Introducing Bali’s most sensational and dramatic sunsets over the Indian Ocean! North Seminyak Beach Resort is a magical and stunningly beautiful beachfront estate. Situated right on the beach close to the W Hotel, Mozaic Restaurant & Beach Club, Ku De Ta Restaurant and Potato Head Beach Club.
One of only a few estates directly on the beach the exclusive resort consists of three beautifully appointed beachfront villas with 12 bedrooms in total and located a short distance away two additional private villas providing an additional 6 bedrooms. We can comfortably cater for any size of party and accommodate up to 40 guests in beautiful s...urroundings.
Weddings, anniversaries and birthdays are our speciality providing a truly memorable location for that once in a lifetime occasion. A committed team of dedicated staff will cater to all your personal needs to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The villas are also close to the world class shopping, eating and nightlife of central Seminyak. Guests can also enjoy FREE use of the Canggu Club (www.cangguclub.com), the premier sports club in Bali which has numerous and varied sports and activity options such as tennis, squash, swimming, yoga/pilates, and kids club to name just a few. There are also lots of other interesting things for guests to do at the villa or nearby, in-villa spa treatments, horse riding on the beach, cycling through the rice paddy fields, boogy boarding in the sea directly outside the villa (complimentary boards supplied), Treetops Adventure Park, Waterboom Water Park, surf lessons, Elephant Park, etc.
The three beachfront villas in the estate are –
Villa Kaira – 5 bedrooms
Used for numerous photo shoots and featured in many magazines, Villa Kaira is a truly breathtaking residence. Villa Kaira was designed as a family home with outstanding entertainment spaces by one of London’s most successful boutique property companies. Attention to detail has been paramount to ensure that all aspects of the villa complement each other. The property has an 18 x 5 infinity pool dropping off into the Indian Ocean, a wonderful baby grand piano just waiting to be played, a billiards/snooker room, fitness room and the Entertainment Room has a vast selection of DVD films for all ages as well as a Wii games console and games .
Villa Nova – 3 bedrooms
The property features a 14m x 5m infinity edge pool dropping off to views of the ocean. By the pool is a beautiful Gazebo which can be used for massages or relaxing during the day. Located with direct access to the beach, the villa is perfectly suited for entertaining. Villa Nova consists of a spacious open dining and living area on the ground level along with two large guest bedrooms, both with walk-in dressing rooms, en-suite bathrooms, and outdoor showers. The master suite encompasses the entirety of the upper level with stunning views of the Indian Ocean.
Villa La Mer – 4 Bedrooms
With contemporary lines and sleek interiors, Villa La Mer offers a rare and truly stunning home by the ocean. The villa consists of 4 large double bedrooms, each with air-con and full en-suite facilities with European fittings spread over two floors. The villa boasts stunning living and dining areas and an external maids room. On the third level, a sky-bar covered decking and built-in bar is perfect for watching the mosy stunning sunsets in the whole of Bali.
All the villas in The North Seminyak Beach Resort come with the following as standard:
- Luxury villa accommodation
