Villa Celia is beautifully located right in sea resort Sellin, only 200 m from the beautiful sandy beach... of Sellin, directly on the Wilhelmstrasse which is famous for its spa architecture and only a few meters from the shopping, leisure and fun opportunities offered by Sellin and Rügen. Behind the villa is the compound’s garden and adjacent to it the beech forest of the Granitz which is under protection. The apartments in front can enjoy evening sun and the nice view of the villas in Sellin, the ones in back the view of the Granitz forest and the Sellin lake. Thanks to the protected location, the compound is usually without wind.

This beautiful two-room apartment of 47 sq.m., for up to four people, is on the fourth floor of Villa Celia, a historical “Bäderstil” (spa style) building only 200 meters away from the splendid white beaches of the Baltic Sea. It is furnished as follows:

All our vacation apartments are furnished comfortably and to high standard. All apartments have either a balcony or a loggia. The vacation apartments on the upper floors offer a beautiful view of the Wilhelmsstrasse, the Sellin lake, the Sellin sea bridge and/or the Baltic Sea.

Double bed, sleeper couch for two, balcony, kitchenette with microwave, baking oven, freezer compartment, bathroom (shower, toilet), elevator to the fourth floor, free use of sauna, children’s bedding and chairs for free (on request), free Wi-Fi internet access, coin-operated laundry and dryer, solarium (for fee), car parking (for fee), dogs and other pets allowed on request, smoking not allowed (except on the balconies).

The vacation apartments contain fully furnished kitchen and bathroom; upon check-in, with ready-made beds and towels as well as dish rags and detergents. Utilities such as gas, water and electricity included in the rental fee.

The “Villa Celia” is located directly on the representative road (“Prachtstrasse”) of Sellin, the Wilhelm road, and only 200 m from the white Baltic Sea beaches and the Sellin sea bridge. The historic “Bäderstil” (spa style) villa was renovated in 2003 and offers thirteen vacation apartments for 2-4 or 4-6 guests, furnished comfortably and to high standard. All apartments have either a balcony, a loggia or a patio.
