Very good place, well located closed to the downtown and 10 minutes feet to the space needle and the departure of the monorail.
The only minor problem of the home was the bathroom's door: a "japanese panel" on a rail that doesn't offer full of intimacy... -

I came to Seattle with a group of friends for a girls weekend. We were looking for an affordable trip. We wanted to be able to walk everywhere we needed to go. This rental met all of these requirements. I had heard that Bell town can be a little dicey. We saw several drug deals from our balcony. This was not a problem for my group. It actually added entertainment value to our stay. The rooftop area was nice. We could see the sound and the city. There were two areas that could improve. The bathtub had to be rinsed out before we could use it. there was hair in the drain. The complementary coffee was similar to Folgers. When you go to Seattle it is sort of expected that all the coffee will be topnotch. Luckily a nice tenant directed us to Top Pot Donuts. The coffee and Donuts were amazing. Overall we had a great experience, and enjoyed our stay in Seattle.

This is a great place to stay upon visiting Seattle. The location is very central and is ideal for walking almost anywhere in the city. I felt safe in the condo itself, as well as in the surrounding neighborhood. Less than two blocks away, there is a great bar and restaurant district with fun nightlife. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and stocked with every thing you would need, including a wine opener (very important!) and laundry detergent. I would recommend this condo highly and would absolutely stay there again when I return to Seattle.

Our stay at the Seattle Oasis in Belltown was convenient in comfortable. In town with friends for a wedding, we were able to all stay together and utilize the amenities, such as the kitchen, laundry and proximity to wedding-related events. The apartment was clean and well-maintained and the building is in a good area of the city. I highly recommend this rental to anyone coming to the Seattle area in need of at least 2 bedrooms. It was far more affordable than any of the hotels in the area, and had more amenities than a single hotel room would have.

Easy set up, very secure and safe building. Parking, gym, rooftop terrace were all awesome. Wish we had more time to enoy Seattle. Next time we are in Seattle we shall stay here again. Restaurants, bus, and grocery store are all nearby, possible to walk into town if youwish to do so.

We had a great time staying here, this was a good central location for a conference we were staying at. With that said, it is located in a very urban area, near some shelters, and fronting busy streets (loud if you open the window for air), but once inside it was safe and the people we passed in the halls very nice. We had some issues getting the wireless going, but the host was right on it, and was very easy to contact and talk to - much appreciated! The beds were awesome with memory foam mattress toppers and super comfy pillows I wanted to steal :) Nice, modern Ikea like furnishings. Great little kitchen well supplied.

Thank you for the kind words. We work hard to provide a comfortable home-away-from-home for our guests, and take great pride in our condos, their furnishings and its cleanliness. The condo is in a very urban area, on the edge of downtown Seattle, so close to all the best attractions in the city, as well as some of the best restaurants on the west coast!

Very comfortable and clean condo in a great downtown location. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and loved all the little extras provided. Check in was very easy and the beds were very comfortable. Extra linens and towels were provided which was a big plus. We would definately stay again when we visit Seattle.

Thanks for the positive comments. We work hard to make sure our guests enjoy their time with us! We find that many guests enjoy the extra towels and linens we stash the closet; little touches like that make it feel that much more like home.

We were traveling with our 2 kids (9 & 11) and the apartment worked out well for us. The neighborhood is not great -- there is some kind of homeless shelter across the street with people milling around outside. If you park in the garage, you can avoid that scene completely. Parking in the garage is tight, but adequate. It gets a lot better as you get closer to the water (that's where most of the restaurants and things to do are -- 1st and 2nd ave). That said, the apartment itself was smallish, but certainly a lot better than 2 hotel rooms. It was clean and secure. The kitchen was fine for breakfast or lunch, but dinner would have been a challenge. I think that a family like us or 2 younger singles/couples would be best suited as renters. Having 1 bathroom is something we haven't experienced as a family for a while.

Thanks for the positive review. The size of the condo is very efficient (this building was actually designed using Japanese esthetics). Belltown itself is a mix of all different social statures, from millionaires in high-rise penthouse apartments to hipsters to senior housing and everything in between. This mix makes for a vital and interesting neighborhood, but I realize it may not be everyone's cup of tea. The restaurants surrounding the property are excellent, aren't they! When folks ask us for a recommendation, it is hard to select just one or two!

We could not have enjoyed our stay more! The location was perfect - we were within walking distance to most attractions. Amenities allowed us to eat out less and save money. The condo itself was gorgeous - the decorations could be featured in a magazine. The beds were comfortable. We felt genuinely at home! If and when we return to Seattle, we will be returning to Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals for our accommodations.

