This newly renovated condo in the heart of downtown overlooks the ivy clad Washington State Convention Center from its perch on the 13th floor of a mid-century high-rise building. Guests are within easy walking distance of the city’s best sights, shops, entertainment, and restaurants including the downtown Seattle shopping district, Pike Place Market, Seattle's Waterfront, and the eclectic Capitol Hill neighborhood. The Space Needle and Seattle Center are 1.3 miles to the North and the Stadium district an equal distance to the south; each a short bus, cab, or monorail ride away.

You enter into a spacious and beautifully decorated... living room, complete with brand new furnishings. White leather seating and a large window framing highlight the sparkling lights of downtown Seattle. The decor has a great modern vibe! The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a quick meal. All linens and towels are included. Laundry facilities are available for guests in the building as well as a roof top deck with breathtaking views of Lake Union, downtown Seattle, and Capitol Hill.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. A fold down European-style couch back in the living room offers a full sized sleeping surface for a fifth guest. Stunning views of downtown with its skyscrapers, and a peek-a-boo view of Elliott Bay are available from every window in this modern and comfortable condo.

An iPod friendly stereo, 60” LED Smart TV with HD cable programming, Netflix/Vudu/Amazon streaming streaming, as well as DVD & Blu-ray player in the living room are provided for your entertainment. In each bedroom there are also 40 inch LCD HDTVs. Complimentary high speed wireless internet is available throughout the condo as well as CAT5 connectivity. A PC with Media Center and 24” LCD is provided so there is no need for you to lug a laptop around.

With an almost perfect walk score of 98 the location simply can’t be beat. Situated in the ideal downtown Seattle location, it is just steps to Pacific Place & Westlake shopping centers, live theater, movie theaters, the monorail, and many restaurants. The building is just a few blocks from Swedish Hospital. Add in easy access to & from I-5 as well as the airport light rail line and needless to say, the location is prime!

Please be aware that parking is not included, but is a reasonable $5 a day extra, a bargain by any measure for downtown. A/C is provided via a portable unit during summer months due to Seattle’s mild summers (almost NO buildings- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is an urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty concrete construction.

  We stayed at Elektra for a conference, and living exactly next door was really very convenient. The appartment is beautiful, with modern enterieur, the kitchen perfectly equipped. We would definitely try to get this appartment again...
  Seattle has a great public transporation system, so no car needed. Shopping and restaurants are in walking distance too.

  My boyfriend and two of our friends booked this condo as a weekend couples getaway and we were all very pleased with our stay here. The condo is cozy, has a nice view and located within walking distance of Pikes Place market.The only thing that could have made this stay any nicer is if the main elevator was extremely slow.

  We are glad you had a great stay. The building is in the process of upgrading all the elevators right now. The service elevator was recently completed, and now they are working on one of the two other main elevators. All is set to be complete by July of this year. The service elevator is extremely fast and nice now, so as soon as one of the two elevators are complete service will be nice.

  This was a fantastic condo for our week stay. We had great views of the city skyline and it's an easy walk to downtown. Quite a nice area to visit. The condo was clean, nicely decorated. The photos online really do the place justice. More than enough pots and pans, seasonings, dishes to make a nice meal. All you need to do is walk down to Pike's Market to make your fresh meal. This is much better than staying at a hotel.
