  I live in the U.S. and was looking for a villa for our Bali vacation back in November. I came across this website, but at first I was a bit skeptical as I have never made any online reservation in Indonesia. However I took the risk and made it anyway, and it was the right decision!
  
  I made a reservation for this Villa back in November but due to unavoidable circumstances, the Villa was not available for our stay. However, Craig's customer service was top notch as he put us in a different gorgeous villa. The service was responsive and excellent! I am confident to use his service again in the future!
