The villa is very comfortable and has everything required for a very pleasant stay in Bali. The staff are outstanding and kept everything lovely and clean. They are very friendly and very helpful. They prepared a lovely breakfast every morning. The pool and the garden was kept clean and tidy. Laundry was done for a minimal fee.

This villa is awesome. I love how they designed the interior. All of the decorations are antique and unique to every room so it's like walking into an art gallery and there is no closing time so you can stare at them as long as you want. The staff are so nice and helpful. The location is perfect as it's close to shops and cafes yet not noisy even though it's close to the road. The owner is also very communicative and helpful. I have nothing to complain about this villa. Will definitely stay there again next time I go to Bali!

This villa was amazing, the hospitality from ayo and her team was amazing, breakfast cooked every morning, fresh fruit followed by a full cooked breakfast.
They were on hand for our every question and need, AYo went the extra mile for us and made us feel like royalty.
I have never felt like that in any hotel I have stayed in.Ever!
The villa itself was a little slice of heaven, the bedrooms, bathrooms and walk in wardrobes were huge and luxurious, the beds were comfortable and again huge.
The living area was a perfect space for my friends and I to chill in and the pool was perfect for our group to dip in on the very hot days.
I would recommend getting a full body massage it cost about 10GBP with is so cheap, especially in the comfort of your own villa.
Pick up and drop off to the airport we really couldn't ask for more. maybe just hat we had been there for longer. -

Was not sure even about visiting Bali or the accommodation as i always prefer a high level of comfort!! I was absolutely won over by the facilities at Villa anggrek such as the beautiful bathrooms,very comfortable beds,lovely air conditione bedrooms , lots of space for your clothes I could go on and on!!The whole set up with the beautiful courtyard,lovely swimming pool which I used daily, the ease of shops for dining ( just down the road - 1-2 minutes) japanese food/ mexican food/Bali Deli/Chinese food/Italian food and the massage literally across the road - Lydjia and Nanda wonderful and friendly!! The breakfast supplied /cooked by the villa staff was always fresh& nicely cooked , staff were always helpful,friendly and obliging.The privacy set up with the pool allowed me to relax as i was exhausted from work , I would go back tomorrow , cannot recommend it enough if you want relaxation , beautiful accommodation (not your usual hotel room) stay at anggrek and i found the cost was very reasonable. No complaints. Corrine was very helpful. Pick up and drop off at the airport - staff competent again. The amenities are great as besides the restaurants and deli the coffee house down the road away from sunset boulevard ( turn right at the end of the road), walk couple of hundred yards and on your left the greatest coffee shop run by Joey. Also the photos do not show how lovely the villa actually is!! “

We spent nine nights at the villa and it is in a great position for expolring Bali. Far enough away from the rat race, but within easy walking distance to major restaurants. The staff are fantastic and very professional. Daily breakfast was cooked to order, whatever your choice. Bali deli ony a few steps down the street, for all your daily shopping. Facilities in the villa were excellent and met all our needs, just like home away from home.

First the good.
1. Excellent staff.
2. Location on Jalan Kunti is great for food
3. Extra massage room upstairs
Would have been a great stay if i did not have to contact owner about maintenance
1. Air con in one room was not working on first night so we had to move mattresses into another room. It was ok the next day noon after a gas top up. Having already pre-paid in full, my suggestion of a refund for one room for a night was flatly refused. No apologies was offered and i was told to "live with it" by the owner as Bali was a developing country she likened this to a power cut/blackout.
2. Told owner to fix the leaking in the master room after my stay. It happened on our last night and since we had some guests already leaving, told the owner we would just sleep in another room should it rain. Instead of thanking me, told me again to "live with it".
Yet to meet anyone like her in my 15 years coming to Bali. I have been upgraded or waived charges automatically for lesser things in Bali and elsewhere. -

