Stayed 10 nights with our adult kids. The villa is huge with a great private pool which we utilised every day. The two main bedrooms are very spacious but the third bungalow roof top bedroom although smaller, is still very good. Our 21 year old son had this area to himself and loved it. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and all bedrooms have air-con (ya gonna need it). The daily staff are very friendly and although their English is not extensive, they always handled our requests efficiently and promptly ordering taxis for us etc. Breakfast was served daily at whatever time we requested. We were served fresh fruit, pastries, eggs. It was excellent and much more than you would ever bother to eat at home. They also make the beds, supply fresh towels if required, clean the pool, clean the floors etc. In the arvo the staff return to the villa to prepare the rooms for the evening, setting up the mozzie plugs and coils, switching on the air-con and fans. All this is very welcome and always done discreetly. The villa is in a quiet area of Seminyak away from the main streets. There are a few very good restaurants, bars and massage parlours within walking distance but most activity is in the heart of Seminyak. You can walk there but it is not close in the heat and on dodgy footpaths. We mostly asked the villa staff to order us taxis to travel to Seminyak Square etc. This only costs $2.50 if ordered or $1 if you hop in off the street. The villa was very suited to our family's needs but I would not recommend it to families with small children. There is no grassed area for small children to play on as the pool takes up all the back area. The stairs are also very steep (as are most stairs in Bali). Again, this would be unsuitable for small children. There is also no laundry inside the villa and no clothesline to hang anything which would have been a bonus. We loved our stay at Lima Puri and would most definitely stay here again if we ever return to Bali with our family.

Our apologies for a slip in communication on our side but laundry is available, not for self-serve in the villas but we have a one day service with the same company that services our linen. It is cheap and we simply pass the original bill straight to our guests.
We have had many families with young children stay and they have always enjoyed their experience. We use a hire company here for child safety products for stair cases etc that use modern and well kept equipment. Unlike the majority of swimming pools in Bali villas, ours can safely be isolated with locked doors preventing babies and toddlers from the area without the need to hire in a fence.
Once again, thank you for your review, the staff are always informed and it certainly empowers them to keep working hard for our guests comfort.

We have 5 people spent 5 nights in the villa. Very good service and arrangemnet. Good place for relax with a very nice swimming pool.
Just one thing not perfect is the room in the roof floor. When there is raining it is hard to get to the room and use the bath.
Location is in the middle of Seminyak and many good restaurant aounrd there just 2 mins drive.

The villa itself was very relaxing and beautifully done .staff were friendly and so helpful nothing was too much trouble. we stayed there with young children and it worked well .we liked the location because it was off the beaten track but yet convenient to everywhere I

wonderful villa extremely spacious with three large bedrooms as well as the attached bathrooms. main bedroom has king bed four poster bed very romantic and large balony which overlooks houses and fields. the bathroom wow!!! is massive with spa in centre of the room beautiful shower and garden area, if you look up you can see the sky its just beautiful. there is a large family and kitchen area with filtered water supplied. by fold doors open out into the pool and sitting area. perfect for families as you keep the pool area closed off if needed. the villa is fully air conditioned as well as having ceiling fans in bedrooms and lounge room. close to shops, restuarants and walking distance to the beach. staff were wonderful villa was always maintained and secure with security staff 24hrs. couldn't have asked for anything more. loved it and would definitely stay again.

This villa is really great and I would definitely stay here again. Without a doubt. The villa has two large bedrooms with ensuites and a smaller rooftop bungalow with outdoor shower and bathroom. There was also an amazing rooftop seating area, perfect for having a drink in the evening as the sun goes down. I stayed in the bungalow and found it very comfortable, quiet and private. Let's face it, Bali is hot and this villa and all its bedrooms had powerful ceiling fans and air conditioning that worked to cool things off before retiring for the evening. The pool had sun, but not too much sun and the villa has all the comforts of home, such as full kitchen, etc. It's an easy place to settle in, but as we were3 moms on holiday, we weren't about to stay home and make breakfast, lunches or dinner. No way. We can do that at home. Instead, we enjoyed the lovely places around seminyak to shop and eat. My favourite was Metis & Mosaic Beach club & Mama San, but there are so many wonderful places - Biku, Ku De Ta, Potato Head, Rustica (Yummy food and wine delivered to our villa), Sea Circus, Cafe Zucchini, Mama San (I said that already, didn't I), Petitenget, a Breakfast Feast at W (oh mY! So delicious), hair cream bath at L Spa (Just around the corner from villa), and more. The villa is clean and the staff are friendy and quick to respond to any needs. I'll definitely be back to this place.

We've just spent 10 nights in Villa 3,beautiful!Wonderful welcoming staff ,pool,roof top terrace all we needed for a very relaxing holiday.It was our first Bali holiday,great location,quiet but a cheap taxi to the busier areas.We'll certainly return for our next holiday!

Fantastic 5 night stay Lima puri villa number three.
Ideally located close to the action of seminyak yet far enough away to be very quiet at night time . Walk to many bars restaurants shops and beach.
Beautiful swimming pool and roof top deck !!
Extremely comfortable beds , excellent air con and well equipped kitchen .
