We are located on top of Seattle's historic and trendy Capitol Hill neighborhood, just a 25 minute walk to downtown Seattle. If you don't feel like walking, hop on the bus just a few doors down and be at the Space Needle or Downtown in less than 15 minutes. Don't feel like leaving the hill? You don't have to. There's shopping, Nightlife, Coffee houses, Bookstores, Art Museums and tourist attractions all right here. If you are a foodie, you are in luck. Capitol Hill is the new Mecca for Zagat rated dining with over 70 restaurants to choose from. For more practical matters, we are three blocks away from several grocers and a pharmacy.

... Our home's decor is best described as casual and elegant. We are the largest vacation rental in Seattle offering between 10 and 14 guestrooms depending on your group's size. The house sleeps up to 30 adults in beds with additional portable cribs and sleeping pads available for small children. Our kitchen offers two refrigerators, two range/ovens and we are fully stocked with cooking utensils and serving dishes.* Our off-street parking area can accommodate 7 vehicles with additional spaces in the alley behind the home.

During the summer months guests have the pleasure of dining or relaxing on our covered porch. Our latitude allows for wonderfully long summer nights with sunsets as late as 9pm. It is a perfect way to take in our warm Seattle evenings after a long day of sightseeing.

For large families or groups we are are the perfect alternative to renting the typical "block of rooms" at the larger commercial establishments. We offer an intimate setting designed to be a home away from home while in Seattle. Unfortunately, because we are simply a residential structure, we do not have a banquet hall or a suitable location for a wedding ceremony. *We do not accommodate for outside caterers or entertaining where non-registered guests may be permitted on-site. Weekly Rental Only During Peak Summer dates of June 25th, 2013 through September 9th, 2013. Monday or Tuesday check-in/check-out for weekly rates. Home can be rented with between 10 and 14 guestrooms, with the ability to sleep up to 30 maximum.