The main living space is beautifully detailed with Ikea furnishings but smaller then images reveal online. Kind of misleading. Kitchen, dining and living area are an open consept and space is efficiently used but small. Kitchen has modern stainless appliances and stocked well. Hall closet is used for staff only but is not locked and also did not stay closed. Floor wood trim was lose from the wall in this same hallway. When the sleeper sofa is open it takes up the entire living room area. The unit states it sleeps 6 comfortably but only has one bathroom so trying to get 6 adults showered in a timely fashion is difficult. This unit is not airconditioned but Seattle is usually a temperate climate. We just happened to visit during an unusually hot heat spell. They did provide fans for each bedroom and for the small living room/dining area. Open windows provided loud street noise :-( Late night drinkers and many sirens. Main floor of complex - The recreation room is on the main level and does not provide a pool table as it is advertised when viewing unit pictures. This same ares is not a very clean area and open to anyone entering the building, so not very private. Rooftop grilling area is nice but be cautious and careful because renters bring their dogs up to the rooftop grilling area to do their doggy duties. An area with artificial turf is provided for the dogs on the rooftop for regular renters of this apartment complex. As for location : Excellent, we were able to walk to all venues. Pikes Market place, Chihully art exhibit a must see. Underground Seattle was a must do, Pioneer square has great shops, and many very good restaurants within walking distance. Be sure to bring walking shoes, Seattle is very hilly, similar to San Francisco. Very easy to contact Darik with any concerns. Will return again. Would consider reserving this unit again but not for 6 people, 4 people max would be more comfortable.

I'm so glad you enjoyed our wonderful location in the heart of Downtown Seattle. It sounds like you hit up a lot of our favorite attractions, Chihully, Pioneer Square, Underground, Pike Place Market, The Space Needle, all within walking distance!
On all of our advertisements, we address that this is a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. The condo does sleep 6 adults as it has 2 queen beds, and then a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The entire condo is 640 square feet, designed very efficiently and most of our guests find it works great for them and their families as they are out exploring most of the day anyway, taking advantage of our great location. The bathroom is located off of the kitchen, so its easy to share amongst everyone vs having to pass through someone's bedroom to access.
The Pool Table, Lobby lounge area is actually been remodeled and expanded. So it is possible that the pool table was moved during your stay to its new location which provides more area for relaxing, as well as a kitchen, big screen TV, and an expanded work out room. The area is a common area, provided to all the residents of the building, however the building is controlled access, so it isn't open to the public, just to the building's residents.
We are very reachable, and want to be of any help we can provide to our guests. Thanks for staying, and we do have larger condos in other buildings if you do need more space, including a 2 bedroom 1.75 bath that is 975 square feet!

The condo is in a very convenient location. It was nice to park the rental car the first night upon arrival and not get back in for three more days until we left. There was a "record" heatwave (90 degrees) hitting Seattle during our stay, and without air condtioning, the unit was pretty stuffy and uncomfortable even with the provided portable room fans. And the windows don't open very far, so cross-ventilation was a problem. Opening the patio door brought in lots of noise, since it fronts a busy street and a bus stop, and the last day of our visit, the city was repaving 3rd avenue out front so there was lots of heavy equipment and asphalt-laying (stinky!) going on, which meant the patio door needed to be kept shut. But there's no prediciting the weather, so that aside, the unit was comfortable and convenient.

Scott,
I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and our great location. That was our first 90 degree weather in more than 2 years so typically our city doesn't get that hot. This is why only 2 buildings in all of downtown Seattle have central A/C since it is so rarely needed with our Average High temperatures in the mid 70s.
Many of our guests even go without a rental car since we have the link light rail from the airport to Downtown Seattle. But we do provide free parking for one car per condo as well if people do drive in or rent a car. Contact us if you are renting a car as we can often save our guests money through booking a car through our website portal.
Let us know when you are back in town, we'd be happy to host you again and chances are there will be much cooler weather.

The service was great from the beginning. Sarah and Darik from Oasis were there to answer any questions I had and one of the guys Rick who worked in the building was very helpful getting us in the building and answering some questions.
The location was ideal because it was easy to walk to some food locations or a drug store down the street. Also, it had easy access to catch the city bus outside the building or the free downtown one that ran from 6am -7pm at night. The WiFi in the unit had some issues and I had to reset the router a few times. But it did work good when up. Also, the place has no a/C. That I guess is fine most of the time in Seattle, but we did have a couple 80 degree days while we were there and I noticed a couple 90 days this past weekend after we got back from our cruise. It gets warm in the unit during the day. At night it is nice and cool, but it would be nice to have that option if needed.
The wife and I loved the nice condo atmosphere with a balcony. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, and cable in the living room and master bedrooms. A great place to stay if you have 3-4 people, but for only two it may be a little pricey when you can get a hotel with a/C, free wifi, and breakfast for around $200 or less a night. -

This apartment is small but manageable for four people. I cannot possibly imagine six people staying there! The bathroom is very small and not very private so take that into consideration. The apartment was incredibly clean. The hosts are more than gracious thinking of everything we needed. Cozy beds, soft sheets, decent towels, shampoo, and other toiletries. I especially appreciated the laundry detergent pods. The beds were very comfortable and the tvs were great. Curtains could be a little sturdier to block out light but it was okay. The wi-fi did not work while we were there and there were too many modems in the unit for me to troubleshoot on my own. The location is very convenient to a lot but it was still a little too far for us in the weather so we cabbed it everywhere. The nighttime noise was quite annoying - Belltown is a younger party scene - one night there was a trumpet blast nearby every few minutes. Ugh! I can only imagine what that was all about!!

