Twin villas (4 bedrooms/ 8 bedrooms) built in the pure Indonesian tradition.
At the end of your alley you arrive in front of the antique door of your villa. Once entered you see your splendid Javanese Joglo made of old teak from where you admire the tropical garden. In this big opened space you will find the living room, the TV corner, a dining table and behind the large polished concrete bar, the full equipped kitchen.
On the sides two luminous air-conditioned bedrooms and their en suite bathrooms.

A group of 7 ladies travelled to Bali for a week of rest and relaxation. Villa J and J was in a fantastic location, right next to Ultimo in the middle of Eat Street. We had great restaurants and spas on our doorstop. The setting was beautiful and very private. The villa was really well set out, with a great outdoor kitchen and living area. amenities were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Anything we asked for from our housekeeper was no trouble, she organised our phone credit and any supplies when we needed anything. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Thankyou

Amazing villa!!!
Our group of 8 people spent 3 nights in the villa. The villa is very clean, the service also very good. Every morning the caretaker made us breakfast, also you can request for BBQ menu for dinner in the villa.
The room decor is wonderful. You'll feel comfort even though only spending your holiday in the villa as we did one day on our last day. No need to worry about food as many restaurant near the villa offered you delivery service.
The villa is located around shopping area and cafe's at kerobokan area, so can shop there just by walking distance from the villa.
We will surely booked villa Joglo for our next trip.. :) -

I was very skeptical at the start with this accommodation as it was almost too good to be true, there were a few suspicious things that were happening. I was very happy when I arrived to be greeted by the great staff and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation is fantastic, great pool, great location. Be very careful of the tiles after swimming though, they are very slippery!
Bali Immobillier is a genuine company, and this villa is genuine. Look forward to staying here again soon!! Thanks to Meliani, Benjamin, Tammy and their team.

A group including myself and five other people stayed for 7 nights recently for a birthday party. We couldn't have been happier with the Villa, staff and the location was excellent (right behind Oberoi, but quiet). Good value for money. We had a couple of small issues with keys and wifi, but the problems were rectified very quickly by management. I would highly recommend this Villa.

We stayed in this Villa in Seminyak and loved it. It is not listed very clearly on Trip advisor which is a shame. It is called Villa J & J - you can google it. It was a little hard to find but it is splendid. There were 4 people in our group, and we booked it as a 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom Villa. It was spacious, private and quiet even though it was only a few minute walk to the main street. The beds were really big, each had aircon and the 2 little 'huts' also had fans (plus air con). We all had our own private, outdoor bathrooms which were brilliant. The decor and design was modern, the lights at night made the garden look even more gorgeous. It was honestly a 10/10 Villa and all 4 of us were extremely happy to have booked this Villa. The pool is better than in the photos on tripadvisor, it was really nice and clean and great with the nightlights for night swimming. Our housekeeper Ketut was lovely. She made breakfast for us each day, and kept the place spotless, plus helped with anything we needed. She was really friendly we were sad to say goodbye at the end of our week. Anyway here are a list of Pro's and Con's to assist with you deciding whether or not to book this Villa - when there are so many others reviewed.
Pro's -
Location - it is right in the heard of Seminyak. The main 'landmark' would be Ultimo Restaurant if you google map it - but the Bali google maps are a bit unclear.
Very quiet and peaceful and private
So much space - 4 large bedrooms plus dining area/ chillout couch area/ watching tv zone/ pool lounges/ bedrooms.
Design is very modern - apparently the Villa is only a year old - definitely feels new and clean.
Outdoor bathrooms feel luxurious, and are private
air con - a must !

Ketut - she is the best !
Cons
There are no baths ( i love baths and didnt miss it, as its so hot you only really feel like a shower anyway).
Water pressure is not fantastic when more than 1 tap is on. We just showered at different times, and then the pressure was really good.
The wi-fi was really slow - but i think most of Bali is the same.
Only 3 x sunlounges
Overall i would recommend this Villa most definitely. I will stay here when we return. Perfect for groups between 4 - 8 people. Especially good for 4 x couples or 4 x singles, as each bedroom and bathroom was large and private, and the kitchen/ living/ dining area was big enough for that many people.
