Nice cute villa. Had just been repainted when we stayed so nice and clean and fresh. We were 4 ladies and happy to just sit by the pool during the day and head out at night. Nice and quiet at night. Rooms were big with large beds and housekeeping lady came everyday and cleaned up after us which was a real treat! Staff were very friendly and helped us book massages at the villa which was another treat. A great place to stay for a small group or family.

We had a fabulous stay here. The welcome by the Manager was great and he provided us with a phone, maps and services that we could use. The villa is lovely to stay in and very well appointed. We felt very comfortable and at home here, and our daughter loved sleeping in the king sized bed! The bathrooms are big and have open air showers, which when it rained we got cold rain on us, lol! Unfortunately the weather was very overcast for most of our stay so the pool was very cold, but would be fantastic at the end of a long hot day. The cleaner is a lovely and friendly lady. She took away our dirty washing for cleaning at a laundry. Just a note that you will need a couple of days for the laundry to be returned to you.
The area the villa is located is quiet, which considering there is a very busy road not far from the villa is just heaven! It is surrounded by locals, which made us feel welcome and at home, even Chico the dog got used to us after a couple of days, lol!
The main road of Seminyak is only a few minutes walk and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The Bali Deli is about 5 minutes walk, here you can buy lots of delicious goodies. On Jalan Plawa, the road that the villa lane is located off are some local shops and a couple of warungs if you do not want to go far. We highly recommend Warung Manyar, the small restaurant with the flashing lights, exceptionally friendly staff, clean, good cheap food. We will definitely stay here again :-) -

For the price, La Bella Casa was one of the best villa I've been to in Bali. The place is large, clean and very relaxing. The two bedrooms are adequately sized, the private pool is nice, TVs have several cable channels, internet was reliable and the big "open" bathrooms add to the exotic experience. It is also very close to a Bintang grocery, which is a big plus.
Staff is extremely helpful, but never intrusive. You'll also be given a cellphone with several useful numbers, if needed.
Two things to note, however. First, this is a single villa, meaning there is no lobby and no staff staying on the premises permanently. If you need something, it might take a little while before someone can get there to help you. It also means you may have to book in advance ;)
Second, the villa is located in a small alley that may be hard to find at first and can get dark at night. This, though, was appreciated by our group because it made the place all the more quiet, even though it's located next to a rather busy area (2 minutes walk from Made's Warung).
My only (tiny) complaint would be that the extra pillows in the drawers smelled. Otherwise, a wonderful place. -

The villa was exactly what you see. The maid (Made) came on a daily basis except Sundays, which was fine. The Mngr agus was excellent especially when we couldn't get phone numbers to book dinner, we'd just call him on the cell provided and he'd book for us! The phone was an added bonus!
There was a problem with the hot water and when notified, it was promptly fixed. The pool was a good size although the time of year we went it was too cold for me to get in but our Teens loved it. It was a bit hard to find at 1st but once we got our bearings, knew it like the back of our hands! We were right in the heart of Seminyak but a stones throw away so it was nice and quite if that makes sense. Free WiFi made all the difference too. -

The photos used to advertise this villa are not accurate and deceiving. The villa was very poorly maintained, dirty, and deteriorating. The bedding/sheets had stains on them and the walls had holes, cracks, and paint peeling off of them. All of the bathroom sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs were dirty. Many of the fixtures were rusting out. There was mold growing out of a hole in the wall and there were thick layers of dust on the ceiling fans. In addition the lounge chairs by the pool were covered in bird poop and stains in addition to the entire concrete area around the pool. Overall the villa was very poorly kept and I would not recommend this to any friends or family. Also the villa was a 20 minute walk from the beach not a 10 minute walk that we were told. I have posted a few pictures and hopefully the owner will see this and take action.

I think this is a complete exaggeration and very disappointed with such a review. I would like to reply and advise that:-
All bedding and sheets at the villa are only a month old, we replace all 4 times a year
The bathrooms are not dirty, the shower is an outdoor shower so on occassion a leaf may fall from the surrounding garden but the cleaner is there everyday to pick up if that happens
There was one small section in the top corner of a bedroom where paint was peeling which has been touched up, I'm sure that small section of paint peeling did not affect your stay?
This vila has outdoor sections in the villa, and you are in Bali so salt in the air. Obviously sometimes rust occurs and our maintenance man that attends the villa twice a week for check ups treats these areas as best he can but rust is something that occurs "throughout" Bali. Next time you should stay in a hotel which is enclosed if a little bit of rust has ruined your stay.
I think from the past reviews from other guests, the condition of this villa is acceptable and we will continue to do our best to satisfy our customers.

We have just returned home, and must say La Bella Casa was Fantastic !! The staff were awesome, right down to the finest detail. Everything was provided (which i was not awear of) like mosquitoes coils, fly spray, to even fresh water, and a phone to contact the manager. Couldn't have asked for more, and will be back !!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Our Villa manager & staff couldn't do enough for us, going out of their way in some cases to accommodate our every need.
Location was ideal, just of the main road close enough to restaurants & shopping but away from the noise of local traffic.
The villa was picture perfect, It had all the amenities of home and more.
We would highly recommend this villa to all our family & friends

From the moment we arrived the our last second in the villa our stay was made by the people. Don't get me wrong the weather plays a mighty part but if ur place is a sad one and there's no assistance from staff? Well the villa manager and his team just floored us. Anything at anytime. The villa itself was just awesome. Close enough where u can walk/scooter (which i had delivered & picked up @ no extra cost of the cheap rentalto the villa) but far enough not to hear any noise at night. We went the La Bella Casa to chillax and we sure did exactly that.

Fantastic villa very spacious and comfortable, with a touch of luxury. I would highly recommend staying here.
Only a short 5-10 min stroll to all the main shops and restaurants, fantastic manager agung who will take care of your every need. I also recommend that you get the massage ladies in that agung will arrange for you, one of the best massages I had in Bali.

Villa was very nice and our of the way of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. ony a 5 minute walk to Legian street and all that involves. An easy 20 minute walk to beach. Proved were cable TV and DVD player. Need to provide a suitable iPod music player. Couches need velcro to stop the cushions slipping away from you when you sit or lie on them. pool was clean and garden well maintained. we had an issue with no hot water on arrival but this was fixed promptly, Over all a very pleasant stay.

had the most amazing time... the villa was in a perfect position, shopping, restaurants, etc. Such a peaceful yet fun holiday spot. Villa itself was fantastic, modern but still with that bali feel. Staff were great... attended to our every need.

The minute we walked through the door we knew we were on a winner. The place is divine. We could not fault this beautiful villa. Lovely furnishings, two beautiful bedrooms with their own bathrooms and then the pool which we all enjoyed. Our kids really loved their stay too. Perfect location to everything. When we return to Bali we will definitely be back to this villa.
