Shelbyville, INFantastic Views
Left on 06/03/2013 for a stay in May 2013
This property is great for 1 or 2 couples but not small children. Property is clean, well maintained and has fantastic views. Pictures don't do Sedona justice in general and that is true for the views from this property. This property is close to all the shopping and restaurants. If you don't mind walking up and down the hills, you can walk to this area. I would definitely recommend the property.

This is a lovely 3-story home that offers plenty of room and privacy for two couples. There are two decks, one with a hot tub, with incredible views of the red rocks. Actually, every window in the home offers splendid views. The beds and linens are comfy and the house is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is adequately stocked and the 3(!)bathrooms are pristine. The furniture is a bit outdated but comfortable. This home is an incredible value for the money.

Left on 03/17/2013 for a stay in January 2013
This property truly lives up to its "Majestic" name. It has a spacious, nicely decorated Master Bedroom with a large, two-sink master bath on the top floor and a well-appointed apartment-like living area on the lowerest level. The middle floor has a fabulous kitchen, dining/great room area. This layout allows two couples to have complete privacy, yet share a common living area with fantastic views! The outdoor hot tub offers stunning views of the star-filled night skies. The location provides easy access to Uptown Sedona shopping and dining. Providing you can handle stairs, we highly recommend this property!

This home was beautiful! Ample space for three couples. Impeccably clean, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, laundry room (toilet paper was the only thing we had to purchase). Beautiful yard with pool and hot tub and outdoor lounge space. 5-10 minute drive to anything we wanted in Sedona. Views from the private house were amazing! :) Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Left on 02/04/2013 for a stay in January 2013
This house was perfect for our family of four, which includes two 20-something sons. The views, the hot tub, the quality and the comfort of the home were all we could have hoped for. Imagine coming home from a exciting, but tiring, day of hiking the red rocks and sliding into the heat of the hot tub, lying back and watching the stars journey across the sky.
The weather was frigid during our January visit to Sedona, but we loved it. The crowds were low, so the traffic was light and it was easy to get into any restaurant. The sun was brilliant during the day, and a touch of snow at the Grand Canyon made it even more gorgeous. The cooler temps made hiking a delight. I almost hate to let the word out, but . . visit during the winter if you can! -

St. Joseph, MichiganDecember in Sedona with the family
Left on 01/31/2013 for a stay in December 2012
This is a wonderful house with extraordinary views. The house is located close to some very nice hiking trails as well as a short walk to Sedona restaurants. The house is nicely updated and very clean and homey, although the wireless internet was a little clunky. Check-in was very easy thanks to the electronic key code box. Our family had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this house to others. Also, a great plus for the winter months is the outdoor hot tub!

I have been traveling to Sedona for 15 years and am so glad that I found this property. I took my girlfriend out to propose to her at Tlaquepaque, and everything was perfect. The home was very clean and well kept, it warmed up quickly, and was well equipped. Every window in the home has a spectacular view. The master bedroom has an amazing view of the red rock hills and the bed is very comfortable. The jacuzzi with its' view from the lower porch was so nice in the mornings and at night. We will be going back to this location and am recommending to my family and friends. A+...Luckily...she said Yes!

Sedona is breathtaking, and the views from this house are just as breathtaking. We found the house an amazing choice while staying in Sedona. Close to town, shopping, restaurants and anything else you'd want to do. The house was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We were 2 couples and the set up of the downstairs made for a private suite for the second couple, while giving us common areas as well. We will definitely be back !

My husband and I recently stayed at the Majestic Sedona this past august. We had found the house online and having never been to the area, we felt we were "winging it" and decided if the house was half as good as it looked online we would be happy. When we arrived we were absolutely in love with the property. Very roomy and extremely clean and well appointed. The location is perfect and the views are spectactular!! We were waking at 5:30 am every day to catch a glimpse of the hot air balloon launches outside our windows. We plan to return next august and highly recommend this property.

Service was outstanding. The Unit was great - clean and with excellent facilities. Well designed and spacious. But the signature feature is the view. We enjoyed our evening meal and drinks by sitting for hours and just watching as the sun slowly slipped away each night - watching shifting and changing colors of the magnificent red rock mountains - Not a bug in the sky! ( We are from Ga)What a treat! The number of times we said to ourselves
"This is sooo special - why is it ending so fast??" -

Never did I dream this place was this beautiful. Even though we drove thru the snow on Sunday to get here was worth it. This place is amazing with snow or without. Uptown is right down the hill but you feel you are away from it all. I loved that. Pictures don't do justice of the real views. I visited Sedona many years ago and always wanted to come back. I brought my family and then they understood why I always wanted to. The house was fabulous. Windows and skylights let in all the sunlight. It felt so bright and cheerful. Everything you want is already here. We really had a hard time leaving. The Pink Jeep tour was our highlight and a must but we also took a helicopter ride, tour of Sedona, and a day trip to the grand canyon. The Coffee Pot Restaurant was our favorite and we all tried one of the 101 omelettes. We loved staying at Majestic Sedona and will always want to stay here when we visit. Again, the views, the views, the views from this house!

Left on 11/02/2011 for a stay in October 2011
My new bride and I stayed here, and it was delightful. Architecturally, the house is oriented so that all of the big windows, including the master bedroom, living room, den, veranda and jacuzi all face the beautiful red rock formations. The amenities are wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for more. The beds are comfortable and spacious. The location is just uphill from the center of town, but was dead quiet. The house is expertly decorated, yet comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed a glass of wine while watching the sunset silhouette the large rocks and turning the sky multiple shades of blue and purple. The owners have thought of everything and make it easy to enjoy the house. I would whole-heartedly recommend staying here, and would stay here again without hesitation.
