The location was right in the heart of Seattle, lots of attractions were walking distance. the condo was nice and comfortable. The only issue we had was we ordered the blow up mattress for $15 and although we decided we didn't need it, there really wasn't any room for it anyway? Also, when I mentioned it to the hostess she just shrugged me off and suggested we didn't need it. It might have been more comfortable for the person sleeping on the pull out couch to put the blow up mattress on top, but they did not seem to be interested in supplying that item for us even though we had paid for it. The blinds were an issue as well, they did not come up and down very easily. I would recommend this condo, we only had few issues.

My husband, adult son & I spent a long weekend in Unit 442. The location, in Belltown, area was ideal. We could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to go: the Space Needle & the magnificent Chihuly glass exhibit, downtown, Pike Place, and the fascinating Pike/Pine corridor. The free underground parking was a nice surprise.
The two bedroom unit was spacious & comfortable. About the same price as two hotel rooms, but with the advantage of the kitchen for breakfast and the living room for hanging out after a full day. The bakery on the ground floor of the building, Macrina, was the perfect brunch spot - but be prepared to go early, or line up. It is incredibly popular.
The check in was so easy. Darik met us at the unit and showed us everything.
The only negatives - which are outweighed by the positives - were: a little noisy overnight. But you are downtown on a major street. And the bed linens are ready for an upgrade.
We'd definitely stay here again. -

From the first inquiry about the vacation unit, Derik was super helpful and working with Sarah was great. Every question I asked was answer - I felt so right at home - as I had been Ther before. The unit was great for the six of us. Location couldn't be more perfect!! If we go back to Seattle again we know where we sill stay. Thanks for everything!:)

Lexington, KYBe Careful!
Left on 12/04/2012 for a stay in September 2012
We stayed in an area pretty close to the space needle and in walking distance for adults to the waterfront. The home looked clean and comfortable upon arrival until within the first 10 minutes of becoming settled, our daughter turned and found her 5 year old looking down several stories through an open window with no screen in it, and the window could not be closed because of the air-conditioner, or locked! We called the associate that let us in and told him about this issue and that the sun block shades could not be opened in the master bedroom, and the power had already stopped working. He came while we were out to dinner and put a screw piece in the window so it couldn't be opened more - unless you unscrew it! He also re-plugged the portable air conditioner into the "right" plug, which they guess the "substitute" cleaners had moved it earlier that day, which caused the power to go out.
The apartment claims it is air-conditioned, but the truth is that it had a portable air conditioner with its vent connected to this window- which is why it couldn't close all the way. Which also means that you sleep with the bedroom doors opened, for the cool air to reach you,(which was difficult) or it is too warm to sleep. (Awkward for anyone, let alone couples) The shades could not be fixed and we were told that the owners refuse to fix them. So the master bedroom was dark and gloomy all week.
The second bedroom closets were all shelves- no rods for hanging clothes. We were to be there for 4 1/2 days, so that made it a little uncomfortable. The second bathroom was huge with a pedestal sink! No counter top to put your hair dryer etc. on. We were on the road side of the complex which means it is very noisy at night, so try to get a room looking into the courtyard. Nice pool and exercise room. So the place is in a central area, nice possibilities, but these are a few things to look at when choosing which room to stay in. -

The condo was close to great shopping and restaurants. There was enough room for 6 to sleep, but cramped and small with minimal closet space. The carpet is old and really takes away from this space. The washer/dryer were life savers and the owner provided laundry detergent which was great. The kitchen is well stocked and labeled. Small water heater meant short, staggered showers for our family of 6. The shower curtain was mildewed which was gross. A tiny deck with 2 chairs was a fun treat.

Troy MontanaGreat location, adequate condo with tons of noise
Left on 11/08/2012 for a stay in September 2012
The Belltown location was ideal for walking around the city. Check in was a bit bumpy in that we were not given clear information on where to meet the person checking us in.
The unit itself was showing wear - there was a large rip in the carpet and one of the roller blinds did not stay down. The layout was a bit odd in that the master bedroom had the bathroom within, but the second bedroom user had to walk through the living room and kitchen area to get to the bathroom.
There was nothing horridly wrong, we had quite a bit of noise from our neighbors, particularly the unit above us. There were also some residents who were openly hostile to us as short term renters. The road noise was significant, not unexpected in a city, but the jury rigged air conditioning unit left an opening to the outside that left more noise in than if the windows would have all been closed. I used earplugs and was able to sleep fairly well.
The unit was well cleaned, but was showing its age. Plenty of dishes and towels and soap and shampoo were provided.
If I were to head to Seattle again, I think that I would look for something in a bit better condition - for the price, I expected the unit to be in better condition. It was nice to have a fridge and kitchen available, but we did not use it other than the microwave to heat up coffee, so I think I will try something else next time. -

