This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.
A one-bedroom, one-bath condominium in the heart of Downtown Seattle, this vacation rental condo offers panormaic views of the city from the Juliet balcony and all the comforts of a truly luxurious... home. A custom installed designer kitchen is ready for a quiet evening after a day in the city, and it complements the comfortable surroundings.
With accommodations for up to four guests, the bedroom includes a queen sized bed and the ample living room is equipped with a full sized fold out sofa. 2 Flat Panel LCD HDTVs and WiFi throughout makes it a very convenient business trip or corporate condominium, and a secure Parking Garage is included in the rental. A fitness center on the premises is enough to keep anyone busy.
Just a few blocks from Puget Sound and the water front shops, this vacation condo is convenient to everything in Downtown Seattle. Some of the finest restaurants are very close, and the convention center, sports arenas and Space Needle are all within range of a short taxi ride or the downtown free bus service. A two year old building, perfectly situated to enjoy views of the mountains, the sound, and the city. Seattle Oasis Vacations offers any guest the full comfort of a hotel, with the exclusivity of a private condominium.
To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
Additional amenities include: game room, iron/board, suitable for children, shopping, parking for 2nd car $20/ a day, DVD or VCR, coffeemaker, free parking for 1 car, nice furniture, walk to lift, elevator, walk to beaches., city view, bedding 1: queen bed, walk to meeting, hairdryer, view.
Overall, the place was nice and the company was good about communicating. However, the hallway in the building smelled horrible.
I'm very disappointed that after telling Seattle Oasis Vacation that I had to leave for home one day early due to work, they were unwilling to refund me my last nights stay (a night that the unit would end up be vacant). I understand there is a 30 day cancellation policy. I travel to Seattle for work for 7 days every other month. I was looking for a nice alternative to always staying in a hotel. I would've started using them, but since they're going to nickle-and-dime my company, they've lost a potential very lucrative business relationship. Read more
Thanks for taking the time to communicate your experience with us. Our policy, for future guests, is no refunds if cancelling within 30 days of your stay. This is one of the big differences between vacation rentals and a corporate hotel, and something to keep in mind if your schedule is fluid.
I certainly understand this guest's frustration with not receiving a refund at the last minute, but this guest booked THIS particular unit for THIS particular time frame, and when he did, we stopped trying to sell it, as we only have this one unit that meeting this description exactly. Unlike a hotel, we don't have 100 cookie cutter rooms. If you want a unique experience in a fully furnished and equipped condo, we are a great choice for you.
Great Stay in Seattle

I recently rented this room for a bachelorette trip to Seattle. Four of us stayed very comfortably in the room :) We were so close to shopping (about a 10 minute walk) and Pike Place! This condo is also very close to some great bars/restaurants for some late night fun! I think our most expensive cab fare was $6. Such an awesome room! I would definitely stay here again.
Nice apartment Great location

Tastefully decorated, crammed with amenities, very comfortable bed
The apartment we were in was to have "Sweeping City Views" - yes but limited from the apartment. Rooftop views were magnificent.
Only draw back was that the apartment was not enough space for the second suit case. Not a problem for short term stays. Read more

Thank you so much for staying with us and taking time to leave the review! This property is a very efficient one bedroom and is approximately 450 square feet. Given this the property is very well organized and works well as a hotel alternative with the benefits of a kitchen and in condo Washer and Dryer! Between this and our great location, it makes for a great stay for guests.

First time using this type of rental space absolutely loved it. It was easy to check-in and out. Everything I needed was available. A perfect mixture of a hotel and my own apartment. I will be using this every time I go back to Seattle. Read more

Thanks so much for staying with us and sharing your thoughts with other future guests. We try to provide the comforts of home and the luxuries of many hotels. Washer and Dryers, wells stocked kitchens, and supplies so that our guests just bring their clothes and personal items and everything else is taken care of or a short walk away to one of the grocery stores or corner markets close by.
Let us know next time you are coming back, we'd love to host you again. We do offer a 5% discount for returning guests so just remind us of that when you book.

Perfect location for walkers! We walked 5 minutes northwest to the Seattle Tower/Duck Tours/EMP Museum, then another day walked east to downtown/Westlake Center/Seattle Public Library. And 5 minutes SE to Pike's Market. This apartment has every amenity you would need, and all the comforts of home. The mattress on the queen bed could have been firmer for my taste -- but still, a great place to stay.

My husband and I went to the Seattle International auto show and stayed here for the weekend. We were able to walk everywhere; literally we didn't take our car out of the garage once. Pike Place Market is just a few blocks down along with numerous shops and restaurants. It was such a relaxing weekend to enjoy Seattle in all it's glorious fall beauty! In addition, the rental is very very clean and nicely stocked with essentials...something I appreciate as a vacation home cleaner where I live. Oh, and the rooftop deck was awesome! We grabbed a pizza (from a local place down the street-delicious),some wine, and had dinner up there the last night. Great view of the city and just an overall wonderful stay!

