Bring only your suitcase and toothbrush; we'll take care of the rest! We offer an immaculate, beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath... villa with all of the amenities you would expect with a vacation home. You see, unlike corporate protocol, we will greet you personally and ensure your comfort and needs during your stay because we live close by.

As locals, we can answer questions and make suggestions on where to go, what to see and do and how best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a difference!

Main features of this unit include a designer coordinated master bedroom suite with a queen bed, tiled, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The eat-in kitchen is separate from the living room and is fully equipped from pots and pans and table service to fridge with ice-maker, and with dishwasher, mirowave, etc. The living room has furnishings of white wicker motif and includes a surround sound entertainment system. The color coordinated guest bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with tub and shower with a washer and dryer concealed behind louvered doors off the bathroom. Additionally, there is a screened lanai directly off the kitchen and master bedroom with a separate, wicker style table and 4 chairs to enjoy breakfast or evening brunch along with the fresh air of a semi-rural atmosphere.

The unit is located directly off Dwane Palmer Boulevard in Spring Lake, a suburb of Sebring, Florida. The neighbourhood reflects a quiet, manicured, country club atmosphere of fine homes, golf courses, and jogging lanes in a semi-rural region of ponds and lakes away from large, metropolitan areas of the state. Golf, fish, swim, horseback ride, hike woodland trails, or take an airboat ride - all within 5 minutes of your home-away-from-home!

A $500 reservation deposit is required to reserve a time period and payable at the time the lease is signed; upon possession, it becomes a 100% refundable security deposit under the terms of the rental agreement. The $75 cleaning fee is non refundable. The rent & the cleaning fee can be accepted up to 3 weeks before taking possession; after that, payment must be either a cashier's check, money order, or cash.
In all cases, taxes are included with the rent.
Apr. 3 - Oct. 31, 2013 - two month minimum rental period, (or 2 month's rent minimum)
Nov. through Dec., 2013 - one month minimum
January through March, 2014 - Three month block rental only