This location is perfect for walking to the Space Needle and Pikes Place. We had fresh fish twice from Pikes Place the fun is picking it out. We also bought fresh flowers and had coffee at the Original Starbucks. There are plenty of Cafe's, Bistro's and Pubs literally outside of the complex. As far as the unit itself goes, there were four adults and we were very comfortable. There is a very tiny balcony that you can sit on and see the city view and the very top of the Space Needle. Living and dining area are spacious. I would opt for additional side/end tables to set your drinks on. There is an Ottoman as a coffee table. The master bedroom is spacious with a separate bathroom with plenty of counter/closet space. The second bedroom is tight but functional with a lot of closet space. The second bathroom is in the hallway its big in size with a very spacious shower, all tile. It has a pedestal sink. Therefore no counter space. There is a closet behind the door that works well for storing your toiletries and a medicine cabinet. The rooftop is beautiful but smaller than I thought and you can see Puget Sound the pictures on the website speak for themselves. The kitchen is functional as it has the basic tools. Coffee Pot, blender, a few spices. You will need to buy all your condiments coffee/filters. We were there mid Oct for 4 nights and it rained off and on. The days were sweater weather the evenings a little cooler. Also there is free parking in the garage under the complex that is included for one car. Free is good because parking is expensive. Don't forget you are in the city so expect street noise. I give this place hands down 5 stars and will be returning.

Six of us stayed following an alaskan land and sea vacation. We found the Oasis to be clean, comfortable and very relaxing following a very busy 10 days of travel. In the 2 days we were there, we did not get to take full advantage of the condo but really enjoyed the area and convenience of being able to walk to the space needle, pikes market etc. We also enjoyed the area restaurants and especially the bakery below. We found the area to be very safe and would definitely consider staying again.

From booking to checkout, everything went very smooth. The condo was perfect for us - 3 adults and a 2 year old. 2 large bedrooms. Fully setup kitchen. Steps to Space Needle and Public Market. Secure underground parking. We didn't use the building amenities, but it seems to have everything one could ask for. The only thing to be aware of is the street noise that naturally comes with such a central location. I wouldn't recommend the condo to light sleepers. For everyone else - it's great.

Great location between downtown and Seattle Center. Very good restaurants on the block. Garage parking fine for narrow car. Busy area, but quiet enough for sleeping. Unit clean and comfortable, well stocked with basics. A couple minor problems--land line, window shade. Worked great for our family of four.

There were five of us and this apartment worked really well. We were met on our arrival and shown through the apartment. It was very clean and well stocked and easy to provide our own meals. The location was excellent -so close to small supermarkets and buses. It was a little noisy at night but all the other attributes more than compensated for this. Great place for our four nights in Seattle.

Left on 07/02/2012 for a stay in June 2012
From the beginning, it was easy to work with Derek and Sally to plan our Seattle Oasis stay. I had never rented a condo before, so the experience was new and I needed some hand-holding which they were glad to provide. We loved the convenience of staying with family while we were in Seattle and the best part was being able to share experiences at the end of each day as we sat in the living room. The location was great - close to the market and waterfront, not too far from the light rail, and close to cafes and nightlife in the area. I do wish we had more key fobs to get into the condo because we had to orchestrate who was going where and when they would return so someone would be there to let someone else in. It also would have been good to have a low table with enough chairs to accommodate the six people that the condo could hold. We ended up eating in the living room and the table was unused since there were five of us.

My guests and I truly enjoyed this rental. The location was close to a lot of good restaurants, bars, shops, Downtown and Pike's Market--all easily within walking distance. In fact, we walked everywhere! The amenities at the unit were nice and clean. The pull-out sofa was maybe the best quality pull-out mattress we had ever seen. I was told it was quite comfortable. The unit is cozy, but it was perfect for our group of four. Check in and check out was smooth. There are just a couple of things to be aware of that were clearly conveyed to us before and during our check-in. Oh, one last thing, there are two entrances, the "main" one is a little less convenient and more direct to Pike's Market. The other is convenient, but a little less direct. We found ourselves using the "main" entrance more. Nothing too annoying about it, but just a heads up. Still, I would absolutely recommend this unit.

What a great find! We spent three nights at this condo with our family and it was great to be able to walk to everything. We especially liked being able to come back to the comfort of this place after doing all of that walking! Our friends rented a place through Seattle Oasis a block away in the Moda building so we were able to meet up and explore the city together. Derek and his staff were great and very professional. The price for four adults and one teen was very reasonable compared to hotels in the area, especially since we could eat most of our meals there. Great experience and we will definately do this again.
Highly reccommend the Seattle Public library if you are looking for free things to do other than the obvious places like Pike Place Market and the Seattle pier...
Also, try to stay out of Starbucks (other than the original at Pikes place of course)if you can and explore some of the very interesting coffee places like Bedlam (very edgy) and Cherry Street (delicious!) -