From the moment we arrived at Villa anggrek we were in heaven!
We were greeted by the beautiful staff with warm and friendly smiles. The staff were so efficient and nothing was too much trouble.
We loved the layout of the Villa, created around the beautiful pool, surrounded by lush gardens. The interior was simple and stylish. Each room was a little different but worked in unity with all of the others.
Villa anggrek is in a great location. Not too far from the heart of Seminyak and close to Legian. Bali Deli is close by too. Plenty of restaurants around and great boutique shopping just a stones throw away.
Our stay was absolutely perfect at Villa anggrek, I cannot fault it except it was not long enough! I stayed at Villa anggrek with my partner and 4 other friends. The location is perfect, the staff are beautiful and the surroundings are heaven!
I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for accommodation in a great location with lovely service and wanting to be surrounded by modern Balinese style.
We will definitely be back! -

Stayed in this villa for a week and loved every minute of it. The villa is high quality in every respect and the location is right in the heart of Seminyak. The staff looked after us really well and the breakfast each morning was a highlight. We've been to Bali many times and this was our first time in a villa rather than a hotel and it was a great choice. It was ideal for both being lazy by the pool and enjoying all that Seminyak has to offer. We'd definitely stay here again whenever we come to Bali.

i stayed in the villa anggrek for 3 nights in June 2012 and i enjoyed so much the place especially the artistic bedroom and shower room.
the service was excellent with friendly staffs around also location was good to walk around seminyak area.
the breakfast was really good with fruits and wheat bread served for good health concern.
i will surely return to this villa if i come back to Bali.

a location at the heart of seminyak easy access or hang out for food and shopping. Good interior designs give roomy spaces combining privacy and family gathering on the same place. It is good recommendation for fellowship or family gathering.

We took our two kids under 5 and my wifes parents. The villa is big, clean and in a great location. The pool was very clean. The staff were fantastic with the kids. The location is very safe spot in Seminyak with security around the streets. With taxi's so cheap we found it great to stay in a safe & quiet location and just get a taxi to any place or hire a driver for the day. We ate at all the local restaurants, food was cheap and very nice. Bali Deli was great to get fresh bread and meats every day for sandwiches to pack for our days out. Plus you can get all your nibblies and beer - saved lots of money this way when you compare the prices people pay when staying at resorts. Even if Bali does not attract you much, this place is even good just to get to for a while to chill out as the cost to eat / drink is cheap and the villa is quiet and relaxing. We will be going back.

I, along with 3 other friends stayed at Villa angrek in May '11 for 10 days and we just loved it! The villa was super quiet yet right in the heart of Seminyak. It was beautifully appointed, clean and all the staff were fantastic - unobtrusive yet there whenever we needed them. I managed to lose a contact lens on day one and Fritz the villa manager organised a replacement within the hour! The rooms were large and lovely, the pool perfect and all in all, a really fantastic place to stay. We would all definitely come and stay here again.

The location is superb, right in the heart of Seminyak. It's quiet and private enough in small lane so it feels like no one else if around, yet easily accessible to the life on the streets. Restaurants and shops line the area outside of Gang Melati where Villa anggrek is located making it so convenient. The famous Made's Warung is also within walking distance which we enjoyed very much. In addition, it is only about a 5-7minute motorbike ride away from Legian beach!! So it allows you to enjoy the travel while not being located too far. Just nice to enjoy a breezy ride to and from the beach and villa each day.
The Villa itself is a gem! From the moment you go through the main doors, the homely, cozy feeling begins. It is tastefully furnished with woody materials/furniture with a huge living and dining area that will definitely wow you as it did for us. It is breezy and open with 2 massive sofas that are so comfortable you could sleep there! It opens up to the lawn where the swimming pool is. It isnt anything huge but decent and sufficient for taking your dips.
All 3 rooms were different in styles which makes it very unique. The furnishing is top notch, beds super comfortable, toilets very clean and most importantly made us feel at home. Honestly could not have asked for more. The pictures and description in the website is as it is. You get what you see!
To top it all off, the staff of Villa anggrek are just fantastic. Super hospitable yet never intruding. Breakfast prepared every morning was a huge spread and communing at the large dining table made it all the more yummier. Everyone's friendly and very helpful making our stay a very memorable one. Wish we had stayed longer!
We will definitely be back to Villa anggrek. Highly recommend this Villa to any groups of 6 looking for that special touch on their visit to bali.
