Tucked away in a small quiet gang directly behind the beachfront hotels of seminyak and the famous gado gado restaurant. We are talking real close to the beach 3 - 5 minute walk, possibly one of THE closest holiday villas to the beach. Closest main road is Dyana pura with some nice restaurants and bars. Walk along the beach for a few minutes and you will be at Kudeta. Seminyak beach villa is not a brand new luxury villa and it is priced accordingly. Located down a little alley way, short stroll to the beach. The villa was quite pokey for the amount of people that can stay there. We had 5 adults, 3 kids and 1 teeneager and we all got a bit under each others feet. Bit run down, the stairs to the kids room are a nightmare - try carrying a small sleeping child up those. We also felt that the little ones couldnt climb down them on their own as they were super unsafe. The pool was ok, small courtyard. A few things needed reapir. Although the manager was lovely, she was a busy lady and nothing happened quickly. Im very familiar with Bali and I get Bali time, but that doesnt help with things need attending to. I would recomend this for a small group only, but even then, there is better value for money around the same area.

Stayed here with a group of family and friends. Great location, short walk down shaded lane to beach. Close to restaurants and shops.
Although not new and modern the Villa was clean and tidy and had heaps of room for all eight of us and had everything we needed. Airconditioned bedrooms, plus fans and nice big bathrooms. The pool was divine after an afternoon shopping. The daily service was provided by Iluh who was always smiling and could not do enough to help us without being intrusive. We miss you Iluh!!
Only negative, don't rely on airport pick up!
All in all, fabulous place to stay. Also annora Spa round the corner was divine - try the Lemon and Honey facial - pure bliss! -

Yes, as the title suggests, the accommodation was fabulous, staff were friendly & hospitable and location was ideal - quick walk to Dhyana Pura beach, and very quiet considering it was very close to central Seminyak. Facilities had wifi, phone and even book with numbers of massage, pizza delivery, and very convenient stuff for a night in! Great value for money and the home had a very clean pool with maid cleaning daily and all cooking facilities were included - I will be staying here again and can't wait to bring my family.

Eight of us stayed at this villa for 7 nights. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely. We received great communication from the villa's management and the housekeeper through the week was always very helpful and friendly (thankyou Iluh)!
The pick up and drop off from the airport was easy and the pool was a welcoming retreat from a full day of shopping! This was a girls week but this villa would easily cater for partners and children as well. The map on their website situates the villa near JL arjuna however, you access the villa by Dhyana Pura road.
There is a laundry right over the back fence which makes it very easy! -

I have just returned from staying at the Villa with 7 of my girlfriends. The staff - Suri, Eluh & Madi could not be more accomodating... a truly beautiful experience. I feel so blessed to be able to step out of life for a week, away from responsibilities of life to enjoy time with some of my dearest girlfriends and enjoy true peaceful in such a lovely place.Thank you so much! I have stayed in this villa a number of times of the last 3 years and will be staying again in February this year. This place is great value for money and Sari Dewi, Iluh and Made have made each of our stays an absolute pleasure. If you want to experience a real bali holiday then this is it. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys - for a reasonable priced holiday stay with your family nothing beats this - I have stayed in resorts and other villas, but we keep coming back to this!! If you want 5 star luxury go stay in a Resort - you will be guaranteed a westernised package without the true bali experience.

We were two families with two children each and we found the villa a great space to escape the hustle and bustle of busy Seminyak.The villa is located in a quiet lane way with just a short stroll to the beach-perfect for our surfers. Shopping is located just a short distance away also, with a handy supermarket to stock up on all necessities also close by. Our villa maid was truly delightful and looked after us well. Her banana pancakes in the morning were a treat for us all. We really enjoyed our stay here and thought the villa was great value!!!

I love this place! I have stayed in the Seminyak Beach Villa a few times before and we always book to go back. My husband is actually going back with some friends from work, unfortunately without me this time :o(, because it's his favourite place to stay in Bali. Loads of space and your own private pool, at your own little piece of paradise. The staff are always very friendly, eager to please and are always very accommodating. The set up for us is perfect and has everything you need, not to mention the brilliant location. I really couldn't fault this place and am looking forward to staying with you again next year. Thanks so much for looking after us again.