We had a great time in Seattle - and this apartment was the perfect "home base" for our adventures. Within walking distance everything one could want: Pike Place Market, Washington State Ferry and many wonderful restaurants and shops. The apartment was well stocked and clean and we especially liked enjoying a bottle of wine on the rooftop deck :).

Pros: Check-in very smooth.
Unit #619 was clean and comfortable.
All the amenities you could want.
Oasis contact, Sara was always available by phone if we had

the "sweeping city view" and relax. If you want to enjoy the gas
fire pit, remember you'll need a lighter.
Grocery conveniently across the street.
Central location within walking distance to city center.
Many restaurants nearby.
Cons: No "sweeping city view" from unit #619
Mandatory $75 cleaning fee (2 nite stay)

We really enjoyed our stay at Oasis Moda Vacation Rentals on 3rd avenue at Bell St. in Seattle. The condo kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. The Oasis business office was very helpful and sent lots of emails beforehand about getting around and navigating to the apartment. We especially liked our Oasis location as it was so easy to use public transportation. We took the light rail from the airport to the last stop at Westlake Station and walked about half a mile to the condo. We also availed ourselves of Oasis's connections to rent a car nearby when we left Seattle--a much better deal than renting at the airport. The Third avenue location was extremely convenient to walk to Pike Place Market and to City Center. There were only three limitations: 1) the limited half roll of toilet paper provided for the entire stay; 2) the wireless internet service was occasionally slow and erratic, especially in the evenings; and 3) no air-conditioning with 90 degree temperatures in august. Although the apartment did provide fans, it was still difficult to sleep at night on the 6th floor. If you are not visiting in summer, this would not be an issue. Overall, I would highly recommend Oasis Rentals.

A few goodies in the fridge, great service, and a good location. The kitchen had everything you needed and the rooftop makes dreams come true. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We really liked the location of the condo as it was a short walk to Pike's Place Market, the aquarium, etc. The condo is small but nice. It was hot for Seattle while we were there and we were fairly comfortable in the room with all the fans provided. If you stay here be sure to go up to the roof as it is a nice set up and gorgeous!
We had a few issues with the check in process (we were asked to give a specific time we would arrive so we could be checked in, yet there was no one there to meet us, and we were able to access our room on our own with the access codes provided anyway) and our room was not clean. The cleaning crew showed up shortly after we did and asked if they could clean around us. They were incredibly friendly and cleaned quickly. Being able to park in the garage for the building was very convenient but having to get the key from the room in order to access the garage upon first arriving was inconvenient to say the least. I provided feedback and the managers seemed receptive to it. That being said, we would likely stay here again on our next trip to visit Seattle.

The best thing about the accommodations is that stunning view of the cityscape. I'm a writer and found it very inspiring. Then, there's the decor of the apartment, modern sheik yet comfortable. I love the dark hardwood floors and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you need is right there in the apartment. The only drawback is the person upstairs stomping on the floor for a few hours a day. I think he or she is doing a work out and it can get quite monotonous. But truthfully, the view beyond my window reminds me that this is downtown living and the noise becomes okay. Other great things are the bakery around the corner on 2nd street, the pizza place not too far from the bakery. You're able to travel on feet and really explore. Queen anne and Lake Union are not far at all! It was the perfect stay!
We had a great time!

Nice location and a fairly quiet building. Having the appliances were nice. Washer/dryer was nice. Room was a little smaller than what it appeared online. And the "food available in the kitchen" mentioned online was nonexistent. Plus, I felt that more towels/washcloths could have been provided. I had to do laundry three times during a one week stay. Bottom line was that it was basically nice. I just think that I could have found a place of equal quality for a lot less money. I will see about that one my next trip to Seattle. Thank you though for a pleasant stay and for high-quality sleep at night. Read more

I am sorry if there was a miscommunication, however we do not leave food products other than spices (spice rack), oil, vinegar, starter coffee, creamer etc in any of our units. We do this as in our opinion there's nothing worse than having a fridge (or cupboards) full of items that no one knows the history of, and see that as being liability rather than an asset. We do not advertise anywhere "food available in the kitchen" we do say our kitchens are fully stocked with equipment (pots and pans, dish towels, utensils for the BBQ, glassware, etc. but other than the limited items we have in the welcome basket we do not keep perishable food items in our condos.
As for towels, in addition to the two bath towels we have hanging ready for use, and the three hand towels, we also have towels in the drawers of the bathroom vanity. I'm sorry you did not find them, or call us if you didn't find what we provided as sufficient. Just this week we had a guest call as they wanted more blankets (Our first guest in over 700 guests to ever have this opinion) we brought up more blankets in just a couple of hours.
I'm glad you had a pleasant stay, and know that for our central location, there isn't a better value in Downtown Seattle that still has our high quality standards for design, cleanliness, and responsiveness to our guests' needs.
Thanks for staying with us, and hope you look us up again next time you come back to Seattle.
