Easy access to Sunset Road, 5 minutes from the happening of Oberoi and Seminyak area where all the cozy restaurants and chic boutiques are, 5 minutes walking distance to Bali Deli, the famous deli in Kuta, 10 minutes to the beach.

We stayed at the villa in January 2013 for 8 nights with my wife, son (2 years old) and mother in-law. It was our first trip to Bali and the villa made the trip an extremely rewarding experience. The best part of the villa were the bedrooms overlooking the pool and being able to step out and have a swim whenever we pleased. It was perfect for kids and now our son is asking to swim everyday.
The location of the villa is far enough to have peace and quiet but also close enough to be within a short walk to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Taxis were easy to get with a 1 minute walk sunset street.
The service was impeccable, the cleaners came everyday and were always smiling and cheerful. Whenever we had a request they went over and above to ensure we had a pleasant stay and the Villa was cleaned to a high standard.
I would recommend this Villa to couples or families and anyone who wants a peaceful holiday but still wants to be close enough to the action.

Die Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen, zu bemerken waeren die klimatisierten Schlafraeume und sehr bequemen Betten. Der Platz war fuer alle ausreichend und alles, was fuer einen schoenen aufenthalt notwendig ist war vorhanden. Besonders gut hat uns der Garten mit dem Pool und den exotischen Pflanzen gefallen. Auch das Meer ist nicht zu weit entfernt. Organisatorisch hat es dank Lie sehr gut geklappt und wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen an sie wenden.

We stayed at the villa for a two week period over the Xmas New Year period.
We found the villa to value for money .
The owner Natalie is always available if need be, the cleaners that come almost daily are lovely and eager to please.
Both bedrooms (large) were air conditioned and comfortable, with foxtel.
The location is also good, everyone knows where Kunti 11 street is and the villa is in walking distance to 'Bali deli" which is awesome for all your gourmet needs.
I would recommend staying here.
The pool is awesome.

A perfect place for honeymoon or family with children. We spent 2 nights at ayu Villa in Seminyak. We found ayu Villa thru our friend, and with the price you pay per night, it's worth it !
Service: As our stay is short, but nonetheless Natalie was very accommodating and friendly. She ensure that our stay in ayu Villa was a comfortable and hassle free.
Location: located at Seminyak, the location is ideal, as malls and beach are nearby. From DPS airport, it takes about 20mins to get to the Villa, but do take note, the villa entrance is located at a small street, do get the directions from Natalie before making your way to the villa.
Villa: quiet neighborhood, if you are looking for serenity away from the buzzing night life, the villa offers you that. Here you will find peace in your own villa, with a private pool. We love the room and sunbed, basking ourself in privacy. The room condition were well maintained, nice, simple, functional, cozy villa.
Price: In one word, awesome! For the budget, you would not be disappointed with the price you pay, considering the location and amenities offered by ayu Villa!
We would like to thank Natalie for her warmth and hospitality. We will be back again in near future.

A wonderful, luscious tropical garden atmosphere within walking distance of everything you could need.
Fabulous bedrooms with air-conditioning.
Kitchen and bathroom leave a little to be desired but the price of the stay more than makes up for the inconvenience - and who needs to use the kitchen when all the restaurants are so close by!
The host, Natalie, is welcoming and helpful.
