Seattle Oasis Vacations invites you to feel right at home in this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the heart of Belltown with water and city views.
Welcome to your home away from home. Cinnebar accents bring a spla...sh of bright color to the Asian-inspired decor. A spacious, remodeled kitchen features new cabinets and is fully equipped to please any cook. Tall windows provide ample natural light and fantastic city views, including Seattle's famous Space Needle from the master bedroom and living room.
The master bedroom features a ultra-comfortable California king size bed (rare in downtown Seattle), oversized windows featuring a city and Space Needle view and a glimpse of Elliot Bay, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a plush queen sized bed and oversized windows.
A premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room sleeps additional guests. For your convenience this condo also features wireless high speed internet, local and domestic long distance phone, cable TV, and a stacked washer and dryer.
It is one of the rare vacation properties in the Belltown neighborhood with two bathrooms, and a king sized bed!
Building features include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise facilities, as well as a rooftop deck with gas BBQs and 180-degree views of Puget Sound. Step out your door to various restaurants, a bakery cafe, and urban grocer on the main floor of the building, or take a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and night life. Walk 5 blocks in one direction to Pike Place Market or 8 blocks in the other direction to the Seattle Center for the Space Needle, Experience Music Project Museum, Children's Museum, Pacific Science Center, and Key Arena. Couple with two teenage boys had a great time. Perfect location and walkable to most tourist things. Great building with pool & gym and hot tub. Many terrific and affordable restaurants in the 1-2 block radius. Kitchen stocked well. Would definitely return. Good rates, especially since parking is included!

Two couples enjoyed a two night stay the weekend before Thanksgiving. We were pleased that we were able to check in early and that parking was also provided. The management was helpful and very friendly. We appreciated their interest in our comfort an in familiarizing us with the amenities in the area. The location is convenient for many sights and shopping in downtown Seattle and next door to an outstanding bakery. Other restaurants as well as Pike's Market are nearby. There was a lot of street noise, but that was the only downside of this location. Would consider renting again at Seattle Oasis.

My husband and I and one other couple rented this condo for a 3 day getaway in Seattle. We knew we wanted to be in the heart of the 'action' and this condo is exactly that. Yes, there is street noise, but that's part of the character of Seattle on the weekend when you are by all the restaurants, clubs and near Pikes Market.
We were in walking distance of just about everything we wanted to do - including running around Puget Sound. The condo was clean. One thing that I was super happy with was the fact that although we arrived early and the condo still had to be cleaned from the previous renters, they allowed us to drop our luggage. This is rare.
The size was perfect for 2 couples. I highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to experience Seattle's city life. I wouldn't hesitate to book this very condo a second time.

I had a group of girlfriends traveling into town for the weekend, but wanted to find a spot that would be a great "staycation" for myself as well (I live in a different neighborhood in Seattle). We were not disappointed when we arrived at the condo - the photos in the rental listing are exactly as the property appears in person, and in that way our expectation was met and exceeded. Having a spot for parking in Belltown is a definite plus, and being able to walk easily to all downtown points of interest and the wealth of restaurants/cafes/bars/public transit in the neighborhood was a huge advantage for our group. The only negative: we had booked the property specifically because of the availability of an indoor pool, sauna and hot tub for the weekend. When we arrived, we were told that we wouldn't be able to use those facilities. In this way, the experience wasn't quite as advertised. Despite this, I would still recommend this spot for its accessibility and location to anyone traveling in for a multi-day stay in Seattle.

I was in Seattle for a wedding and stayed at Belltown Court with 3 other adults and my four year old. It worked out great! We all fit very comfortably and the accommodations were lovely. It was a plus having a full kitchen to cook breakfast and snacks in and Seattle Oasis stocks the condo very well. The kitchen had all the basic needs (spices, coffee filters, ziploc bags etc.) and the bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries...Six of us stayed for a week and we didn't even have to buy shampoo or conditioner (those little things make a huge difference!) The customer service was very good as well. I had called about a blind being broken in the living room area which let the rising sun's light into the living room was my son was sleeping...that same afternoon we came back and it was fixed...no problem! I would definitely stay here again. And the condo is walking distance to all the major tourist sites...very convenient.
A few pieces of advice for those considering renting:
-We had a large car because we were traveling with 6. The parking spot is very useful but not SUV friendly. It was a bit nerve racking trying to park. This is not the fault of Seattle Oasis, of course. I would just recommend renting a smaller car if you can.
-On the corner in a major city so it's noisy at night. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area and people do tend chatter loudly on the street. The condo being on the corner doesn't help matters as sound comes from both streets. It really can only be heard in the master bedroom and is fine if the windows are closed and the fans on.
-Slept 5 adults and 1 child comfortably...not sure if 6 adults would be so cozy. Definitely fine if traveling with kids though.
I loved this condo!! :)

6 of us stayed in this great Belltown condo, and we had a fantastic time! The condo is big and bright, the beds are comfortable, and the location is walking distance from both Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. There are many excellent restaurants in the area, and the building is clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was in a great location, between Pike market and the space needle. Great restaurant and foodie places walking distance . The apartment was clean, had everything we needed. The staff were vey organized and very helpful. The building and parking well secured with great rooftop terrace for BBQ or just hanging out with a drink. We recommend it and we would stay there again.