We had 5 days here and everything we needed the unit to be was addressed. We were walking distance to mostly everything - as 60 year olds even the walk into Downtown Seattle wasn't too far. My only small gripe was the noise from the street, though it really was a minor one as everything else was great.

Our experience as a family with 2 young children was mostly great. The location was fantastic and the room itself was good. Beds were comfortable and the noise level was fine. The building itself is a bit dated, but that didn't affect us. Everything we wanted was there. There was a problem that the pack and play we asked for wasn't there when we arrived, but when we called and asked for it it was there within 30 minutes. We would stay there again.

Jason,
Thanks for staying with us and our apologies about not having the Pack N Play in the unit upon your arrival. Our cleaner had a very busy day and had not had a chance to pull it from inventory before your arrival. I'm glad to see we were able to get it to you in a very timely manner.
The building you stayed in is one of the newest in all of downtown Seattle. It was completed in the fall of 2008, and while there are some buildings in progress since, there has been only 1 or 2 completed projects since due to the building slowdown.
Our location is central to all the sights of Seattle and glad to see that you appreciated that! Let us know next time you are in town, we'd be happy to host you again!

Clean, nice condo, great location (walking distance to Pike Place and many restaurants), easy check in and out. It was a perfect place for us to stay as there were 6 of us. Only downside was the pull-out couch was broken, so we had to put the mattress on the floor, and it wasn't very comfortable. Also we had paid for 2 parking passes, and only received 1 at check-in, but promptly received the 2nd one the next day. Overall, good place!

Melody,
I am glad you liked our central location. I am sorry that you had an issue with the couch. We have on the welcome tray my personal business card and if there is an issue such as this you could have called me, at any hour and I would either answer or get back to you very quickly. The problem was that a bolt just came loose, and since we have replaced the bolt, as well as put a nut on the other side so that the constant opening and closing of the mechanism doesn't knock the bolt loose again.
We would have brought you the parking pass immediately however the office was closed at your arrival and unfortunately they had not printed and brought the pass up as we had requested. Since we had this issue we have changed our system to help eliminate this problem. While we love our building, the onsite office isn't affiliated with us, and sometimes their employees are either too busy or simply forget our requests.
In all, glad you had a good stay, and let us know next time you are in town, we'd love to host you again.

Our family had the opportunity to enjoy pikes market, space needle and fabulous restaurants all within walking distance from the apartment. We slept comfortably. Made a fabulous steak and prawn dinner with our purchases from Pike's market. Used the roof top to bbq our food. The restaurant directly across the side of the apartment was excellent. My family will return for another visit.

Glad you made use of the Pike Place Market since it is so close! It is such a treasure, and people don't realize there is more than just fish there! So many of the freshest ingredients you can find, many of which get picked, and next day are ate the market!
We look forward to hosting you and your family again soon.

The condo came just as advertised. I had to email and call Derek a few times and he was cordial and helpful. The location is within walking distance of Seattle Center, Pike Market and the city center. Condo was clean with very nice amenities. Having a washer and dryer available for use was great. The only shortcoming for us was the bathroom door( slider with frosted glass) but that will not stop us from renting the condo again. Essentials are available too.
I almost forgot - Derek leaves a welcome "gift" for new guests.
I have to add though - the neighborhood habitats can sometime be a bit off-putting but as long as you are aware of your surroundings you will be fine. City life is city life, no matter what city you are in. -

We were very happy with the condo rental. My husband and I were visiting Seattle for the first time and hoped we had chosen the perfect place for our week long stay.
We were not disappointed. The location was perfect since our goal was to play tourists for the week. Everything was within walking distance and what wasn't was only a short bus ride away. We especially enjoyed our morning walks to the market for fresh baked pastries and of course a steaming cup of Seattle's favorite beverage!
The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked with the little things that mattered. We would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to be close to all that downtown has to offer. -

Two of my business associates and I traveled to Seattle to a conference at the Bell Harbor Conference Center. The condo was perfect, conveniently located, spacious, clean, and a great deal We really couldn't find a fault in the place, the underground parking was a huge bonus too, as we never touched our car for three days. I would highly recommend this place for any business travel to Belltown!

Glad it worked out so well for the conference! Many of our guests take advantage of the light rail from the airport and not even rent a car as many find like you did you can walk pretty much anywhere you need to go! But those who drive to stay with us, the parking is handy as many hotels and parking lots charge upwards of $25 per day!
Let us know if you or any other associates make it back to Seattle, we'd love to host you again!
