with the baby. The back patio is adorable.
The location is also very convenient. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars and shopping. We highly recommend Diggity Dogs, Elysian Brewing and Trophy Cupcakes!
Would definitely stay here again. -

A perfect home to relax and feel like you live in Seattle. Such easy access to anything that you would want to see plus easy on street parking. The home is beautiful, modern, and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. I love the windows that allow much needed light into the home during Seattle grey days. You will fall in love with the kitchen and patio. We cooked and had friends over. A great space to relax and entertain.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The house had all the required amentities and many extras like the backyard patio and large screen TV. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and convenient to parks, stores and restaurants. We heartily recommend this charming bungalow.

We've stayed at the bungalow twice. Each time was great. It is in a quiet neighborhood with all the necessities (restaurants, grocery, gelato, parks, hardware store, drug store) within easy walking distance. A short drive to downtown, UW, the university shopping district (a half hour if you're a walker), or to Trader Joe's. This time was for our daughter's wedding and we had an open house the day after, with 50 people using the back patio. It couldn't have been better. When my husband and I and our older daughter, son-in-law and grandson arrived this second time, we all felt like we were coming home -- we had so enjoyed our previous week there. Bridget is immediately responsive for anything that comes up - either before arriving or while there.
