Come stay in our beautiful home built green in 2010 by Greenleaf Construction. A five minute walk to downtown Ballard, in Seattle Washington. Single family home with two bedrooms and one and a half baths. Wonderful open kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Cook dinner while chatting with other guests or walk to downtown Ballard and enjoy award winning restaurants, Volterra, or one of Ethan Stowells Ballard restaurants, Staple and Fancy or Ballard Pizza. Ballard is a historic Scandinavian neighborhood in northwest Seattle. Located on the Ship Channel which runs from Lake Washington to the Puget Sound. There are many neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops and parks within a few blocks of our home. We are one block from the bus line that will take you to downtown Seattle in 15 to 20 minutes.
