Need to improve on the following:
-Toilet doors need locks for privacy.
- Ceiling fan to be install in the 1st & 2nd floor.
- Gate at level 2 should have a lock for safety purpose.
- Aircon at the room need to fix as the 1st room at the second floor took hours to cool.
- TV console has no local channels.

Second floor is ALREADY with a locker. it is outside door side, for children security. Why you didn't asked for it ? Staff is always happy to help customers.
For sure we have TV local and more. TV is under 4 satellites, 178 channels, sorry to hear that was not enough for you.
We have program to fix, clean all unit AC every month with a professional Team and every time guest need it.
There is internet in villa on demand. Sorry to hear that one unit wasn't enough adequate.
Sorry we can't provide guest telephone...please understand private villa is not hotel.
We have noted that you had very bad review on forum, what for exactly ?
We always happy to give very cheap fare, always happy to help, for guest need a 5 stars accommodation, we also beg them to understand that we are not.

Unfortunately I found that Villa Mahoni was not as good as I was expecting. Im not sure how old the villa is but it needs maintenance. It is called a beach front villa when it is a 10 minute walk from the beach. Secondly the cleanliness was not at an acceptable standard. The kitchen utensils and bowls etc were dirty. The bathrooms did not look clean from the first day we arrived. Our towels were only changed twice in 9 days so very dissapointed with it. House keeping were not thorough, leaving stuff behind and missing things everyday. Also, mosquitos were bad as the doors did not seal properly.

Policy towel are very easy.
Guest are not allowed to bring towels to the beach. We can understand that guest will try to do it, but we won t clean or change missing towels, even guest are unhappy. If guest don t bring towel to the beach we are happy to change all of them.
Because villa is very closed to the beach, water is a beat hard and even staff clean a lot, it may look little white on ceramic. It is due to the water. Yes we can use a lot of detergent, and chose to increase pollution.
About mosquito. beach have mosquito and all Seminyak have mosquito, it is not because not seal properly as you said. We can suggest you next time to choose Montaigne or Ubud if you don t like mosquito. We have good program at school for our children, there is there so many mosquito too there, and we keep them all safe with cream repellant.

Stayed 15 nights at Villa after spending 5 nights in Ubud.Recieved Value for money in Ubud, but in Legian had mixed feeling about accommadation.
Good points- Clean, friendly staff,Professional Owner
good location-a fair walk to resterants/beach for the children. Good size fridge. Bike hire guy out front was very friendly,helpful as was the book man. Beauty salon out front was awesome and cheap.
Not so good points- The pool is more of a "Plunge Pool". Main room has no fan and gets quiet hot.Childen spent most of their villa time either in pool or bedroom/kids zone. We were glad we travelled with portable DVD players as the only TV was upstairs outside (very steep stairs).No door on main bathroom so no privacy.We all used upstairs shower as one down stairs had no screen and water went Everywhere. The children enjoyed bath (which also looks bigger in pictures).If elderly people or family with very young children stay here they would spend most time down stairs as the stairs are Very steep tiled which makes them slippery. We had 3yr & 7 yr children, any younger we would not reccommend.
Upon arrival the owner took copies of our Passports (not common practice-we have holidays in many places Bali, America,Europe to name a few and never done this. Owners sometimes ask for Passport numbers but never copies).The owner informed us of charges (++) apartently taxes, we didn't relise this so was an unexpected cost.(Our other occommadation didn't have this).
All in all we enjoyed the location more than the facilities. To make this a more enjoyable stay we suggest placing a TV/DVD down stairs with a lounge seating area instead of such a large table. A fan would also be nice exspecially for elderly and children.And a bathroom door to privatise that room.(a curtain would be an improvement).

We are always very happy, since 8 years to give our precious guest the best we can. The micro wave is unfortunately only bad experience in the kitchen. We provide now special warm water for coffee, soup tea but not any more micro wave. About fan we have on demand, and because the villa is so closed from the beach, we keep out zone a lot of electric utensil (as every one can understand) Toilet is now uprated with beautiful door and safe for privacy. The pool size is 4 x 3. And we recommended to people love huge pool to look for villa with different fare. We are sorry to include in offer only one TV + one DVD players. It looks not the priority of our guest to watched TV in Bali, but we understand that some guest priority is TV. One more time, beside the beach we have many electronics problems. Please understand our position. we are trying to give very cheap fare, we cannot include many services. The best we offer is staff care, location, pool towels, laundry villa, cleaning service under 7/7.

Loved our stay here and was close to shops and restaurants. Pool was awesome as beach had lots of rubbish on it while we were there. Massage and pedicures a must at place just outside front door. Limited kitchen facilities so just means you have to eat out more! Could do with a microwave or jug. Other than that lovely and nice people to deal with. Thankyou!!

Thank you so much for your review. We don t have micro wave because it happens some times guest use the micro wave for joke or badly. A pain for us to change already two times but as you said some many nice and cheap restaurant beside the villa. You are very nice guest and hope see you again soon. AGAIN THANK YOU.