We had a fantastic three-night stay at this rental in downtown Seattle. The property owner was kind enough to meet us at the front door, direct us where to park, and give us a full tour of the facilities offered - this was a great introduction! The suit itself was very clean, open and bright ~ the perfect size for four people. The walkability around the neighborhood was excellent, and only a short distance from the pier, market, and a variety of small shops and restaurants. We also loved having the option to cook our meals 'at home' in the well equipped kitchen.
The only negatives: (1) the street noise (a simple pair of ear plugs solved this problem however; a little noise was worth the location!), (2) the fan in the smaller bathroom spasmodically malfunctioning one night, to the point we couldn't sleep (a quick call to the rental owner solved this, as he explained how to turn shut off the fan system), and (3) feeling like we had to be ++quiet after 9 or 10 p.m., as it was stressed "there are people living in the condo suites permanently," with a 'quiet after 10' rule. Noise levels should be respected in any location you go to, but, when you are paying well for a hotel or rental room, the walls should be thick enough to block out moderate noise (talking) - which I worried about more often than not... hence, whispering.
Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay - I fully recommend this location to anyone looking for a fun, clean stay, where the renters do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable! Thanks very much!

We had a fantastic time staying at this apartment. The views from the roof deck and balcony were amazing! Lots of space for all of us to stretch out and it was walking distance from Pike's Place and the Space Needle. Central to everywhere we wanted to be. The parking space was super convenient. We had a walk thru when we arrived to understand how the building was set up. The gym and pool were great! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The location was right in the heart of Seattle, lots of attractions were walking distance. the condo was nice and comfortable. The only issue we had was we ordered the blow up mattress for $15 and although we decided we didn't need it, there really wasn't any room for it anyway? Also, when I mentioned it to the hostess she just shrugged me off and suggested we didn't need it. It might have been more comfortable for the person sleeping on the pull out couch to put the blow up mattress on top, but they did not seem to be interested in supplying that item for us even though we had paid for it. The blinds were an issue as well, they did not come up and down very easily. I would recommend this condo, we only had few issues.

We stayed in an area pretty close to the space needle and in walking distance for adults to the waterfront. The home looked clean and comfortable upon arrival until within the first 10 minutes of becoming settled, our daughter turned and found her 5 year old looking down several stories through an open window with no screen in it, and the window could not be closed because of the air-conditioner, or locked! We called the associate that let us in and told him about this issue and that the sun block shades could not be opened in the master bedroom, and the power had already stopped working. He came while we were out to dinner and put a screw piece in the window so it couldn't be opened more - unless you unscrew it! He also re-plugged the portable air conditioner into the "right" plug, which they guess the "substitute" cleaners had moved it earlier that day, which caused the power to go out.
The apartment claims it is air-conditioned, but the truth is that it had a portable air conditioner with its vent connected to this window- which is why it couldn't close all the way. Which also means that you sleep with the bedroom doors opened, for the cool air to reach you,(which was difficult) or it is too warm to sleep. (Awkward for anyone, let alone couples) The shades could not be fixed and we were told that the owners refuse to fix them. So the master bedroom was dark and gloomy all week.
The second bedroom closets were all shelves- no rods for hanging clothes. We were to be there for 4 1/2 days, so that made it a little uncomfortable. The second bathroom was huge with a pedestal sink! No counter top to put your hair dryer etc. on. We were on the road side of the complex which means it is very noisy at night, so try to get a room looking into the courtyard. Nice pool and exercise room. So the place is in a central area, nice possibilities, but these are a few things to look at when choosing which room to stay in.

The condo was close to great shopping and restaurants. There was enough room for 6 to sleep, but cramped and small with minimal closet space. The carpet is old and really takes away from this space. The washer/dryer were life savers and the owner provided laundry detergent which was great. The kitchen is well stocked and labeled. Small water heater meant short, staggered showers for our family of 6. The shower curtain was mildewed which was gross. A tiny deck with 2 chairs was a fun treat.
Great location, adequate condo with tons of noise

The Belltown location was ideal for walking around the city. Check in was a bit bumpy in that we were not given clear information on where to meet the person checking us in.
The unit itself was showing wear - there was a large rip in the carpet and one of the roller blinds did not stay down. The layout was a bit odd in that the master bedroom had the bathroom within, but the second bedroom user had to walk through the living room and kitchen area to get to the bathroom.
There was nothing horridly wrong, we had quite a bit of noise from our neighbors, particularly the unit above us. There were also some residents who were openly hostile to us as short term renters. The road noise was significant, not unexpected in a city, but the jury rigged air conditioning unit left an opening to the outside that left more noise in than if the windows would have all been closed. I used earplugs and was able to sleep fairly well.
The unit was well cleaned, but was showing its age. Plenty of dishes and towels and soap and shampoo were provided.
If I were to head to Seattle again, I think that I would look for something in a bit better condition - for the price, I expected the unit to be in better condition. It was nice to have a fridge and kitchen available, but we did not use it other than the microwave to heat up coffee, so I think I will try something else next time.
Omg! I love this location. Already planning next year.