We booked onto the Villa for a week and found the pictures are a lot better than the villa. The Villa is old and as stated is 5 bedroom, well this is not the case the 5th room ( kids room ) is small and directly of the main room and looks to have been a walk in robe converted to a room . however the villa staff ( cleaner) was delightfull and very helpfull.
the list of items substandard inculde tolit system old and does not flush correctly and overflowed 3 times in 2 days, the power was substandard and lights flickered and failed and then like an act of god worked again, we were frightened it would burn the place down with an electrical fault. The position is ok but don't ask a taxi or anyone to find it as they won't be able to even with the adress they cannot.
We were promised a pick-up from the airport, and that did not happen, apparently he was late, but that the last thing i want after 14 hrs of flying and sitting in an airport waiting for a car to collect me when they promised to be there.
This villa is OK but you will get a lot better for the same money when there as we found out . we spoke to several villa complexes within 100 mt of this villa and they were cheaper and much much better in apperance and a lot more modern.

You wrote all false. The driver was there since 7:30 pm waiting for you and you dont see him straight away so just jump in taxi without respect for him that he waiting for you and doesnt get paid if he doesnt drive you. Then he was running to the villa after waiting so long to check if you were there or not andf yes you were there. Even he knew that he wont get paid but he already tried to show you that he was there waiting for you and you just dismiss him like piece of rubbish. He was stand there with sign with your name on it and all our guests always see him so you must not look too hard. Also you so rude to us from the beginning of booking process say that we offer something that we didnt. We are honest people and care about our guests so much but not when they disrespectful and dishonest to us like you are. We are happy if you dont come back to our villa and even the amazing villa you find 100 meters away is too close as far as we are concern. Im so sorry for them if they accept bookng from you.
oh .. another thing about electric that you mention, you made it big. It was only the bulb on the bathroom and next day we fixed it. You made it up the story. You are really not honest person. -

I just wanted to email you to let you know that we had the most amazing
time. The villa was fantastic- big enough for the 5 of us to enjoy the
holiday without being on top of one another! Our housekeeper Iluh was just
the best and nicest bubbly honest person- just the right person to see first
thing in the morning! Both our drivers Wayan and Noman were fantastic and
had great patience with us when I'm sure they just wanted to drive and not
stop for more shopping/ sightseeing/ eating etc. We feel very lucky to have
had met all that we did , but especially Iluh, Wayan and Noman who all went
out of their way to make things wonderful for us. Plus a thanks to Made
also. We apologize to our neighbors for waking them up in the middle of the
night a couple of times- but I thought we were pretty well behaved, all
things considered!
Thank you so much for all that you have organised, the initial shopping,
moving around of dates, answering my never ending emails etc
Please extend our thanks also to the owner for letting us stay in the villa- I don't think we could possibly find a better positioned, nicer villa than this one! Only a few steps from everything, but at night so very quiet and peaceful! It was fantastic and we will all definitely be returning and
recommending the villa to our family and friends.

We stayed in this villa in Seminyak for a few nights and loved it. It is in an excellent location very close to beach, shops and excellent restaurants. There was 4 adults and 3 children and it was very comfortable and relaxing also.
I would definitely stay there again when we go to Bali in fact we have already enquired for our next visit in Jan 2012.

In oct/nov 2010 I decided to travel to Bali with a friend of mine and we stayed in Seminyak Beach Villa. It was the best holidays I have ever had. Not only for the amazing Island of Bali, that at some point in their lives, everyone should go but for the quality and great location fantastic and cosy Villa. Based in the heart of Seminyak, but away from the crowded and noisy streets, it is perfect for a group of friends of families. The service was inmaculate and very kind.
Do not doubt to stay in this Villa if you really want to enjoy Bali, I really recommend it and if I ever go back again, that will be my place to stay in.
10 out of 10 without any doubt!
