The villa compounds are large (600sqm and 400sqm) and secure just minutes away from Seminyakā€™s famous beaches, restaurants, shopping and entertainments.

Each air-conditioned contemporary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, a generous bathroom with rain water showers and baths.

An entertainment lounge on the mezzanine level has a home theater and 50ā€¯ flat screen TV.

Wireless internet throughout the villas is complementary.

Abadi Villaā€™s welcoming modern bedrooms feature air conditioning, king beds with fresh linen and 32ā€¯ flat screen TVs. There is generous wardrobe space with all, except for the garden room, having separate dressing rooms. For full privacy, no two bedrooms adjoin. This along with the floor length black out curtains allows for easy rest and luxurious sleep-ins.

Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with step-in baths and rain water showers.

Only 20 minute from the international airport, Abadi Villas are located in a prime but quiet area of up market Seminyak, Bali. The villas are remarkably calm and serene being set back from the access road. A 4-5 minute stroll will bring you to the renowned Seminyak "Eat Street" where many local and world class restaurants will satisfy. A short two minute taxi ride away is the world famous Ku De Ta restaurant and W Hotel with their magnificent beach locations. Exclusive Balinese boutiques and home design shops crowd the nearby streets with the exciting nightlife and clubs of Seminyak close enough for easy access but far enough away to not disturb.

Due to high occupancy we are unable to offer late check outs to our guests unless pre-arranged with our staff. Note the following charges for late check out:
- Before 6pm 50% of villa charge.
- After 6pm a full day will be charged.