This location is perfect for walking to the Space Needle and Pikes Place. We had fresh fish twice from Pikes Place the fun is picking it out. We also bought fresh flowers and had coffee at the Original Starbucks. There are plenty of Cafe's, Bistro's and Pubs literally outside of the complex. As far as the unit itself goes, there were four adults and we were very comfortable. There is a very tiny balcony that you can sit on and see the city view and the very top of the Space Needle. Living and dining area are spacious. I would opt for additional side/end tables to set your drinks on. There is an Ottoman as a coffee table. The master bedroom is spacious with a separate bathroom with plenty of counter/closet space. The second bedroom is tight but functional with a lot of closet space. The second bathroom is in the hallway its big in size with a very spacious shower, all tile. It has a pedestal sink. Therefore no counter space. There is a closet behind the door that works well for storing your toiletries and a medicine cabinet. The rooftop is beautiful but smaller than I thought and you can see Puget Sound the pictures on the website speak for themselves. The kitchen is functional as it has the basic tools. Coffee Pot, blender, a few spices. You will need to buy all your condiments coffee/filters. We were there mid Oct for 4 nights and it rained off and on. The days were sweater weather the evenings a little cooler. Also there is free parking in the garage under the complex that is included for one car. Free is good because parking is expensive. Don't forget you are in the city so expect street noise. I give this place hands down 5 stars and will be returning.
Thanks for the kind words, and constructive comments about the condo. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, and would love to host you again! I love Belltown's location as it compares to the waterfront, the Pike Place Market, Seattle Center, and downtown Seattle shopping. Everything is within walking distance!

Six of us stayed following an alaskan land and sea vacation. We found the Oasis to be clean, comfortable and very relaxing following a very busy 10 days of travel. In the 2 days we were there, we did not get to take full advantage of the condo but really enjoyed the area and convenience of being able to walk to the space needle, pikes market etc. We also enjoyed the area restaurants and especially the bakery below. We found the area to be very safe and would definitely consider staying again.

From booking to checkout, everything went very smooth. The condo was perfect for us - 3 adults and a 2 year old. 2 large bedrooms. Fully setup kitchen. Steps to Space Needle and Public Market. Secure underground parking. We didn't use the building amenities, but it seems to have everything one could ask for. The only thing to be aware of is the street noise that naturally comes with such a central location. I wouldn't recommend the condo to light sleepers. For everyone else - it's great.

Great location between downtown and Seattle Center. Very good restaurants on the block. Garage parking fine for narrow car. Busy area, but quiet enough for sleeping. There were five of us and this apartment worked really well. We were met on our arrival and shown through the apartment. It was very clean and well stocked and easy to provide our own meals. The location was excellent -so close to small supermarkets and buses. It was a little noisy at night but all the other attributes more than compensated for this. Great place for our four nights in Seattle.

From the beginning, it was easy to work with Derek and Sally to plan our Seattle Oasis stay. I had never rented a condo before, so the experience was new and I needed some hand-holding which they were glad to provide. We loved the convenience of staying with family while we were in Seattle and the best part was being able to share experiences at the end of each day as we sat in the living room. The location was great - close to the market and waterfront, not too far from the light rail, and close to cafes and nightlife in the area. I do wish we had more key fobs to get into the condo because we had to orchestrate who was going where and when they would return so someone would be there to let someone else in. It also would have been good to have a low table with enough chairs to accommodate the six people that the condo could hold. We ended up eating in the living room and the table was unused since there were five of us. Read more

My guests and I truly enjoyed this rental. The location was close to a lot of good restaurants, bars, shops, Downtown and Pike's Market--all easily within walking distance. In fact, we walked everywhere! The amenities at the unit were nice and clean. The pull-out sofa was maybe the best quality pull-out mattress we had ever seen. I was told it was quite comfortable. The unit is cozy, but it was perfect for our group of four. Check in and check out was smooth. There are just a couple of things to be aware of that were clearly conveyed to us before and during our check-in. Oh, one last thing, there are two entrances, the "main" one is a little less convenient and more direct to Pike's Market. The other is convenient, but a little less direct. We found ourselves using the "main" entrance more. Nothing too annoying about it, but just a heads up. Still, I would absolutely recommend this unit.

What a great find! We spent three nights at this condo with our family and it was great to be able to walk to everything. We especially liked being able to come back to the comfort of this place after doing all of that walking! Our friends rented a place through Seattle Oasis a block away in the Moda building so we were able to meet up and explore the city together. Derek and his staff were great and very professional. The price for four adults and one teen was very reasonable compared to hotels in the area, especially since we could eat most of our meals there. Great experience and we will definately do this again.
Highly reccommend the Seattle Public library if you are looking for free things to do other than the obvious places like Pike Place Market and the Seattle pier...
Also, try to stay out of Starbucks (other than the original at Pikes place of course)if you can and explore some of the very interesting coffee places like Bedlam (very edgy) and Cherry Street (delicious!)
