This fantastic 2 bedroom 1.75 bathroom Seattle vacation home greets you with floor to ceiling windows and unmatched views. You are perched high above the city. The tastefully decorated living room with high-end fixtures will cradle you in comfort after a day of seeing the sights, attending convention sessions, or corporate meetings. The fully stocked kitchen, with granite counters, Miele stove, oven and dishwasher and Sub-Zero refrigerator, is fully equipped for any meal you may want to whip up.
In the master bedroom, a comfortable queen sized bed will lull you to sleep. The ensuite bathroom is full sized. The second bedroom boasts a queen sized bed and flat screen T.V. The second bathroom comes with a toilet, sink and shower stall for your comfort. Both bedrooms feature black out shades for your comfort.
To be clear, this building does NOT have air conditioning (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). We do provide fans for your comfort.
Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening, even as high as the 22nd floor! If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

This was a fantastic rental right across from the market, with absolutely stunning views from floor to ceiling windows in every room. The kitchen was well equipped and included a spice rack, nice knives, and everything you might need down to Ziploc bags and Tupperware. The appliances are high end and a little tricky to work if you aren't used to it, but we figured them about. The walls are solid and quiet. I highly recommend this rental. Included assigned parking in the garage was nice and safe. Having a target in the building was very convenient.

The unit is awesome! Clean and well furnished. The view is breathtaking -- looking over Puget Sound and Pike Place Market.
The traffic noise at night can be a little distracting (especially the horns from the boats). But other than that, it was perfect. There was convenient grocery shopping right near the building and also a quick walk to the department stores and public transit.

If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay situated in downtown Seattle, look no further!
We chose this vacation rental because of its location and the building is surrounded by everything we needed. Being next door to Pikes Market, we had fresh meat and seafood for dinner a number of nights during our stay. We were kindly greeted and shown the rental as soon as we arrived and soon felt right at home. The rental itself was spectacular! The pictures don't do it justice as we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of both bedrooms and the living room and kitchen areas. The rental had the necessities when it came to cooking and access to an outdoor barbecue topped it off! The included parking space in the underground parking garage was great to have as we rented a vehicle for part of our stay. The floor to ceiling windows and the views were excellent! We will be back, yes we will!!!

This is a great place with fabulous views and handy to everything in downtown Seattle. Very clean, very up market, latest gadgets and electronics. Plenty of room for 4 people.
Was met at door and shown around, but you need to listen to instructions on the electronics carefully, although help is available by phone any time. Concierge very helpful with getting around town.

We stayed a week in the Cloud 9 Oasis with our family and it was the perfect spot. Every day we watched the sunset over the water and mountains. We were steps away from the market and enjoyed cooking fresh food in the great well-equipped kitchen. I've already recommended this spot to several friends and family members.

Great service from alan, who met us at the entrance to the free, secured underground parking area. He showed us the basics of the apartment and was cheerfully available when we needed anything. The apartment itself was classy, with a bit of an asian theme. The location and view could not have been better. We were there a week and easily cooked a couple of meals for guests. It's a block walk to the Pike Place Market so it was easy to gather ingredients. It's also right above City Target, which is very handy. The best aspect of the apartment is the location and view from the 22nd floor. The apartment building itself appears to be well run. We asked lots of residents how they liked living there and all said they loved it. The concierge people were extremely friendly and helpful.

Newmark Tower apt. was nice. Note that: 1. There is no air conditioning, so it got very hot in the afternoons. 2. the 2nd bed is a very low futon, so not recommended for older guests. 3. It's right above a Target store and is in a very seedy, touristy part of downtown. There were many homeless people, and we live in Manhattan, and we were uncomfortable coming back at night...4. The parking is many levels down and takes patience to go thru gates, go behind cars looking for public parking, etc.
You need to be very technically savvy. There were no instructions for the Miele appliances or TV(very complicated.) There was no instruction binder in the unit, and the woman who did the orientation was not technically savvy.
Communication with Seattle Oasis was very frustrating. They never answered many of my questions, took a long time to answer some, and said they had the best rates for car rental, which they did not. (Enterprise was much cheaper for a much larger car.) They didn't answer the phone when trying to check in, etc. They apologized.

Although we don't consider being above a Target a negative, the property description does indicate that is the case, and always has, so folks are prepared. This condo is on the 22nd floor, and since Target is on the ground floor, my experience in that condo is that any possible noise from the retail area does not affect the condo. The property description also indicates that this is a very urban area, and invites people to ask questions to make sure being in the very center of downtown Seattle is something they are comfortable with. Also in the property description is the fact that this unit does not have air conditioning. It does seem a bit unfair to be angry about features you didn't like, that were communicated to you prior to your booking of the unit. Future guests, give us a call before you book! We will give you an honest assessment of the neighborhood so that you can make the best decision for your group.
It is right by the Pike Place Market, literally a block away. Being able to shop for your groceries in the Market is a fantastic Seattle experience. The neighborhood is filled with great Seattle restaurants, such as Wild Ginger, Matt's, Cafe Campagne and others. That means there is pedestrian traffic until quite late in the evening. It is also adjacent to the Seattle Art Museum and Benaroya Hall, so again, lots of foot traffic.
The TV is hard to operate, and we have, since this guest's stay, undated the user guide and troubleshooting guide to make it more guest friendly. We have also provided a unit binder for this condo with neighborhood recommendations, a service directory. appliance directions, and the like.
We offer car rentals at competitive rates. Rates change all the time, so promising the lowest rate would be inaccurate. Sorry that this guest was not clear on that.
Lastly, yes we were on the phone with another guest when this guest called to be checked in. We called her back immediately after getting off the previous call, with less than 10 minutes elapsed time.

Oasis Service offers an excellent service: quick detailed respons to all our questions, further input to what to see in Seattle, kind and thorough presentation of the condo upon arrival.
The condo is outstanding and offers a breathtaking view over Elliott Bay. It is in every way very well equiped and a wonderful base for a succesful vacation.
The condo is centrally positioned downtown Seattle next to Pike Place Market. In the building next door you find a department store including a supermarket.
The view from this condo is exceptionel and very hard to leave!
We could not have asked for anything more!

The location was central to everything...space was gorgeous...the views phenomenal! Everything was spotless and every attention to detail had been thought of. The apartment was very well designed, and had every amenity you could want.We are big on cooking local fresh food and there was not one thing lacking in the designer kitchen. The only small suggestion we would make is the living room sofa eventually be replaced with a pullout as the convertible chair bed was not the most comfortable, but was certainly adequate.
Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals was available every step of the way with personal attention and support.
We come to Seattle repeatedly and will never go anywhere else for accomodations!

This was an absolutely wonderful place to say. My husband and I stayed with our two boys, aged 11 and 15. The place was beautiful, starting with the 5 star view--we didn't have much time to go on all the lovely hikes but we didn't feel the absence since the always-changing daylight/sunset/lights at night from the huge windows provided gorgeous views! The amenities were high end, lots of space, worth far more than the same-priced hotels. There is a great pool and whirlpool and gym, and even an entertaining room with piano for our boys to practice on! The location across from Pike's Place was terrific, if the neighborhood otherwise a bit gritty. I walked to the conference center--a short walk away. Renting a car was a must to see all the neighborhoods in Seattle, and luckily there was free parking with the condo. The management was stellar. No complaints!!!
