Two couples stayed in this house for ten nights. Compared to other vacation rentals, this house had a well appointed kitchen. Views from the living area and deck were terrific, as pictured. The gas fireplace and hot tub were definite highlights. The location was exceptional; the house was close to the Hwy 179/89a traffic circle and walking distance to Tlaquepaque arts and crafts village. It was a perfect home base for exploring the area.

Good price for the place. Not as close to downtown Sedona as they claimed. It would be a dangerous walk at night. But it was a simple, functional house.

The house was very clean and very well organized for a vacation rental. Views from the deck were wonderful, and oak creek out back was a added bonus.
We loved every minute of our stay there. -

Foothills are a great company to deal with. After two bad experiences with house rental, they went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect in the house.
Easy check in (We drove from Vegas), they left the key securely but accessible.
The house was excellent, great amenities, wonderful views of the rocks, hot tub (Sitting in there, wine, viewin the rocks, doesnt get any better), BBQ, great seating outside so you can have dinner with the view. The house is warm, inviting and clean. The location was excellent, and we took a cab a few times into sedona so we could both have a glass of wine or two ($14 return).
Highly recommended and it worked out cheaper than some of the hotels (Orchard for example). If we get the chance to visit Sedona again, I would rent this place again.

This was a great home for the 6 of us (myself and some family members). It would be their first time to Sedona. The home was so relaxing and very comfortable. My husband is in a wheelchair and was able to access all of the lower floor. We had 2 small children with us and 4 adults. We spent a lot of time in the jacuzzi, especially in the early morning. The views are gorgeous right from the back deck. I would definitely stay in this home again and would rent again from Foothills Real Estate.
