First let me say that the Landlord is as sweet and helpful as can be. Made me feel more than welcomed and at home, and was cheerfully available if I needed anything. The uptown location is very convenient whether you want to visit the shops in "old" Sedona, go over to the west side, or down to the Village Of Oak Creek ( VOC ). You couldn't ask for a more comfortable place to stay; lots of cleaning products and amenities such as shampoo and conditioner were really appreciated. There is an enornmous Sony flat screen TV in the living room, a DVD player, a nice dining table, and a very ample kitchen. The half bath downstairs is great, too, if you have company over. The bedroom is upstairs, large and airy, with a really great bathroom with full tub. Everything was clean and tidy, and the neighborhood is very quiet. This is one of the most reasonable and best places I've stayed in Sedona, and I've been coming here at least once a year since 2005. I highly recommend Uptown Utopia!
