Cathedral Rock Lodge is nestled in quiet rustic ambiance, amongst the trees and green grass overlooking the view of Cathedral Rock. To Do: Hiking in the red rocks nearby also Oak creek and the State park is within hiking or driving distance, or just swinging in the hammock for relaxation.

The Cathedral Rock Lodge & Retreat Center proved to be the perfect venue for our group of 13 women who were seeking quiet time in nature for prayer and meditation. The view of Cathedral Rock is phenomenal!
The facility itself is wonderful and accommodated our group perfectly. We reserved the Homestead House and the Los amigos House and both were clean, roomy and inviting.
The reservation team, especially CipPriankHa, was wonderful and exceedingly accommodating.
The lodge caretakers, Allison & Tyler, were very exceedingly helpful and ready to supply all that was required of our group.
Bottom line. I would give our experience at Cathedral Rock Lodge & Retreat Center an a+. All our retreat participants agree that it is the pefect place for a a getaway such as ours. -

We rented the Homestead House for our Wedding Reception, it was the perfect spot. The house and suite are cozy and tastefully decorated. The grounds were perfect for our outside barbecue, there are lots of trees and beautiful grass, it couldnt have been more perfect. The manager and the caretaker are very nice and were extremely easy to work with!!!

I have stayed a handful of times at the Cathedral rock lodge alone or with a friend/client in the amigos suite. Recently I had the opportunity to take my family up for a getaway from the Phoenix heat and rejuvenate in the Homestead House; this truly felt like my home away from home. I have two young children (1 & 3 years old) and a very tall husband (6'4") all of which found themselves completely comfortable at the 2 bedroom house. The living room was very spacious and we enjoyed spending time together playing with the wonderful treasures (toy box!) we found in the lodge. We love the hammock and the beautiful green grass and trees on the property. I much prefer the serenity and energy at the Cathedral Rock Lodge over a cramped "luxury" hotel room. The property is also unique in that the amenities always seem to be there regardless of what I need. The kitchen is stocked with anything you'd need (except food) though I did forget tea and found some in a cupboard :o) The property caretakers are a husband and wife team that stay on/near the lodge. They are incredibly sweet & always just a phone call away.

It was wonderful experience for me and for my family and there guest from Japan to Cathedral Rock Lodge & Retreat.
