Lush tropical gardens and ponds, a private 9 metre pool and massage bale completes this luxury residence. Walk down the small path alongside Villa Kipas straight onto Seminyak Beach, have a massage, buy from the locals, sunbake, swim, surf or simply watch the sunset. When the sun goes down, Villa Kipas is conveniently located between Jalan Laksmana ("Eat Street") and Jalan Dhyana Pura ("Drink Street").

Everything about this Villa is perfect! From the express security clearance at the airport, the drivers, the villa staff - our stay was fantastic.
The villa itself is immaculate and the owners have thought of everything a traveller would need. It was lovely to come 'home' after a day sight-seeing to our own pool and plenty of space. The staff are amazing, speak excellent English, and very helpful - nothing is too much trouble.
We really appreciated the owners suggestions for dinner - enjoyed every moment of our time in Bali. We will be back!!! -

We had 6 woundereful nights at Villa Kipas. The Staff were fantastic and the Villa amazing, Mudy was our dedicated driver, Youlmas and Sri were our cook and masseur, Thank you everyone for a job extremely well done, you made our holiday everything we had hoped for and more. We will be back.

As a 'newby' I was going to go to Bali with eyes wide open and capture each and every experience and log them for future reference - can't remember one bad thing!
Everything I did associated with the villa was spot on, the food, the surroundings, the staff, the massages, the quality of the bedding, the quality of the accommodation - fabulous decor, magic private pool (maintained daily, music and tv (if you would ever need it) provided, overnight laundry services etc, I could go on and on
The restaurants recommended by Neil were wonderful, everything from Spanish, French, Japanese, in fact, the standard of food was unexpected and thoroughly enjoyable.
Shopping was great, brilliant handbags, shoes and jewellery
All in all a fabulous place to stay, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Kipas
