      This rental is, indeed, an oaisis.

      My sisters and I are avid renters of vacation living spaces. I've stayed in two to five rental units a year for at least 7 years, now. There are things that really make or break a unit, and this unit gets high ratings in almost every catagory. It has great beds and uncluttered decor with taste and artistic touches; it is very clean and everything is easy to find; you don't ever feel like you are intruding in someone else's home, there are great outdoor spaces, the wifi works perfectly, and best of all for this unit was the location. That bakery next door (Macrina) will forever live in my dreams. The food in the neighborhood is outstanding! It is walking distance to the famous market and many other Seattle musts, and the views are magnificent. My only recommendation to the cleaning crew is to do away with the fragrant fabric softener. Many more people suffer from chemical sensitivities these days, and because my sisters and I share that terrible scent-sitivity, we had to purchase bedding to use at the local target so we could avoid the nausea and migraines that accompany artificial fragrances. There are so many fragrant-free, dye-free options these days that would be better choices when trying to suit the needs of all renters. I do want to end with a strong recommendation for anyone looking to stay in Seattle for a spell, to say yes to this great apartment. You will be so happy and comfortable here.

      A great landing place in downtown Seattle

      This is a very enjoyable condo in downtown Seattle, located close to some good restaurants & bars, and within easy walking distance of the Space Needle & Pikes Place Market. The condo has a decent view of the Sound, and sunsets were spectacular. It clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We chose to cook in on our last night there, with fresh salmon & crab we purchased at Pikes Place. We loved it, and would definitely stay there again.

      For a few days of shopping we were welcomed with a tour of the facility and shown everything we needed to know for the duration of our stay. There were ample amounts of linens/towels and High quality furnishings...although it was quite foggy a few days we were there the space needle was right outside the window. Centrally located with free parking and ease to get to/from anywhere really! I highly recommend to anyone who wants the bang for the buck while also receiving high quality and customer service.

      The place to stay in Seattle!

      My son was shipping out to the Middle East for 8 months and not only did we want to see the city we also wanted to have some quality family time that a hotel environment would allow for because we would have needed multiple rooms. We were able to enjoy our stay and spend all the time we needed together. The condo was amazing and I will be there again when he returns from sea. Thank you for giving us great memories!

      for the price we paid, we had to listen to construction & a fan in the bathroom kept going on. we had to pay an extra $85 for a cleaning service & then were expected to take out our own garbage. don't understand the logic there. the condo was nicely decorated and conveniently located though. we will be staying in seattle again this winter, but will opt to stay at a local hotel instead.

      Perfect Location

      We had never travelled to the NorthWest and started with Portland, made our way to the Pinot Noir area, and up to Seattle.
      Not knowing anything about Seattle made it difficult to figure out what area to stay in.
      We could not have picked a better location or condo.
      The management was awesome. Met us there and showed us around. If you are a walker, you can walk to all the major attractions. Otherwise, yellow cab was very good.
      Try the Italian restaurant just outside the building. The bakery as well.
      We did have another couple stay with us for a couple of days. Since there is only one bathroom, that was a challenge - but the only one we had!!

      After looking at several hotels and what it would cost for two adults and two children to stay in Seattle for two nights we choose the 2 bedroom, water view oasis for its value and the amenities. Checking in was so easy and the fact a parking space was included was an extra benefit as we were able to walk everywhere to take in the sights. There were also several restaurants near by for us to choose from and although we didn't take advantage of the kitchen knowing it was fully stocked with plates, silverware, etc should we have chosen to cook a meal was another reason for our staying. We met some of the homeowners and they were gracious as well as helpful in guiding us to destinations we wanted to visit. Overall, we felt this was the perfect place for our family to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants the comfort of a home like atmosphere.

      The location was perfect for all the sight seeing we did. Good food close by. Belltown Pizza. Ohana Japanese Polynesian Grill. Coffee shops, bakery. We walked to Pike's market and the water front. We could see the condo from the Space Needle. We went to P.F. Changs. Try the City Pass great cost savings. The furniture was comfortable, especially the beds. It was great to have a kitchen to cook breakfast and some dinners. We would rent again without hesitation.

