we travel for business frequently so it was time for travel for pleasure.we decided on Bali and Beautiful Bali villas is where we stayed and found it to be well located,good breakfast,freindly and competent staff.Pool in the villas is lovely night or day.We were

The location was pretty poor, couldn't walk to the beach, taxi everywhere. One bedroom and bed bugs and everywhere were mosquitos, we were bit so much. Even the net around the beds had blood splattered from squatted mosquitos. The noise of the stray dogs barking, the revving of the motorbikes outside our bedroom, despite asking them to keep it quiet, the building work next door and the morning cockerel were all laughable now, I was glad to get home to peace and quiet. I am a big Bali traveler, never have I felt so unrested after a holiday. The pool was brilliant, cannot fault it. The daily breakfast was tiresome, crispy bacon we said, but each day the bacon got soggier!! Scenic villa, looks like paradise when you walk in, the first morning after we arrived there was bat poo everywhere!! on the dining table, sofa, kitchen etc. I then watched the cleaner use a scourer to clean it up the proceed to wash the dishes with same scourer...I am not exagerating any of the above...I could go on...

We stayed in Villa Santai, one of the many villas managed by Villa Bugis. This is an elegant and stylish villa, with amazing space and a large swimming pool. The staff made us feel so welcome and looked after us beautifully. Nothing is too much trouble! The villa is in a very quiet location, but really central to the Seminyak action so you just wander out and are in the heart of the action. We will definitely return to this private and comfortable oasis and would recommend it very highly.

What a great villa to stay at in Bali. The staff, service, comfort, cleanliness and all the villa facilities. This villa was better than what it appeared on their web-page. I will never stay any place other than one of Villa Bugis' villas. We, my self, my wife and brother & sister in-law spent a glorious week at Villa Jaclan. Perfect stay...11 out of 10. Guaranteed. I stayed in Villa Bugis with three friends for just under a week and had an absolutely wonderful time. Since the price was so low, I'd expected the actual villa to be not quite as stunning as the promotional photos, but it really was!
The rooms were all spotless, there were very few mosquitoes (rare in Bali), the pool was the perfect size and very clean, the kitchen was immaculate and had any facilities we might have possibly needed (though with all the food in Seminyak a stone's throw away, we used it just for cutting fruit!), and a lovely living room with state of the art media. The breakfast that they cooked for us every morning was also delicious :)
I can't think of anything at all that was disappointing in the least about Villa Bugis, and would recommend it most highly to anyone thinking of visiting and staying in Seminyak!