      We really enjoyed the 2 bedroom condo. We have 2 children and they loved the location of the condo. Close to the Space Needle, Children's Museum on one side and down-town, the ferry on the other side. Great restaruants very close by. Overall, wonderful spot. Would definitely recommend and would go back on our next Seattle get away.

      Great location, great restaurants near by. Great that parking is included.

      Only down side would be the bed in the smaller of the rooms is a pull down bed with limited room to maneuver around the bed - hence I caught my ankles once or twice! But this wouldn't stop us booking this location again.

      They respond to all my concerns within minutes. The condo was so clean, and in "Like New" condidtion. The whole complex is clean and very quiet. The Space Needle and Pikes Market are within easy walking distance, and I am 55 yrs old. The staff is helpful and showed us all around. I would highly recommend this place.

      First time in Seattle, First time staying downtown...and this condo was a hit. So well appointed, so clean, so easy to get everywhere in Belltown. We loved walking the entire area, enjoying the atmosphere & character of the city. Such easy walks to Pike Place Market, Seattle Waterfront, Space Needle, and so much great dining ! This unit has it all...if you want to go out for every meal, there is tons of selection close by, and if you want to pickup a few things and cook yourself, everything is there to do that. Sarah was so helpful with booking, arranging keys, providing info, etc...it was so easy.
      We will be back...and will reccommend this to our friends.

      Our stay in Seattle was made so much nicer because of the wonderful accommodations. For a family this is the way to go. Plus the location was perfect for getting around and free parking. Belltown Pizza was wonderful, we had the Tuesday for $20 and it was great for the family. Thank you for the use of the wonderful condo. Ps the kids loved the pool!

      Perfect Seattle getaway Condo with a great view!

      I traveled to Seattle for a weekend getaway with my Mom and sisters. I loved the condo because of the decor, and the kitchen was fully stocked! It is also super close to everything you could want to do. We walked to Pike Place Market and to Westlake Mall. There is a grocery stare and a great italian restaurant right on the street level of the building. The rental staff was very helpful and made checking in and out simple. I would definately recommend this place and plan to use it again when I come to Seattle!

      I loved Seattle this condo. I would stay here again. Great location, unit clean, well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils etc and bedroom linens. Constructive suggestion is to remember that visitors need an on sight contact or phone contact that is answered. I was given a tour by a maid and left with keys outside the bldg. All was fine until she left, the key didn't work as anticipated (she used the key and didn't demonstrate the recognition feature) and my cell phone, wallet and car keys were all in the unit where the tour began. I literally waited outside the bldg door and followed another resident inside. What is intuitive to the owner isn't necessarily obvious to the renter. I am a well travellled business executive and have never felt so helpless.
      Minor issues such as electrical socketss that didn't work, burnt out lights and sporatic tv - cable service werre left to me to troubleshoot which is not acceptable. The owner or manager needs to do a complete walk through prior to the guest arrival and not expect feedback to be the method of reporting to address basic maintainence and make ready.
      Alll in all I would give this condo a second chance and found the accomodation along with location exactly as described.

      Loved this cozy, extremely comfortable city retreat. Our child loved the indoor pool, our many trips across the serene lovely courtyard to the bakery next door, and her own cozy room. We loved the location, location, location -- provisioning trips to Pike Place market, long stroll to the Convention Ctr for the business meeting I needed to attend, restaurants everywhere, drive up Queen anne for views & more dining, free bus rides, art gallery visits, stroll to the sculpture park, sun & wind at the Space Needle. The environment was just as we'd hoped and as described, and the apartment itself was just right. Wonderful materials, quiet nights, and that corner view out & over to the water -- a view that calls for cozying up and daydreaming even when the weather isn't cooperating for a trip out. Convenient garage made it super easy to keep our car readily accessible for jaunts beyond the city. Nice hosts. All around, a great stay. Thanks, Urban Oasis. We definitely hope to come back next time Seattle beckons.
